Unless I'm missing something, this is worse than the old app. I can't set a home and/or work location for quick journey planning. Journey planner doesn't give a list of my favourites or a select on map. Clicking on a live bus doesn't give it's timetable, just gives information about the bus' facilities (if its been entered) and a link to buy a ticket. To work out my eta I'm having look at departures for an upcoming stop as that's the only place I've found the progress of a live bus.

Live buses showing on my routes but disappointingly when you tap on a bus it does not show the times of arrival at each stop. No buses showing on live bus information at 8am today!

The live bus tracking was much better and very easily accessible compared to the newer one where it's hidden beneath layers of options. 02. Feature that stored my last 4-5 stops that was searched in memory to help quickly find the bus timings the newer app may look good on the outside but from a functionality perspective it's way worse than the old.

old app clears (idk how thats possible but it is), new app doesnt load bus stops, you can't see the times busses gonna be getting there tmrw (some bs), and it just feels clunkier somehow. bring back the old app!

All it's good for is buying a ticket. the tracking is inaccurate and often just blatantly wrong and has no use when it comes to planning. Even the ticket buying isn't that easy.

inaccurate bus times, new bus times for Redcar and Cleveland wrong, missing buses because of it, needs updating properly, when the bus says it's leaving Redcar clock at 14 mins past the hour and leaves at 10mins past the hour. THe bus app said 8.01am departure from where I live but came at 7.50am luckily I just caught the bus

When you think the Arriva service couldn't get any worse, they somehow manage it. It seems my village and any of the stops there no longer exist? Then when using stops from the next town over to find my bus to work, apparently there are no journeys available! hard enough getting to work not knowing if the bus will even show up/be on time - now I can't even check the times, never mind see if the bus is coming or not. The service is a disgrace.

WHY can't you click on a bus and see what time it will get to a specific stop! about just says " buy a ticket" POINTLESS. New app lacks functionality that the previous app had. Tried to engage with Arriva to point this out and see if they are going to include previous functionality but they wont even respond. Arriva have received hundreds of reviews and messages complaining about the downgraded app and are ignoring this. The idiots who created the Uno app must have got this gig.

I have to use the Arriva app frequently and every time I use this updated version it makes me wanna jump off my nearest bridge. It was perfect before, I have never seen an app get updated and have it's quality decline but thank you arriva, you have once again managed to disappoint me, as if your terrible bus service wasn't enough you had to go on ruin the app too. I really appreciate your company effort in keeping all your services completely unreliable and borderline usable!!

This app is terrible. In the old app I would buy tickets and scan them on the bus with no issues. Now with this app I can buy the tickets, but as soon as I activate them and then at the appropriate time to scan them. The QR scanner on their busses do not scan! I can't even use the app for its intended function!

One star because I'm forced to provide a score. I have travelled on 2 cancelled services (cancelled according to the new app) and today on a service that, according to both the new app and new website, wasn't running. As others have mentioned, the previous app provided timing information for the whole journey and was accurately updated if there were delays or diversions. For those who were only interested in a specific bus stop, the original time was shown alongside the new expected time.

I really hate this new app. cant get where I need to be and keeps coming up with London places when im in North Yorkshire ....despite the fact I have my location on. Can't find the bus times at all. The old one was so much better and so simple to use. I've had to go back to using an old school timetable because I really cant get to grips with the updated version.

lowkey bad, when you click the bus your tracking it doesnt show the stops its passed like the old app. Also told me to walk to a stop 35 minutes away although my nearest stop was 5 minutes away from me. Doesnt update the timetable of the bus when its delayed

If I could give a zero, I would. This is miles worse than the older one, which was actually pretty decent. Tickets (QR Codes) can't be scanned on the bus. I have purchased 4 single way tickets over the past 4 weeks, every time I have tried to scan them on the bus they do NOT work. Thankfully, the bus drivers have allowed me to board without needing to purchase a physical ticket. How is this an upgrade over the previous app which worked without issue? Tickets are Adult single north west Liverpool City Region Plus.

Absolute downgrade from the previous app. The worst parts being the live map. You have to enter the bus route numbers to see live buses which you didn't have to before. It's too dark and no way to change that. The live bus icons are giant bus images now so it is harder to make out when there are multiple buses close together. And the 1 aspect that made me give a bad review which makes livetracking pointless. Live buses NO LONGER shows how late they are! worthless.

total joke can't find buses on maps every time u use the app it shows York which is no where i live ,needs 2 be more precise as 2 complicated especially for elderly users, not all bus stops r listed tells u to go 2 a stop that is further away then the one I use, finally find a bus for it 2 just disappear of the map you wait and find out it doesn't turn up as they've cancelled it, never tells you how late it'll be. Doesn't tell you which stop it's at so you have to judge where it is on map.

Firstly, the accounts that are giving 5 star reviews are simple minded bots. Secondly, it's far worse than the previous app; the "live tracking" is useless and doesnt state whether the bus will be delayed or cancelled- a blessed feature of the previous app. Thirdly, I noticed the app is precisely designed to ONLY account against potential loss of company income ( screenshotting a ticket). It severely bothers me that the company, in their infinite wisdom created this "upgrade". Very Horrible
