1 out of 3 videos won't load, and sometimes tells you you got the "wrong" answer then tells you the same answer you picked. In order to learn ASL you do need to be able to see the signs. So, not a very functional app in any way.
I paid for the subscription but the application says I didnt, and doesnt let me keep learning, I contacted a support a few times but no one got back to me so far. So DONT PAY , use what is free and choose another application, more reliable. Also, the videos are too smal that you cant always see all signs.
the free lessons were good! then a few lessons later you hit a pay wall where they want you to pay $100.
Makes you have to pay after only 3 units. Ridiculous, but other than that the app is fine.
IT SHOULD BE A CRIME to limit wanting to help the disabled by a paywall. I see you've recently updated it past lesson 4 as previously you had to pay for it to go ANY further. cant even practice what you've learned without paying to access the practice area. yes you've recently made it more free friendly by what seemed to be 2 lessons a day free ? did yall really celebrate this in the meeting room? follow duolingo. seriously before they beat yall to it,Duolingo not having ASL is why you exist
I took a break for a while and now the app is different. Nearly everything requires a paid subscription now. The free "lessons" don't demonstrate the sign before you have to name the sign, so how is that a lesson? It's a quiz! Also, the flashcards are now locked to paid subscriptions only. There is nothing beneficial about the free version. I can't afford a subscription, so this app is of no help to me anymore. I deleted my account and will be going back to another ASL app I used previously.
was good until recent update. first the videos didnt work. Now the app crashes and freezes after doing 5 questions. update:they fixed and it worked for a few levels. then it freezes when It has a harder question. please fix. I am trying to learn asl for my deaf daughter and this app is the best way it sticks in my head.
