nightmare, too many passwords needed to be able to pay my bill. its a joke, how can I pay when I cant even access it
bad app, doesn't even allow me to log in, saying wrong details, like i don't know my name or birth date!
Did not like the idea of logging into my back it was not easy to pay using the app would not recommend

can't choose which plans you want to pay. automatically picked the plan that wasn't ending so I had to pay double intrest. ridiculous!

The app is awful to navigate and makes paying back money a joke. The app tells you how to pay then breaks itself try to follow its own instructions.

Absolutely useless app. I've wasted over an hour trying to sign in, reset my password, log out, and log back in, only to keep running into the same issues. Nothing works properly, and it's incredibly frustrating. Complete waste of time.
app is so so, trying to make payments and it won't even load past the login ( nothing wrong with internet ) don't know why they couldn't just keep the old working app

awful app very difficult to make payments as card not an inital option, tries to use some sort of bank transfer 3rd party that needs you to scan a qr code to authorise slightly difficult if trying to make payment from your phone!

I have a lot of problems with new app find it hard to make payments end up had ser dd had to get family to help me think I will end up leaving argos as finding it difficult on new app

no reminder for payments .. so have incurred late fees for last 2 months .. never had issue with old app .. and dont want ro setup direct debit .. overall dissapointing.
since the app changed i cannot seem to set a direct debit up and keep missing payments cause there is no reminder never had this trouble until it was changed
Rubbish can't even get on it
so difficult to actually make a payment ..I went through all the required procedure only to receive a message saying payment failed..I eventually got so fed up I went on a card payment and paid the account in full so I didn't have the same rigmarole next time...the old argos card payment system was a million times better

Before l used to get reminders when my payment is due. This month l didnt get any and was charged £12 for late payment fees. So angry and disappointing

it's way to complicated. and Difficult
no way of designating where payment goes. they automatically reduce a buy now pay later plan instead of allocation it to an interest incurring plan. This then keeps interest on the account. The last provider allowed you to allocate to your chosen plan. poor customer service could not tell me why a payment did not pay off a bnpl plan and instead changed it to interest deferred. Account will be getting closed and will not be using Argos again.

you need to sort app out took me nearly an hour to get onto app. asking for all details, enter them oh account already active. once I make final payment,I will close account and not use again. why it was sold to you I'll never know. Had no problems when it was run by Argos.
Utter sham of an app.The previous app made by Argos was brilliant.Since the new app was launched by Newday who took over,there has been countless errors,the app is super hard to set up asking for loads of security passwords and numbers which when you eventually do get set up won't work anyway,and then tells you you only have 4/5 tries to try again.Even though the details you inserted were correct. I cleared my balance today in full.And cut up my card.I think that says it all, don't you?0/10.

Overly complicated to make payments. took me 3 days to eventually pay. I had a reply that is basically a crop and paste of the reply to every review. But the app still has the same problems. You ask me to tell you what's wrong but dont give me anywhere to reply to you. The app tries to send me to Natwest even though I dont have an account with the. It won't let me use a credit card only a dept card. WHY? It should give my preferred payment 1st then any other way I can pay. why can I use a credit
