Useless for spam calls. My phone already tells me an incoming call is potential spam, but the calls still come through, a couple dozen a day. I thought this would block them but it doesn't, it's just one more notification when a call comes in. I used the free version, but if I can't get a basic use why would I pay for it?

scan for malware not working anymore!
Just want a damn widget on my home screen for this damn app...tried for an hour. Ready to just delete and go elsewhere...If they can't give you that or even instructions for that, I'm going to trust them with the safety of my phone...Right!

Got a notification that something was detected. Opened the app to see what's up, and couldn't see the notification. Only allowed to update the app. Performed the update, then the status is nothing scanned, nothing detected.Less than worthless
how do i disable the constant scanning. i think it drains my battery to scan 640 files every hour, i literally haven't installed anything in the past 3 years, and i use another app to scan my apk files because the active armor doesnt scan those fully anyways. I just use this for blocking scam calls which use to be lovely when this active armor use to be separated into its own apps, but instead i have this app running constantly to give me neverending buzzing and alerts that its scanning is done.
this app does not do nothing face scam
The safe browsing is still disabling itself, the VPN still disables itself and the safe shopping and banking disables itself. Also this messes with your cell phone connection way too bad and slows it way down. Seems Verizon is fixing to get my business back... AT&T is the worst cell phone provider...
I'm buying your devices and using your service and now you want me to buy malware and virus protection for your devices which your company allows breaches in my home. company's takes 2-3 years before they let the public know of breaches I didn't even get a letter as usual the standard letter we'll give you credit monitoring for a year no important information was exposed. that's why I'm going back to landline you folks are such liars retired Telecom Analyst. how's the project going?

Thanks to AT&T disabling their spam filtration, so I can rely on Google to not do any work, I've gone from getting 1-2 spam text messages a day getting through a filter to 5-6 spam text messages an hour. I thought it was just the election causing this increase, but the primary election in CA is over now. And it's getting worse every day. What good is this service, if you aren't going to provide the service? To the executives who made this dumb decision, I hope your pillows are always hot.
Never seems to work. Its always popping up saying, App not responding. close app, wait or report a problem....

Loading Issues
I've had this app and had zero problems with it, but all of a sudden it doesn't work AT ALL. When I open it, it's making me sign up for services like I'm a new customer, then when I try to, it says that I don't have AT&T active service. I have TWO active lines. No one seems to know how to help me with this issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. Customer service is non existent. I'd give zero stars if I could. This app STILL doesn't work! FIX IT PLEASE!

Stupid my At&t app says the advanced version is included for free with premium 2.0 but clearly isn't. AT&T YOU NEED TO FIX THE ADD-ON SAYING IT'S FREE!
This app is useless, everytime I try to block a number it says I need to update, when you select update it goes to open app no update to install. please fix this been like this for over 6 months.

Shouldn't have to have your Location on in order to run VPN
Does not block spam nor does it stop scam calls, I have to go into the settings on messages and call app settings to get help.

It used to work great, but now, it won't scan. Won't block calls not in my contact list or from unknown callers.

stop doing any scans, last update it has not scanned or allowed for scanning. it turns the features off for internet and VPN along other settings, unable to uninstall and reinstall as the site said. keeps putting an error message at deactivate

This app has crashed more than ten times just in the last week alone, doesn't help very much in blocking fraud/spam calls like it used to. I would think AT&T would have a better product than this. very disappointed that this app seems to be not as good as the past'😥 Than they want you to upgrade for better coverage for a monthly price of $7 for each product! We've been AT&T customers for over 50 years and also AT&T retirees and it's sad that your product is inferior /
The FREE BASIC APP is extremely limited.
inefficient ineffective
Not the app. Cheesy and unprofessional. very Basic. Caller ID is not a paid service in this App. Smfh....You took all the "Security" away, and now it is just a hacked up app. with accessibility permissions.
My phone was all of the sudden for emergency calls only. When someone called me it said too many calls were forwarded. After I uninstalled Active Armor it worked again. So, something is not quite right.

I have had about 17 calls come through in the last 4 hours. This happens daily. All unwanted and spam. I asked for all calls to be blocked except my contact list. It is truly frustrating.
Really not happy that manual app scan for malware is no longer working
