I successfully transferred my save data months ago and deleted the old app. I played the game on the new app, so I know it was transferred successfully. I haven't played in a while. I tried to log in recently and it doesn't have my save data anymore? I tried to connect my account again and the save data is gone. Unsure if I can even get help for this.
Pocket Camp Complete is a refreshing twist to the Animal Crossing that I like, however, Google's Play Integrity API prevents installation on GrapheneOS, a Security-focused operating system, while allowing insecure devices to install it. Play Integrity API allows insecure devices to install an app or game, while blocking installs on GrapheneOS, a Security-oriented OS, which proves Play Integrity API is NOT about security.
I would of rated higher as it is a very relaxing game. I had a phone drop and break so I wasn't able to send my data to be saved and now I have to start over after play for over 3 yrs I put time and money into this game just to be told I have to start over because my device broke.
Lost everything because I needed to get a new phone, and they only store your data for 7 days, played since launch, l paid money, and even paid again to have the "complete" version. Unacceptable in 2026.
the price and the gameplay don't match it's so shallow and empty

Lost everything after changing devices. Didn't even know this was a thing. Guess they need to make the fine print a little easier to find. Loved the game while I played it. I think the limit of 7 days for transferring is absurd, considering how expensive everything is. Years of progress lost just like that. Disappointed. And they won't acknowledge it even though there are plenty of other reviews stating the same issue. So here's a warning to everyone else, be cautious of your save data.
I wish that you can play this for free just like how it first started as you sell,buy,trade. So instead of the complete full version you can do the same for the free one as well.
