Jesus tried signing up, only quick accepts Facebook.... tried manually signing up and it tells me my password doesn't match their records... I'm not a member yet and it literally won't let me sign up. this is hot garbage

I'm SO mad I can't use gift card to purchase mobile order. Also my local store serves breakfast but the app doesn't show it so there's literally no reason for the app at all.

Arby's food is pretty good. This app however, is not. Constant updates that break every time to resetting passwords and playing hokey pokey to get in. Its not worth your time, so unfortunately you'll have to deal with whoever they pulled from tent city to run the register and be excluded from any discounts or go elsewhere.
fails to order repeatedly, hasn't been fixed in months
App is bugged, and won't let me log in. Even tried the browser and get the same results.
nevwr stays logged in so overly inconvenient to use and receipts intentionally don't let you get your rewards. So taco bell just SUCKS all around

*The Good: App looks polished & they fixed the earlier bugs, it seems. *The Bad: Their in-app offers are 100% PATHETIC. Arby's food has always been on the pricey side of 'fast food'. Their mailed coupons TROUNCE anything the app offers (which is 1-2 offers/week). A example of one of their JOKE app offers: ($1 off any size fountain drink with a $10 purchase). Huh? Seriously? LOL. Nope... not today. *The Ugly: Arby's has 'lost their vision'. The food is just OK & WAY too costly for most folks! : (

App straight up doesn't work and won't send you text notification to verify login, when you try to send email they make you still verify your phone number as if you changed your phone number 🙃 Why have an app if you don't want people to login.

The app will take orders for things that are either out of stock or not sold in certain restaurants and will make it incredibly annoying to get a refund. Arby's has stolen at least $50 from me in the past year
No way to use gift cards in the app. No excuse for that nowadays.
went to use my free coupon threw app and in the drive threw the one that counts down and the workers said it wouldnt work or can't accept it and had to pay for it kinda annoying that I was lured to the store from coupons and free sandwich advertisement and still had to pay from some glitch or whatever issue in the carmi Illinois 62821 location I've went back there and they won't accept my rewards threw my arby app account and I think it's unfair because I like arbys and spend money there always

Arby's needs to get over themselves and let all items be available for delivery, such as the cheesesteak. Oh well, lose my business, and my local Arbys is struggling from the looks of their drive thru over the past yrs. . I'm irritated to the point I cancel the entire order.
When I try to change my password I get a message "Something went wrong. Please try again". I've tried 6 times with different passwords each time. Why not tell me what's wrong?
every time I put in the location area, (that would go through) and then flip back to the location area to fill out again and therefore I could not get past cuz it would not let me go passed the location.

none of the deals apply for delivery because the app just reroutes you to doordash. no point in the app when it's just doordash with an extra step.
The app hasn't been working for weeks. It opens, but after a few seconds, an error screen comes up. I've tried clearing the cache, re-installing, and finally tried submitting a report. Tried is the key word. When I click on send a message, I get a screen that tells me they're not accepting feedback! FIX IT!
This 1 star is because I can't login or make an account. I don't remember ever having an account, but apparently my email does. So I tried the passwords I use, but they didn't work. I tried getting a code sent to my email about 50 times, not exaggerating, not a single code. I tried going thru their reaching out section, no categories that have anything to do with logging in or app trouble or a spot where I could say what my problem is. Seriously?, they don't want more business or something.
Why did they smash and squished my top bun Burger and the food quality is so bad and it even tasted disgusting learn how to become like McDonald's not McDisgusting's

IDK about reviewing the app, but the restaurant I visited in Auburn to try out the cheesesteak, my roast beef sandwich was barely warm and skimpy on the meat, med fry was half full and they were soggy, the diet Dr pepper was flat hardly and bubbles, them the item they are trying to promote the cheesesteak sandwich it was so soggy I couldn't even pick it up to eat it it would fall apart been in half with a wet noodle I just threw it away it was gross.

The Arby's app logged me out for no reason and now every time I try to login using the only method that I've used it gives me a failed to authenticate error. I tried everything including clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and making sure the app is updated to the latest version. Nothing works. On top of that the link to having trouble signing in simply sends me to the faq page, which doesn't help me sign in to my account at all. I guess I just won't use the Arby's app.

ordered on the app with an in app deal, the deal erased as I checked out i ended up paying full price and they never refunded the difference, someone emailed me but apparently they were a GM to a different store and it was never resolved......needless to say what should have been 10 dollars cost me 20 dollars as it was a BoGo special, the app support also didn't fix the issue or provide a refund.......
it made me get redirected to a cashback site after ordering, that somehow got my card and is trying to take money. it won't let me delete it either
First time using the app. As far as the app goes, it got everything right, but... when i picked up my food, I was so disappointed! I could not even bite through over half the fries!! They were over cooked, badly and they were cold! I could understand them being cold if I was late picking them up but, over cooked to the point of too hard to bite? Nope!

App is not functional on Android Galaxy S22 Ultra on the latest firmware/UI. Application crashes when attempting to sign in. Will not send mobile phone a text to sign in.
Finally was able to login just to have deals announce that they can't load. What is piece of trash. Hey, Arby's, your food isn't good enough to put up with no deals.
None of the offers work at ANY of the Arby's that I have tried. 5 Arby's, every code is a bust. This is a scam. Not sure if it is pure false advertising or just garbage software.
Unable to specify that you're dining in restaurant in the app, only to go our drive through. Also the app strangely refers to restaurant locations at "stores" which further demonstrate that they are not in this for customer service.
