Cannot sign in at all due to the 2FA process being completely broken. It is FORCING the two-factor code to go to "APPLE DEVICES" when I don't have access to any Apple devices right now. I have my valid Android phone number set up for 2FA on my account, but unlike all other Apple ID sign in pages, this busted app does NOT offer the required option for sending a TEXT to my trusted phone number, therefore I cannot sign in.
I can't add a member even though my password is correct and verification code too
Will not work with SMS verification on Android instead immediately says invalid credentials even though it's the same credentials I use for all of my other Apple services

The bitperfect feature in the Samsung S24 Plus is broken in One UI8.5. It was working fine in OneUI 7 with USB DAC. I hope it can be fixed. Thanks.

apple music on Android is the worst experience, it always fails to find a connection when both wifi and cellular data are active and is extremely glitchy when downloading music and it always has issues with ensuring that the fidelity is accurate and stable. APPLE FIX THIS!!! like how is it possible to own a iPhone and pay for the software that won't even play hi-res??? also customizing playlists is no good when the changes aren't even visible if the playlist isn't downloaded so disappointing.
Infinity mode doesn't work when you play an EP of four songs, and you expect the algorithm to pick up other songs/artists that are similar. but nope! you tap Infinity mode and no songs load . it does this periodically, usually an app update fixes it. but there's no update lately. so ? hopefully it resolved itself soon!
Password issues and connections outside Apple devices is awful.

wrost app ever no proper costumer support i can't even login my apple account it says something whnt wrong like what the hell did i do wrong i put right password and money is dudct from my acc via auto pay from last few month but i didn't get any benefit shame on you the team of apple music litrery didn't expect this from you apple very disappointed😞😞..
i used to have an iphone and the app is genuinely 6x worse on samsung. please stop acting brand new, and optimize the app for samsung for the love of god.
family manager Stuck in a loop, no matter how much I enter the password, I can't access the member management in the family share.

this app is so bad. the only reason I use it is because it comes with my phone plan. if you are not using the app for a while, it doesn't continue the playlist where you left off before, it restarts. spotify has been doing auto play for years now. and now apple has finally decided to do the same years later. I hate that apple mixes my music. Every time I would turn off the feature apple will turn it back on randomly. the mix play sucks because it doesn't play the whole song, it mostly skips it.
this app constantly crashes on SONY Xperia devices.
Crashes all the time, closes itself while on background. Normally it plays couple seconds of next song and closes. I need to open the app and press play, the song starts from beginning. Also the play queue, continue playing and other play control queues it got are the most annoying and hard to use. I cannot completely clear the queue and it automatically adds albums i have listened someday before. I used "play next" on one song, app added completely different album to queue and not the one song.

App get frozen on buffering for login. It is not smooth. From last 2 days I am trying to login and use it, but it get frozen so much, what to say. Unable to hear a single song yet.
Even after clicking play button 10 to 15 times song isn't playing more over some random is playing when clicking to play a particular song

I've used Apple Music on Android for 10 years at this point. The biggest problem with it is the absolutely backwards implementation of a queue. If you want to play an album after the current one you're listening to, you either have to reorder your 'up next' by manually dragging every track, or you have to plan for it before you start listening and play some other music first in order to start a queue, at which point you can add the music you actually want to listen to.
piracy sounds better than apple music.
terrible algorythm, horrible song suggestions, has no clue and taste. Mostly mainstream slop.
Doesn't have near the selection YouTube Music does! Too many restrictions when sending songs to those who don't have Apple music.
it keeps closing frquently while the music is playing, please Apple fix the bugs. this is so irritating.
