I can't log on
Offers me a reward get reward and nothing there except get this app on Iphone. Put it on Iphone tells me cannot down load as my iphone not got right whatever it is. Put it on google on laptop and still no reward for 2 for 1 mains. Put it on another iphone exactly same as mine took the app but no reward. Always worked before why not now

Never able to download at Liverpool site

Seems only one person per table/party can check in and reap the rewards. Pointless.
Impossible to register new accounts because there is no field to enter the verification code. From other reviews, this has been broken for months but ASK can't be bothered to fix it.
Can't login. Sends a verify code and then doesn't let you input it. Useless.

Worked fine then frozen. Can't get past the Ask Perks logo page after logging in, reinstalling and resetting password! I'm going to lose my lemons man!
Unable to get past the start screen, even after trying on a different device, uninstalling the app and reinstalling and checking WiFi. I've tried to contact Ask but to no avail. So unfortunately now won't be visiting Ask.
What a load of rubbish. The app doesn't work and gets stuck on the loading page. I would suggest paying someone to create an app that works instead of pushing out rubbish that doesn't. App deleted now and will be eating elsewhere.

Haven't a clue what this is about. I wanted the ASK 30% off offer and got sidetracked into loading an "app" but I don't understand what happened after that. I was on my desktop computer but the wording on the screen seemed to suggest I was loading this "app" thing onto my 'phone. Completely un-understandable but clearly not intended for those of a Certain Age who once again are marginalised by super-techie-whizz-kid-boffins who have no idea how to make their products understandable to EVERYone.
unable to get past the let's get started screen, I've followed all previous suggestions, updated to latest version, uninstalled. I have correctly created a new account even though I've been receiving emails for a number of years. every time I successfully sign in there is 20 seconds of the ask perks screen and then it reverts to let's get started. very annoying makes me want to cancel my reservation and never eat there again ! vote with your feet.
this app is absolute rubbish. I've been Perks member for at least 10 years and yet the app is telling me it does not recognise my email address even though Ask send me several e.ails a month. I would like to hear your response - please do not ignore me.
complicated app
Installed and uninstalled straight away - not user friendly...can't even login. Prefer old method of perks via email subscription.

The app doesn't work for me. It refuses to allow me to register. I do not recall opening an account other than giving an email address to receive the Perks. I have been able to update my details but not a password. Entering the code does nothing.
Dreadful won't open at all. I have installed it and uninstalled it 3 times.
I can't get past the first page. app doesn't open.
Can't get past the entering my birthdate screen, shows no button or way to move on whatsoever. Completely non-functional.

Seemed ok until you actually downloaded it ready to get the code needed for a free child's meal. It then didn't work, which meant not having the code ready before we left and having to pay for the meal. Not impressed.
