Absolute rubbish. The old version was x10 better
Unable to purchase online , I have already registered but option to use argos pay isn't working.
Really rubbish time to pay on the first time registering card, hope it is not like this every time.

Absolutely shocking app I have been trying to register for two full weeks they send you out details that are incorrect and everytime you try and register it says incorrect details they should not have put this app live till it was up and running properly sheer incompetence I had to give it one star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise it would have got none
terrible trying to set this app what a joke. wont be getting ever again after this full amount is paid off
Never had an issue with argos card app but this app will not download on my phone and have tried dozens of times. I cant pay account until you fix the problem. I wonder how do the older generation pay as you know you dont accept cheque..postal order..cash alot of people dont have access to pay by phone!
Cant pay my buy now pay later. This was an option on the old app. Can only pay off my balance. The old app was much easier to use and navigate. Thanks for the response. Are you going to change the app to be able to pay off the pay later part? If not how do I make that payment?
can not pay separately bnpl and monthly statement 🙄 there is no option to do this.

This app is a downgrade on the old app...you can't choose to payoff your buy now pay later purchase it decides for you where your payment goes....if people aren't carefully they will end up with a massive amount of interest to pay at the end of their buy now pay later deal...maybe that's the whole idea behind the change in my opinion!!!

What a god awful app. Like others I'll be hammering clearing my balance next few months and no longer using it. It's taken away all your control of what plans you pay and when. The format is atrocious as it lists your BNPL plans as balance remaining but doesn't show the end date you have to click on each plan where it displays the start date only. It doesn't keep your normal credit seperate from the BNPLs instead just lists your total balance. Still waiting for statement to generate!!

in response to your below comment you will pass it on and do nothing there are lists of people not happy an nothing has been done you know exactly what you are doing removing the pay by date in plans so sneaky an deceptive won't be making any further purchases going forward with the new system.
difficult to navigate, doesnt work when using bank transfer to pay. should have stuck with the argos card app if aint broke dont try to fix it!
Cannot name separate payment plans or seemingly pay on one payment plan of your choice. Awful. Will be cutting up my Argos Card once I've paid off and will be using Klarna instead. Worst App I've ever used
late payment. because the app doesn't work after registration. "something went wrong" thanks just done this....Now It says "please enter the requested digits from ypur P/word to continue. And you can't write anything In . Now that page is broken . just white boxes only, which you can't write in. (((((Edit.... Made payment online. works perfect over there 👌 hopefully fix the app before next payment fingers crossed 🤞
Awful and deceiving app. Be careful when purchasing with Argos now. The lack of transparency and the completely new layout resulted in me paying over £200 interested on a payment plan which I did not realise was coming to an end. I had no correspondence or message to say this was happening and I've ended up paying the price. The layout is way more difficult to compared to the old Argos card app. Not happy at all. I doubt I will use this card again.
didn't need to change what wasn't broken, had to reset my banking details twice to try log in to this app and it still doesnt work.
Will be cancelling my Argos account when I've paid what I owe. I have bnpl that I want to pay when they're due, not allocated where Argos pay wants to allocate.

iam not able to log in, problems at the beginning with no username found..
Terrible app. Try to pay using app, takes me to bank then keeps saying Browser's outdated and update. No its not. Its Samsung 17. so not old. Then when I do it declines payment.

It's ridiculous why change I'm fuming can't make my usual monthly payment and can not contact you by phone raging
rubbish
perfect! Few times trying to register and guess what!? app unavailable... try again! don't make senses to let down so many costumers when you have months to fix these first issues. At some point I will register until the deadline (or possibly I will lost the rights I archived for the last 15 years)

Awful app. Can't pay against the BNPL plans you want to pay. I always pay the plans off before the end of the interest free period, but the app doesn't allow it. I spoke to someone on the help chat as wanted to pay remaining balance and they told me you have to wait until the day after BNPL ends to pay it, but surely that is just forcing people to be late and pay interest?! makes no sense. I certainly won't be using this farce of a system again. I will probably just shop elsewhere from now on.

cannot register therefore cannot payout. we need to complain then take it to the financial ombudsman. New Day has started off toxic. Contact the team is impossible all I want is a functional app where I can pay individual plans off.
