I guess you've started doing pop up ads when the app is first opened. well it causes the app to instantly freeze on my phone, so now I cannot check things through my camera or see and recordings that very been taken.

worst app ever. started out ok then when they want you to pay subscription it is not charged at 1 system, you have to pay for each camera so it costs nearly $100 per month. Rip offs. never seen that before
poor directions on adding a second device
Business doesn't respond. All the firmware doesn't work with the application prompts. QR codes are too small scale for mobile devices to read. Application databases have purged anything 1-2 years old from access. Curious if the chipset is vulnerable to completely rewrite. No copyright infringement just hack the hardware enmasse if this is the sort of business relationship we can expect with Asia let's just tear it all down.
straight off the bat, spelling errors in the contracts, needs a verification code to sign up that clearly wants a phone number but asks for an email instead. Enter in either and you're screwed. what a joke. if the manual I received doesn't point me in another direction to fix this basic coding issue I will be returning these cameras
This app won't work with a Specific Camera that is connected to my router. I've tried everything I could think of, and their support can't make it work either. But, I can't get a replacement or refund. This has been a problem that I have been working on since September of 2025. I guess I'll buy a Better Brand which Will Provide Customer Support. My recommendation: Don't Buy Anything from Anran!

No PIP on Samsung S25. Don't lie and say there is. Junk.
returning 6 cameras that won't work. zero support. keeps cancelling my account. sending back the SD cards also
it was nice when first got the cameras but now it wants me to purchase a plan when originally I was running off my wifi now it's not functioning as it use to without a anran plan 🙃 not fair

Camera no longer plays videos after app update. Now I have no security. And now I can't watch live video stream.
Since the new update, I am not able to play back any videos from SD card. Contacted technical support and they sent email to update to latest software update. I am already at the latest version of the app.
Shows downloading an update, then shut itself off and went offline! Pathetic.

I am now too weary of using anran, esp when needing immediate and stable security.
I like the camera but I purchased a $30 subscription and got no services and I can't get up with anybody they won't return my call the web pages out so I want to be in a 6 hours and I mean I think you need to refund my money so really you're better off just don't pay for it and just get what you can for free cuz I paid $30 and got nothing can't get a response from anyone to get a refund
Was great. Could always watch mini videos from SD cards in cameras, now it doesn't happen. Something has changed. Please fix what you changed... I have recommended cameras and apps to many people but can't any longer until this is fixed.
