literally as soon as it opens, before I can pick ENGLISH, it already made its mind up to be in SPANISH and I don't know how to switch it so uninstall

I have emailed y'all 20x with no response. this is fraud. give me full access to the app or refund me my money!! Do not pay for a subscription. they take your money and remove access! scammers! if I cancel don't get my money back. I want the subscription I paid for or
they are asking for id verification now to use some of there features

they charged me. google play approved my refund. but they never gave me the refund
charged me $60 after I canceled the trial. I am so mad it shows where I canceled it and then the continued to take $60 out of my bank
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I just paid for the full version and when I go to add a chart, right under where it says I can add up to 100 and I only have five j there, it does absolutely nothing! I paid for nothing, thanks a lot.

I have paid for the Astrolink app for almost two years now & up until today I've been fairly satisfied with it. I'm giving it two stars because of their customer support. I have been unable to use the features that I pay for, I've made sure the app is up to date, cleared cache & reset my password. I can not get in contact with an actual person. The virtual support has been useless. The last message I received said "make sure you are logged into the correct account" I only have one account!
Too complicated
gross a lot of the apps best features are now behind a paywall. I'm disappointed and can no longer utilize the features I want
I really like this app, but for months now, it seems whenever there is a full moon like tonight, it's naturally one day behind. I exited the app and went back in, and it's still the same problem. Please fix this!
I keep getting errors in Portuguese.. Why? I can't do anything because the errors keep coming up.
