UGH GOT A NEW PHONE AND LOST ALL MY DATA. literal day 1 player, so 7 YEARS of progress all because nintendo stupidly cut off cloud services for pocket camp. EFF YOU NINTENDO
please fix the bug with storing data! I haven't been able to save for months! I haven't opened the app much because it has a bug where I can't connect to my Nintendo account! if I try the connection it just crashes! and because Nintendo doesn't support it anymore I'm scared I'm going to lose all my hard work!
You really need to make it a lot more clear than if a player uninstalls the game for any reason, their entire game is deleted in 7 days. SEVEN DAYS. People paid a bloated price for this game to continue playing it, put years into it and Nintendo just wipes it after one week. Zero interest in starting all over, what a disrespectful way to treat players.
I've only had this app for a short time and it is buggy and glitchy. I had to uninstall which caused me to lose my progress
I was hoping I could save all my progress/items from my original version by purchasing this game. But they are all gone! 😭 years of memory, none left, along with the $20 I paid for the game.
What do you mean there's no data to be transferred? I paid for this game. You can not just delete me for no reason or any message why i want my money back that is messed up
thanks for deleting 6 years of memories and hard work. I played the app when it first came out and got super far. my phone broke and y'all couldn't just have saved data in a cloud somewhere. Thanks for deleting 6 years of hard work. appreciate it.
This deleted all of my data after I purchased it.
You can't really do any multiplayer stuff anymore, and transferring save data is impossible now. I wish I would have known that before I uninstalled for space. 6+ years down the drain ig. Like I had to get a new phone, that's not fair. Why even offer the choice to transfer your save data?
used to be one of my favourite games, but I'd like to change devices and there's a bug where I can't back up my data..
I didn't notice the game uninstalled from my phone somehow, and came back to see that I lost all my data. In a game I spend so much money. I am not even upset over the progress, I am used about all the exclusive things I bought that I can't get back.
Not Working!!!!! Just payed for this whole game and every time I open it and the privacy agreement policy check box comes up and I check agree to everything and press start the game just crashes and exits out. Fix this ASAP! super disappointed, I payed what 25 dollars for a game that won't even play? Wow. Please Fix This Asap!!!!!!
I have been playing this game for 6 years, I got the complete version as soon as it came out, a year later I got my phone stolen, obviously I couldn't store the save data, I wasn't even aware I needed to do that, I was relying on the Nintendo account synchronization, so my six years of progress are just gone now, just be aware there's no automatic saving, the data storage system is ineffective, completely heartbroken.

I've played this game for 7 years. Im quite disappointed that this game has gone stale. No new items have been added. Last update was in October of 2025. I would've already had it uninstalled by now if it wasnt for the data not being backed up. Dont want to lose my progress but also i would like to be able to uninstall the game and come back to it.
after having played the former version for 7 years (yes, the one with the leaf tickets, buying from and selling to friends...), this one became boring and lifeless. I still love my frienimals, but the game play is the most boring.
The favorite item marker is completely redundant when EVERY piece of new inventory is automatically a favorite. PLEASE STOP MAKING EVERY ITEM A FAVORITE SO THAT THIS FEATURE COULD BE USEFUL! Enjoying the layers to the game. Played since Pocket Camp first came out and I find it to be a cute game. I like how the Complete version has the subscription perks without subscription pricing.
I used to love this game. I've played it everyday since it came out. after they made it how it is today, it has been boring. the events are all the same, the decorations, there isn't anything new to do. Hopefully it gets better and they actually put time into it again. I played the new version for about a week and haven't played since.
Deeply disappointed. I bought the Complete version as I absolutely adored playing Pocket Camp and couldn't bear to say goodbye to the game. However once I purchased it, the events and challenges were continuously repeated. I constantly earned "doubles" of furniture which takes away the incentive to complete challenges. Initially I hoped that it would be just one or 2 events that had repeat items but sadly it's become a common occurrence. I really miss having new challenges to look forward to!
