Absolute joke of a company, you keep your crooked terms and conditions and I'll keep hold of my money. Everything from your app to your store practices is just bad, down with Argos and up anyone else.
Absolutely infuriating app! Had to uninstall it on two android devices. Keeps crashing when I try to sign in.
Due to the absolute rip off of Argos Pay... I will no longer be buying here and if n when my plans are paid off, if Argos doesn't rip me off to get interest out of me for plans I could pay, but probably won't due to Argos pay deciding where my money goes, I will be deleting my account and having nothing to do with the absolute scam of a company again. I urge anyone reading this to Avoid Argos and choose better places to shop n spend your money.

I'm very uncomfortable with the Argos Pay being an only option for some products. Asking personal questions when trying to buy a product is unnecessary.

App is riddled stocking issues for pokemon cards. Products showing available when they're not, and "product not found" pages when products are supposedly in stock. please sort your system out so that it works for customers and is fair for all customers. Customers are pointed towards using the website/app for pokemon cards and not in-store and yet people are finding ways to purchase in-store. When I've been to stores they've told me it's app/web only. It is abysmal.
I keep getting a message of "Update/Delete request failed, please try again" all the time whether I'm opting to collect or delivery. it's farcical.
the newdaycard is impossible to register all I want is to make a payment to my Argos card

such a terrible app, whenever you click on something, it takes you back to the home page. This whole app is just one bugged mess. If you can, I'd avoid using this app. Simply atrocious.

keep returning back to homepage. unable to view wishlist or search for items. unusable would avoid.
I can't possibly look to order anything on this app. it doesnt help that on the Internet browser site it tells you to order a specific item on the app. running around in circles selecting the item then taking me back to the homepage. Unbelievably frustrating especially when you want something specific...
Crashes everytime
continuously crashes and is unusable!
app just doesn't work, every item click on restarts back to home page, and saying add to trolley for stuff that isn't in stock. very annoying when these are item can only purchase on the app
Nothing works, countless crashes and can never order anything on the app because the app resets itself to the main page and why is everything out of stock onthe app but not in the main shop 😭
can't recommend. Multiple types of items you search or click, get a quick white "updating" screen then straight to the home page. Go to the website and some items are only on the app...you can see the issue here. Forced to use an app that doesn't work. 2 occasions when I have ordered something, I've got a delay email and then sorry we refunded you. And I know the social media team will just respond with " we've passed it on to the team". It isn't their issue. But the devs won't fix either.
got to be one of the worst apps I have on my phone. The app just goes in a loop of going to the home screen and then showing a cup of tea. If I click on some items I get the cup of tea and then it takes me to the home screen and I have to start again. End up just going to amazon and buying my products

Doesn't work
9/10 times it boots you back to the homepage when you press an item and/or crashes.
The app doesn't function properly. reloads every time you are on a page or searching for something. doesn't bring up the products you search for. do not recommend at all.

awful app, try to buy things online and it says only available on the app. try to buy things, as soon as you click on it, it glitches and goes back to the home screen

went to website and had to download thr app to purchase something. app won't load anything keeps bugging out. can open product pages, can't fav items and can't purchase. on the one thing I was able to add to basket turns out was actually out of stock anyway ! absoultly pointless app. does no work in any fashion. tried unistalling and reinstalling but still didn't work.
Used this app for many years but now that they are forcing everyone to accept Spying Tracking Cookies with no choice of saying no i am forced to uninstall 🧐
The app is simply unusable. Whatever I try to search, it either goes to the search briefly before glitching back to the front page, or it simply glitches right away and does not search. literally impossible to search for or buy an item. I won't be buying anything from Argos in future as (1) the app doesn't work, and (2) half of the things I look for on their website is available only on the app. Uninstalling.
Terrible. In stock filters don't work. Frequently says items are availble until you try to purchase them. Pointless app and rubbish experience just like the web site.
