shocking inability for one bank to avoid the Ning two platforms! two disparate systems. credit card balance takes days and days to catch-up. notifications are late by order of hours! absolutely appalling.

I try to install the updated version of the app. Message says 'will be installed on your device soon' and nothing happens. So frustrating. Tried installing new updated anx app on my phone because the old version no longer works however it does not install. I've tried many times. So frustrating.

Can no longer log in. App just says 'Something went wrong.' If I change my App Pin by logging in via PC the issue goes away but only for a few weeks. OS is ColorOS 13 (Android 13). Would appreciate it if this technical problem can be fixed.
I received 2 letters from ANZ on Thursday. they both indicated that the illegal debit of $104 was being disconttinued because I didn't respond. I have no idea how I was supposed to respond because you letter included the illegal entry from my account. that proved to me that you had as much information as I have so what could I tell you. it has cost me 7.4 percent of my pension payment to have your incompetence indicate that there was nothing you would do. it seems that anyone can debit my
Only if your Einstein can you figure this app out. As a 70 plus, it's nothing but a pain in the butt. No such thing as customer service any more. As soon as I get into town, anz, your gone, useless, complicated and half the time you can't get in, like today.

Difficult to navigate for account management functions. where is the access online to customer support. All I wanted to do was reduce my credit card limit.
Have to quit the app and log in again to access funds that have just been received. The transaction shows up but funds are not available until logging in again. App forces phone to vibrate even when set not to vibrate.

Extremely disappointed with the app and also the people supporting it. The simple process of raising a dispute for a transaction is so complicated. Every time a human comes up to chat, they ask for my address, email and contact number again and again. Looks like they don't even trust their own app. I can scroll up the chat and see everything that I provided. The humans chatting from ANZ side need it again and again every few minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
where notifications for transactions?
I don't know what's happening here but I cannot get onto the ANZ banking app. I can get onto the westpac app with out a problem that is from my home address but if I go to someone else's house I can usually access it .its so weird 😕 😐 😅 🙃 😑 😒 😕 😕 😐. I have uninstall the app several times and reinstalled it and have restarted my phone but to no avail. it's getting very frustrating 😕 😒 😑 😐 🙃 😪 😕 😒 😑 😐 🙃 😪

Showing "Balance" on the account summary is misleading. No option to show "Funds" instead, which makes far more sense...
After a know your customer review they locked my app and I can't use it. I rang them multiple times but they keep transferring me saying its not their department. Nobody knows how to unlock the app. not helpful at all
support system is terrible, when you get an actual person to talk to they just feel like a bot too, no real answer. there transparencies is awful. don't loss your card as it might take a month to get a new one.

Why do I have to use an app whatever that is. I am nearly 80 and all I want to do is let you know I will be using my card while I am overseas.
Pathetic. having trouble for months, half the time Biometric log in does not work, but also doesn't give any notification it just greys out the keys. Now I cannot use the pin because of "too many failed attempts", even though IT HASNT CHANGED. switching to commbank, at least they have real time notifications. Get it together anz this is ridiculous.

This app is MVP at best. Tracking payments made via the app is a nightmare. It's clunky and outdated. It does the bare essentials okay. Don't expect any features other than that. I'd give it 1/2 star if I could. One star is extremely generous
When trying to redeem rewards it keeps crashing
ANZ thanks for avoiding responsibility again, by asking me to email when they know those at the email address won't do anything or send responses not related to my feedback. And by sending template responses asking for details of my phone etc and screen shot of issues with the app, when they can clearly see the issue has nothing to do with the app but to do with ANZ not accepting legal IDs like Qld Photo ID shows they won't do anything here either.
After going through the security process of updating my Gmail, less than two days later, the app wouldn't allow me access to my account. I called the 133350 number as per the instructions, only to speak to a very rude, and combative person, that kept talking over me, didn't offer an explanation of why the app was not allowing me access to my account, and was more interested in arguing with me than helping me, and this is not the first time.

Super account viewable on android was removed. Why? Who ever made that decision needs to be kicked
really annoying, EVERY month you have to click to turn on the payment reminders, which totally defeats the object! a really poor way of getting extra cash, I have ADHD and the whole point of a reminder is that it reminds me! but if I have to remember to turn it on every month it's USELESS!! I wrote to feedback but received nothing! come on ANZ you can do better.

I experienced errors twice, not able to use the app until I uninstalled and reinstalled it again. I am wondering how much money anz wasted on this shabby app.
ANZ plus and Profile and security keeps coming up with an error message. Have had this issue for months even tried uninstalling and reinstalling still same problem.
doesn't install the icon. you have to re-open it in Playstore every damned time. painful
it does what it needs to. when it works! but sometimes it'll just, not??? it'll say "something went wrong, try again later!" then never work again. I've had to call customer service (which is the worst thing ever by the way) for them to reset it manually, which does fix the issue, but not for good! I've just given up using the app and instead use the website because at least that works!!
