tried to contact the support team vis the app: keep getting error messages. tried via the Internet, my password was not recognised. reset it. still does not recognise my password. on the add they mention tai-chi: cannot find anything is the search (only workout related to yoga and pilates).

Signed up again because of the pilates and Tai Chi challenges advertised on Instagram but don't even see anything new on the Android app (there is a 2024 challenge still listed). Can't find these challenges on there at all. Tried to do a search for Tai Chi and nothing is coming up.

Don't buy this app!!! After about 2 months of use, I couldn't find exercises from the ad, so I transferred the app to my wife's for her to use it. Which she didn't. Today, they charged me 119.99$, or 3 times more than a year ago using automatic renewal. The worst thing is that they don't refund for renewal of subscription!!! It is an Asana Robber, not a Rebel.

The workouts really aren't worth doing, but moreover they've made it impossible to cancel your subscription. The app told me to cancel through the play store, but that is not an option.

Be careful with the subscription, I canceled this back in 2022 and was charged a "renewal" fee in 2025 when this has been canceled almost 3 yrs now.

i keep getting notices that they keep trying to charge me for an annual subscription. i contacted customer support and they said they took care of it and i would get charged any more and 4 hours later i received another alert that they tried to charge me again.
I still can't cancel my subscription. it was renewed despite my request to cancel. nothing seems to work and bank can't help me

I downloaded asana rebel meaning to try it for a week, and then they charged me for a month without any warning. On their website it is written that you can get a refund, but it is not true. It seems that is their strategy to receive money not by a great product but but charging those who just forgot to cancel the subscription on time. I didn't even try it out. At the end they refunded me 50% but I would never try to use this app again. Because I feel deceived.

You won't be able to cancel. They ignore cancellation requests and auto renew your subscription for $79/yr.

Good workouts (or they were when I actually used it for about a week in 2022), BUT they make you email customer service to cancel and don't have an easy way for you to view billing history. I canceled once through Google Play in November 2022, but was still charged annually ***4 more times*** before I finally noticed in my PayPal account a few days ago (they boosted the price from $29.99 to $71.98) and emailed customer service. ADHD-ers beware...
The workout are not updated. I've been using it for probably 3 years. The email with the renewal ended up aty spam folder. I tried to reason with customer service for a refund, very unsuccessful. They refused to refund the membership. Now I'm stuck with an app that I will not use because there in nothing challenging there for me. Be aware that if you, for some reason forgot to cancel or ( they make it very difficult) you can't in time you will be stuck. paying.
FRAUDULENT! SCAM! Multiple law firms suing company! Customer service is terrible. There are no refunds. ~Edited after reading more reviews. Same response of contact us via email for further details. 😂 Then you get same response in email as the first. "I'm sorry but we cannot refund...."
WATCH OUT! Subscription automatically at triple price and even contacting them on the very same day they're refusing a refund (over £100!!!) An honest business doesn't need to make money on a nasty ways like this
I wanted to cancel simply because I wasn't using the app. I could not find any means to do so including the emails from Amy do not allow you to reply. my subscription renewed and customer service refuses to issue a refund. I was charged for a whole year. you should make it easier to cancel and notify customers when their renewal is coming up. so beware. Read all the reviews. there are many like mine. if you're so sorry about our experiences, you'd think you'd do something about it but no.
They may rip you off be careful. I canceled this subscription back in 2025, but got charged again in 2026. The day I got charged I contacted them and basically said sorry can't refund as it is an annual subscription. Even though I canceled several months ago prior to the renewal. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
UPDATE. 2 YEARs LATER AND I WAS CHARGED AGAIN. FOR A SERVICE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. I WENT BACK TO MY Paypal app to investigate further and noticed i was charged several times for this service that i canceled immediately. Horrible customer service. I've been emailing since I purchased a yearly plan. IThey keep stating they haven't heard from me and are closing the ticket. The app doesn't recognize my subscription, so I couldn't start my plan. I am now seeking legal action.
Watch for the auto-renewal with no warning and there is absolutely no chance of a refund. They just offer to cancel the subscription for you so you don't have to pay again. There hasn't been any new content, in over a year. They advertise challenges which never materialise and when contacted say they are "testing content" on social media (more like duping people into signing up). For an app which is about mindfulness, wellbeing and calm...its execution is the opposite. Very disappointed.
This is a scam, pure and simple. I had already been subscribed; the exercises were okay, not great. I read that people had issues with canceling and being charged anyway, so I paid attention. When I received the notice that I would be renewed on January 10th, I emailed support on January 4th to cancel my subscription; no response. I emailed again on January 7th; no response. my subscription was renewed for 2x the amount they stated in the renewal email. This company needs to be investigated!

This app doesn't work. I have been working with their IT to get it to work but it just doesn't. It refuses to recognize my log in details and they cant find a reason why so I just wasted all this money for nothing.
Useless unless you pay. I saw several workouts I liked and they all prompted me to subscribe to premium. Went to "free" and had a total of 3 workouts to choose from. Lame.
Like everyone else said, DO NOT GET THIS APP. I set a reminder to cancel it 10 days before my year was up and they automatically renewed my subscription at the beginning of the month without my consent. Not only that but the classes are terrible and they know it otherwise they wouldn't force you into another years membership. I've been doing yoga for years and this app is Temu yoga.
Not worth the money, much better free mobility coaching in IG. Also they ignore consumer protection laws outside the country they're based in - point blank refuse to refund when auto renewal kicks in - clearly money grabbing scheme,not focused on wellness

If I don't open the app for a couple of days it stops sending notifications, then I forget that I have the app altogether. It only sends notifications when you are active and use it regularly. Why is not sending notifications after a week???
Fraud - Reported to my CC company. Used the app once over a year ago, canceled during the free trial, uninstalled it this Dec & same day there was a charge for $80 on my card. Shame on me for leaving my CC on file. How many others are not reporting this?

the first issue is financial. they really make it hard to cancel. I cancelled months ago and I still got charged last month the anual few 😡 the content is not bad tbh. but I also don't love it as it's repetitive and everything is an up sale. I don't recommend as if you are not happy is a struggle for very long.

I cancelled this subscription months ago after finding I wasn't using it much compared to similar apps. Received confirmation that the cancellation was processed (again, months ago). Today they are trying to take £102.99 from my bank. Not impressed, especially this close to Christmas.
Very good at communicating to sign you up with cheap introductory offers. Then SILENCE and hike up the fees taking the automatic renewal at a much higher price without notice. sure they say it in the small print when you sign up so that's how they get away with it but very poor customer communication in my mind. Cancelled subscription for purely that action. if they had communicated I may have stayed but don't like the 'keep quiet and take your money' money approach at all. Lost a customer here
