I already used for this for 2 years, but for some reason, the last 6 months of my membership is horrible. The server tends to redirect to other servers, or even stopped working altogether. I tried reaching out to customer service through emails, but so far, the only response they gave me is perfunctory and more links to download their APK, EXE, etc, which doesn't even work. Don't even get me started to reach them through telegram because of how often their account got hacked.
it does connect to any server . My 1 month subscription is still there. kindly don't buy the subscription. they're scammers
What happen? I cant connect my phone and my tablet, this is disaster

I bought the 360 days subscription and until 240 days it was working fine and now more or less 120 days are left and it has started to sucks. Mostly during night time it stops. And sometimes it is shown connected but no app or website is working.
For the first half year working perfectly until I update to the newest version and it can't connect altogether even at my pc too, I tried to contact the CS but always lead to telegram why I don't have the account
I could choose my server in country before. After i updated it, now it only has general country. It will show real location and ip. It has become trash after update.
i want a refund, please check your email i wrote everything in details. i accidentally purchased 3 months package now it doesn't even turn on!! what a scam!! please send me the full refund as soon as possible!
It worked fine for 1 month, than it became so disgusting, I was forced to un install this. So disappointed, recommended this to so many other. But this was embarrassing for me. Disgusting

The worst VPN I've ever tried! I wish I didn't pay for it! It's a waste of money and time! During the 30 minutes trial it was perfect, but after paying it became just rubbish, it's too slow, it passes all the apps through the VPN even the apps you don't want them to go through it! It also still make you in the country you are, so other apps won't work! Especially if you are in CHINA! DON'T BUY this rubbish app! Go and find better VPNs

i used premium for 3months it works in china but worst vpn i used so far . Its slower than turtle hha and app will ragebait you everytime it dissconnects automaticlly, servers dont work , i think all the new servers in prenium its worse than standart 1server lol only good thing is 5device and works in china
