orrenda esperienza. non sono riuscito a caricare soldi perché mi chiedeva prima di connettere. non sono riuscito a connettere né con NFC, BT, QR；nulla funzionava!! esperienza da incubo a un concerto durante la pausa. sono stato salvato da un'anima pia che è arrivato dopo di me e mi ha pure regalato l'acqua. l'app fa schifo.

beware of scam app. This app told me that it disconnected from a point of sale, next time I check my credit there is none left. The app in fact did not disconnect from the machine and allowed people to use my credit TWO HOURS AFTER the first transaction. And then, refused to refund me. Bad design. Do not give these people your money. Find a different vending machine, worst experience with one of these I've ever had.

I paid 5 euro to top up my account and after 2 weeks still it's not available on my credit. After many times ticketing and request to cash back my money, they just said we don't refund your money. What's wrong with you?This is stealing.

The worst service ever
Minimum 5 € top up? Can't use coins because vending machine does not give change? Yeah, I'll pass. I'll just go grab a cup of coffee at some place where they only take the money they are actually owed.
Useless, in what world are we living now. Instead of just using a simple normal card on an vending machine I was forced to use this app by putting my number, give them all my details including my email and then I also have to put my card manually because dosent have Google pay connection. Ridiculous:))
If you lost money on the vending machine, say goodbye to it. I have 6 requests for refunds from 2 weeks ago in backlog right now, and they does not seem to be resolved any time soon
Non funziona da un giorno dio c.....
Cesso insopportabile di applicazione. GPS, bluetooth e NFC accesi per prendere un caffè. Verifica del numero di telefono una volta a settimana, l'app spesso da come errato il codice appena ricevuto. Tutto per un caffè. Inaccettabile.
Dopo aver inserito 2,50€ i soldi per un secondo sono stati visualizzati in app, poi subito dopo spariti. Naturalmente non vengono visualizzati neanche alla macchinetta...

Decrease you balance in a way you don't understand. I order a speresso and it took 2€ from my credit! When it was lesser than a 1€. I'm not going to use it again.

App inutilizzabile per chi ha root. La vostra politica di restrizioni è al quanto assurda e discriminatoria. Chi ha root è consapevole dei rischi e abbiamo il diritto di fare acquisti alle macchinette anche con l'app. Non avete nessun fondamento per bloccare l'app.

Si disconette spesso, molto spesso devo fare il login e tutto ciò è molto fastidioso.

Continua a dire "connecting error with the vendor machine." non riesco ad usare i soldi che ci ho caricato con la carta prepagata.. Orribile
È un'idea utile e funzionale. Avevo Apple quando l'ho installata e non sbagliava una volta (dovevo solo attivare la posizione). Adesso che sono passato ad Android... Un disastro... Non si collega quasi mai alle macchinette. Sapete dirmi come risolvere il problema per favore? Aggiornamento: purtroppo continuo ad avere problemi di connessione, anche se ogni tanto capita di riuscire ad utilizzarla. Purtroppo penso che non la userò più una volta esaurito il credito

Chiedere alla compagnia un rimborso da giorni ma non rispondono affatto. Volevo solo parte dei miei soldi che ho aggiunto per errore. (En: Asking the company for a refund since many days but they aren't responding at all. I just wanted some of my money which I added by mistake)
It's not possible to transfer funds back
DO NOT USE I installed the app and added money to it, the vending machine ended up not accepting the app so i contacted support for a refund, they closed my account with no refund. No answer to my further queries
