taking forever to load
I downloaded the app and subscribed for the monthly $0.99 subscription. However, when I checked it had me signed up for the yearly instead. They even instantly charged me the $0.99 plus tax when there was a free trial offer that I clicked on. Also, it isn't very accurate and gives an estimate based on what people are selling their similar items for online.

I've been trying to delete my information and delete my account BEFORE the trial period ended, but they keep emailing me saying my attempts have not closed or ended my account. They say I have to go through Google. I don't understand!
immediately asks for subscription so you can't try it. (tried again after publisher responded) Nope, I was required to subscribe and use my credit card BEFORE I could use it to scan items. I would consider paying something if I was able to try it for free. A 3 day trial with required subscription is not free, it's a scam to charge money if we forget to cancel in 3 days, we ALL know that.
it doesn't really see all the details. when an artist is visibly showing and they call it another artist, that is not good
not the service I was thinking.
