The argos app itself is perfect I can find what I need anytime, this is a plea to please look at the reviews on your other app argos pay, it is a terrible transition from the previous which worked perfectly. I have used argos bnpl for years making my bigger transactions more affordable. How ever once I get my balance cleared this time I will be closing the account. The argos pay app is not user friendly, slows down buying and seems more pushed to cause a build up of interest

Breaches UK Data Standards. Do Not Download. This app forces compliance through misleading interface design. They try to trick you into sharing your precise location and phone characteristics with third parties by hiding the opt-out option. This completely violates UK GDPR guidelines on clear and fair consent. I refuse to shop with a company that handles user privacy so deceptively. I am reporting this application directly to Trading Standards and the ICO.

worst online purchase experience i have ever had. the migration of accounts has taken .o ths to resolve
awful!!!!
had to update and the new version of the app is awful. you can't see prices as the add to trolley icon covers it. the search for local stores hides the search results so quickly you can't read them and if you type in a town it doesn't show anything on the map local to you.
No matter how much i try, Argos doesnt appear to connect to Nectar Card, thats through the Webb and app which is infuriating as lots of points are lost! Way to go Nectar! Not!

sometimes the collection details are over the picture so I can't see the item properly without clicking on it to see it properly. once you set 1 filter you cannot set another. for example I tried to filter a TV cabinet once I set colour I couldn't set size but it happens for everything
argos forces you to download there app for certain items and then the items aren't available on the app. waste of time for everyone

My Argos delivery not arrived... .. I placed my order 3 days in advance .. and no no driver no money no delivery Driver are lazy.. customer service team just laughed and no help Simple ignore me as customers.. don't recommend... Argos is my present for you and my items which I bought and never delivered to me.. all my items are present for Argos from me

had to type my details in multiple times and almost gave up compleatly due to the terrible app. it's not worth using the app as its a waste of time just go to the store.
Completely unfair that people with apple pay can purchase pokemon cards with one click. No chance on a android phone. Needs to change to make it fair for all. App doesn't even work properly on drops. Why make it app only when it doesn't work properly.
finding it hard to set up my Account
Couldn't even sign in, tried restarting both the app and my phone, re-downloaded it and still couldn't sign it. Wasn't my connection because I tried both WiFi and data.
POS app trying to get the pokemone etbs this morning nothing but a shiz show yet online seeing a picture of 1 person bot account with like 7 or 8 being bought 😠 😡
does not give multiple options for white goods such as installation and recycling. these options are available on the Web page but not on the app which leads customers into thinking there isnt an installation service or sends them on a frustrating back and forth between the app and argos FAQ
Found checkout options bewildering, and some just didn't work for me. Security measures have become onerous to the point of lack of usability. If online purchasing is so secure, why are so many intensely irritating different checks necessary? Latest experience will definitely make me think thrice before buying from Argos again.
Glitchy, please sort out the app on Android! I have to put my card details in every time i want to buy something it's frustrating as i should be able to use bi metrics to do it quickly like every other website but its not possible on this app, also my text is over the picture of the product so have to click on the product to see, will have to start shopping else where if the app isnt sorted!!
