doesn't sign in claims my Internet isn't working yet I can go on netflix or Amazon with no problem. sorry I wasted almost $200 on a streaming service that doesn't work
The Chosen was cool, but their Orwellian take on Animal Farm isn't cool.
You lost my subscription, support and most likely any future support because you haven't took accountability for Animal Farm. Not sure how you wound up with the movie however since it's criticisms you've failed to address it or take accountability

I signed up for Angel in late February but had to cancel. They offered me service for $3 a month but I couldn't even afford that, so I canceled it completely. Was fine that month, no charge. Go to April the following month? Got a $3 charge to my checking account.... that already had a negative $38.00 balance. I watched 2 episodes of one show. I have to get an entirely new bank account, as there's no guarantee this won't happen again. I'll always tell people not to bother with Angel. Shady.
$30 a month seriously that's so expensive
I got it and loved it to begin with. I forgot about it for a few months ( life happened) and remembered it when I say the charge for 22$ on my bank app. so I decided to do a movie night with my daughter because our favorite movie is Sketch. we'll guess what?? Angel wants me to pay for my membership! even though just 3 days ago they took out the money!!! I tried everything. reset password contact the chat bot 🙄 ( absolutely no help) reset password again and nope. still couldn't watch it

can't select date of birth that is not free movie's have to pay same as Netflix
Can't even use this without a subscription, the subscription prices are outrageous just for watching movies, I'll stick to Netflix it's cheaper and better.

can't sign in, can't reset password (link expires within seconds), can't get into app on Roku. figure it out guys. everyone else has.

Cannot set my birth date when it aak about me as my birth date defaults to current date, even after I am changing it, it reverts back to current date, so it cannot be changed, subsequently the app does not accept my setup as it cannot calculate my age because it thinks i am born today!!! And you have to be older than 18, so Icannit get past the setup stage and never get access.
Signed into the app, but trying to get help or leave feedback sends me to the website which won't let me sign in. It says wrong email or password, and the forgot password never sends email to reset. Very poor customer service! I will be cancelling my membership promptly
they owe me a $20.00 refund that I'll never see

I put in birthdate your app keeps on pushing it back to today's date and saying must be at least 18 when I'm way older than 18 I have tried 10 times to set my birthdate that's 10 times too many I'm uninstalling I don't like things that waste my time!!!!!!!
Refuses to allow me to use my Email address to start an account. Guess because they can't track, or have limited tracking of the Email provided, they will not allow it use. So there loss, can't miss what never was

When I heard about this app, I was super excited to download it. And enjoy it? Unfortunately, there's a very limited selection of what you can watch without paying for a subscription and even then the selection is not that great. I would love to be able to stream this type of content, and I'm surprised at how many people say they love the app. But then have a long list of complaints about it. So do you love it? Or is it a bad app? honestly ended up uninstalling.It twenty minutes after installing
a very very very bad investment do not buy or try this app its trash a waste of time and money please don't get scammed like I did do not invest in this app at all I paid for a year because the pictures look good and the movie selection looked good but once you get the app there selection is nothing about 15 movies only and 15 TV series only do not get this app i deleted the membership the very same day thats how bad this app is
They won't delete your free account. no option to do so.
My experience so far has been BAD Can't watch a freakin' movie age appropriate for my age !!!!
We would LOVE to subscribe to it but after reading all the negative reviews here and Reddit I dont believe we will subscribe until they get issues fixed
They want you to pay to watch a whole show. I watched David in the movie theater. I wanted to watch it again. And was told that you can watch it free on Angel. I didn't even get to watch half of it and they are sectioning off in seasons. And now I can't watch the whole movie until I pay $5.88 a month and that's with ads. I'm not going to pay for something I'm not going to use like that
horrible, I keep trying to watch, to join etc . got me jumping though hoops. I was a one time member. thought that may be the problem . used old email, used old password etc. tried to initiate a new account with new email and new password. I've tried so many angles. so frustrated. now all I have is a big white screen to look at. that's as far as it goes.

me: oh look a new show on angel. it says start watching now. angel app: get updates now. this show coming soon. every single show on this app is just a trailer only. paid $199 for the year and got one movie out of it. never again.

I had to cancel 2 month then following month you still didn.t cancel it instead you charged my bank over 150.00 now my bank been over drawn now my bank has nothing. I am disabled a senior and this is how you treat us.i canceled it 2l months ago and now I have no money in my account. you had no right.i have had no money in my bank for 1 months now. you should not treat people like that especially a site that says it a christian site. thank you for causing me to have no money and stress.

This app is garbage. It keeps showing a status bar on the bottom, there are no video controls available while casting and the aspect ratio is off when casting to a Chromecast
cannot sign up!! no email verification code ever shows up!!! ridiculous!! been trying for an hour. not in spam folder either.
would give it a zero star if I could. tried for almost an hour to sign up and never received codes no matter how many times I selected resend email. definitely would love to watch the shows but given current status and reading other reviews I'll just delete the app and forget about it.
cancel subscription
while they make some good material, I cant stand by that abomination animal farm movie. Tells me that angle studios doesnt have core values or integrity. It wasnt your story to change. Will be encouraging my house hold to not renew next year.
enable casting, I don't like having to install dedicated apps on every TV. casting us significantly more user friendly and the lack of casting limits how much we use this subscription.
