Unable to complete payment to choose a seat. On both the website and app the button to pay doesn't work.
The clunkiest and worst Airline App I've used. 50% of the time it will not load your booking. If you're lucky enough to get it to load, the trip drops out the next time you open the app and then won't let you find the booking.
It doesn't really make sense that the app requires 6 pieces of user entry information just to pull up the reservation? and the best part is that you have to do it all over again if you close out of the app

They do everything possible to make it impossible to cancel your refundable ticket.

When I look up available mileage ticket for a return ticket from Inchen to Sydney, the site doesn't open and the mobile app freezes even I deleted mobile app and chae, and then downloaded again.
very stupid app no logic at all waste of time. for eg mobile number need to key in first middle and last number. I have tried millions times but all unsuccessful. the app must be created by a joker

Difficult app - all as noted in other reviews. Ultimately pointless to use; in the end doing online check-in on my desktop and getting boarding passes emailed was all that I needed and didn't need to open this frustrating app again.

User interface is very confusing and difficult to use.
Forced to survive in Vietnam First they made me buy my ticket again I got to the airport 3 hours before my departure time and none of the staff were there working which caused me to miss my flight They made me repurchase my ticket And now.... They told me I missed my flight .... And now I'm stuck in Vietnam.... No way to get home And they want me to buy a ticket to get home
Reading reviews from years ago and it still has the same exact issues. In particular the not saving my flight to "My Trip" and needing your middle name beside your first name in the "First Name" field. They really need to hire competent people to come in and fix this, it's been years and it's still broken.
Appears to be designed by someone who does not fly and wants to make it hard for those that do. All other airline apps ask for last name and booking reference and then remember it for future visits. Not this garbage. This needs departure airport, arrival airport, departure date, last name, first name (with hidden middle name requirement) and finally the reference. Then forgets it instantly. Even signing up gives no option to add it as a known booking.
I can confirm my reservation via phone and chatbot but not with the App. So this App is USELESS. Fix your HORRIBLE system.
This is very wrong airline apps, never will get your millage. I have numbers but will never had password. No way to register it. Must be scams

Horrible experience going through your online system. Wasted many, many hours over several days having to start over and over due to your system shutdown. Please improve. Your chatbot is absolutely useless. I have always tried to support OZ but it is a huge challenge trying to buy an online ticket.
Wala silang pakialam sa mga passengers nila, hindi naman namin kasalanan kung bakit kami nahuli sa flight schedule namin, (binibintahan pa kami ng pagkamahal na ticket one way lang) kundi kasalanan ng Cebu Pacific. Ninakaw pa luggage tag ko. Madaming Ka bwesitan nangyari diyan sa Asiana na yan!

Terrible. The worst experience I have ever had trying to book a flight. Gave up trying to apply the 20% seat choice discount because every time I did, I took me back to the first leg of the four leg flight I was trying to buy.
Who the hell made this app? You have to go thru several clicks to find your flight info, doesn't show your seats, doesn't tell you what terminal you are flying out of, doesn't even tell you if the flight is delayed. What the hell is the purpose of this app?
It won't let me create a account it sucks how can I fix it please so I can't even put my airline in so I fly June well tis sucks

앱 업데이트가 필요해서 결제가 안되는거면 업데이트 하라 안내를 해야지 계속 카드를 읽을수 없다는 둥 이상한 메세지만 보내고. 앱 관리 이따우로 합니까?
Horrible UX. I couldn't even figure out how to select a flight without any stops!
I'm an Asiana Airlines mileage member since 1996. Currently Diamond (Star Alliance Gold), so I've got a wee bit of experience with Asiana. Only reason to use this app is to hold your virtual mileage card. Seriously, who made or supervises this app? I guarantee you that first grade Korean students could do better. Did you guys do any R & D?? The app is non-functional, not intuitive AT ALL.
2rd review after an update, WHAT A GARBAGE, NOTHING WORKS, TOTALLY USLESS,!!! The worst app I have ever seen! Extremely cumbersome and difficult to use it and in the end it simply doesn't work! Pure worthless garbage!
Asiana has no after sales customer service. All of their contact number will provide you nothing.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Does not cannot connect with Kakao to authenticate to save its life. So if you ever forget your membership number or password, you are screwed. Useless app.

i had to reenter my information ten times because the app restarts the whole process if you accidentally click the wrong thing or go outside the app to eg. check your card information
Glitch after glitch after glitch after glitch. Took me like four hours to make a booking, and I had to do it the next day.
