you can't call it two for 25 when you have to add $6 for the meals you want.
the service is terrible. Even the manager is rude and ignored me the whole time I was at the bar. And the waitress lol just a joke checked on everyone else but my table. Can you say dine and dash lol

Absolutely the worst app in the world. I have an account and it will never let me log in. I've tried it for the past 2 years. I try to log in and it brings me directly to signing up then says this account already exists.
it wont let me skip the sign up or pushing to have my location or enable notifications. i dont want to sign up for food im picking up there

Charged my card TWICE. The store never got the order. I never for an email. Had to dispute with my card provider to get my money back. Scam.
One time I order from Applebee's and there was an error from their part, still charged me but they didn't received the order. That's why I really like ordering from these apps.
When do I actually get to see the menu & read about it?
20 minutes of fighting with the app to reset my password to only be told after resetting it, there is a security issue. reset your password please. I will never use your app or got to your stor again. you have lost all my business forever.

Don't know what the Applebee's creators did to the app but know can't add credit card to account and only other form of payments on there for pre-ordering is giftcard and pay at restaurant. Fix it.

This has been going on for months & reinstalling app does nothing. They've lost hundreds of dollars in sales just from our family

The app is worthless and never works. Every time I get to the restaurant the order hasn't come through. So I have to order it once I get there. What's the point! I highly don't recommend it!
unable to process any payments. you can get to the checkout, but it will just take you back to the checkout page after you enter the information. it has been broken for probably half a year now.

Ordered Applebee's through Doordash and received something entirely wrong and inedible. Totally disappointed.

It doesn't let you login, there's no way to let them know you're picking up the food, which makes the app useless. Just go to the store to order it's the same stuff. Update: now there's no way to pay, the card keeps declining I called my bank and they did not detect any purchases.

I'm guessing the app is strictly used to just collect personal data seeing as how I can't actually place an order. just stuck in an endless loop of entering my payment info with out actually being able to order
App no longer allows ordering Carside To Go. You have to go to the website for that.

I ordered on the app not only could I only use 1 gift card for the whole order but they did not tell you when your food was ready or if someone was going to come out I waited 20 minutes before I went in to get my stuff I come out with only 1 small container of honey mustard (I paid for extra) I ordered the chicken tender plater and got( 5 tenders and 1 handful of fries not kidding), a super expensive drink thats in a kids sized cup and no silverware or straws even though I selected them horrible
unwelcoming company fundamentally, trains their staff to call cops on customers who look nervous & have paid for the meal
Deleted the app due to it not responding
Before signing up they confirmed they could deliver to my address, and after they extracted my information for them to sell to 3rd parties, (as their privacy policy states) they denied delivery to my address. Filed a deceptive trade practices report to the FTC. You just lost money and a potential customer because you wanted to sell my name and email address for 25 cents. No wonder you're struggling.
dine-in at GI NE, is terrible. this is the 2nt visit in 2 months, both service and food was poor. I will not be going back for a while. The first visit, no ribs, no baked potatoe till 5pm, no broccoli, service was poor. this visit ribs were dry and warm at best you had to fight with 2 forks to peel of bone, I left haft to throw away. If you want the real Applebees experience, go to any one except GI NE. terrible.

Cannot do the payment for carside orders, nor can I do it on the website. It's just stuck in a loop where it brings me back to the payment screen no matter how I try to pay.
