25 minutes survey for a few points and it didn't even give me the points. stole 25 minutes of my life for nothing and I did finish it to completion and it redirected me back to the game without what it promised me
when they couldn't charge MY cashapp debit card; they charged my email registered to cashapp which gave them access to my daughter's card that I have never saved to my phone. they billed her account and then threaten to deactivate my account if I ever contest their credit card fraud ever again. does this sound like a business you want to deal with?

does not let you opt out of data sharing. This is a serious breach of privacy. now i cannot enter arcade without acepting which i will not do so it renders the app useless. also game schedules are awful, when games are live im at work and by the time I can log in the event has finished. stupid design and marketing.
the influencer promoting this makes me want to never download this app

Make a new ad for your game that lasts as long as the ad is supposed to. 5 to 10 seconds is not a long enough ad to cover the length. Seeing these short ads repeat themselves over and over makes me wanna block the add and definitely doesn't make me wanna download your game cuz it's just annoying.
the customer service here is the worst I've ever seen. the ads are the worst I've ever seen just about every single one either forces open your play store or web browser or if you have the app the ad is about it will force open that app. I've said something to the devs 100s of times over 2 years and they refuse to do anything. the game is unplayable. do not waste your time here like I have. the way the ads are extremely predatory should be illegal. 1 star until fixed. would be zero if possible
Cash grab... you'll never earn even close to the cost to actually start playing.
tye interface is chunky and u have to do surveys that always screen you out and is very not fun uninstalled.
lies... you make about 1-5¢ a year if you play nonstop, don't waste your time...
ive been playing for a few years, had the occasional issue of it logging me out. now I have lost everything. and I never made any money from it
The constant crashing is horrible! Today, there was an "update" to fix the issue, and guess what the first time on after the update, it crashed. Your suggestion didn't work. why "fix" something that works great. Most companies that "fix" their app don't realize it isn't needed or wanted, people want something that works and doesn't need constant "updates." If it works don't mess with it.
The ads for this game do not have a mute button and pauses podcasts I am listening to. I have reported the ads numerous times and nothing has been done.
all this game does is map out your location, and barely pays you anything from their ad revenue. garbage app and tires of constantly seeing ads for it from fake "customers"
can you at least try to fix all the screw up you keep doing...maybe give people some compensation....I guess common sense isn't for everyone 🙄

no withdraw option totally fake scam game
downloaded about 3 years ago out of curiosity and then lost my phone and forgot. I had already bought a parcel so when I logged back in I thought surely after 3 years there will be $5. with them bragging $70 a year for some. barely 50 cents... in 3 years. the math isn't mathing on this. you'll spend more than you get back with how this app seems to work
option to cancel subscription is nonexistent or might as well be and support is the same. I better not have to just freeze my card or something.
this app was great at first, but lately their hourly ad rewards haven't been working. contacting customer service is a joke, I have told them about this issue earlier this month and it still hasn't been resolved. update 6/6/2026 still having the same issue with their hourly ad rewards. I watched four of them and didn't get the reward, they just kicked me out of atlas earth and logged me back in. almost a month later and still having the same issues with their hourly boost rewards.
I just tried to cash out $44. It said it was successful, but never let me put in any info for cashout, and now that money is gone in the app.

I keep getting my log in bonus reset, this time I've reached the maximum 90 days streak it has reset and I've not received the 200 atlas bucks. the staff are not helping me with this glitch which they are aware of as they were able to put my streak back before but now will not! avoid this game disgusting customer service 😡

not very good had it on my phone for months never got a single penny from it so got rid of it.
SCAM!!! You spend to much time trying to make a dollar a day, when I spent hundreds maybe close to a thousand dollars to get my plots to make a passive income of 2 dollar a day. Understand people it will be able way to much time and money spent to even reach that goal. if a developer responds to this, the balance is way off. money made vs time spent isn't worth It. please don't spend real world money on greedy executives. billions ggdp

they are not giving credit after they're extremely long ads. the ad will completely finish and then it says can not play ad. update i have through the app 1st with still no response about the ads not rewarding, surveys not rewarding, challenge board only giving events that can't be completed by the end of the month in the last week so it's not possible to complete, the diamond wheel only landing on bid tokens with nothing to even bid on. No response and No help. I'm canceling my subscriptions
The ad I watched for this game was really creepy and cringy. Definitely make me NOT want to play it.

the surveys don't always work after you finish it kicks and if u agree to the new user agreement for the surveys it say they will have access and see every browser page and how long u where on it there is no need for this app to know all of that
The daily bonus keeps jumping back to day one even though I am in the game every day.
Tremendous support that Atlas Earth uses to do the payout withdrawals from the game. Ends up holding off n keeping the funds for itself. THIS is a scam that Atlas Earth doesn't want to fix.
don't start playing this game. every day's fail is watching the same ads over and over, from beginning to end, only to be pushed to another website each time cause the game to restart, with no boost rewarded, even though the ads sometime shows a reward granted near one of the impossible "X"s.The game used to have fewer issues. It shouldn't take two hours of ad watching for 6 hours of game boost
this game is a scam. played it before for 3 months only made 3 dollars
Update: Almost a full year later 8k still having the same issue and no one has responded to my emails. I cannot use the in-app help because I can't get past the error message.. I can't use the app anymore it days it detects location spoofing. I don't even have any spoofing apps on my phone. How do I fix this?
you have to use real money in the beginning to buy your first parcel of land or go through a whole bunch of hoops just to get enough game money to buy land and if you're lucky you will only get $70 in a year what a rip-off don't bother unless you've got money to waste I would give it less than one star if I could
It's like Pokemon Go, without the entertainment value. Their ad campaigns, featuring creepy stalker dudes, rage buying properties around neighbors and ex-wives are pretty hilarious though.

I'm enjoying the app a lot more than I expected despite the ads, but I can't get it to open right now. it just gets stuck loading on the map. I'm kinda in the middle of nowhere, but I have a reliable Internet connection and WiFi that has been plenty for the app so far. please help!
first off, dont be misled by the Statement when you open it for the first time that says something like on average our players make $70 a year. Don't get me wrong they might make that much money. but none of it is profit. Those players have spent thousands of dollars. I have played since the close to the start of the game and I have spent $5 i earned through Google play. I am just now coming up on $4 earned that was what like 6 years ago. I try to play everyday but I do miss 1 or 2 now and again

So now I have to watch 15 ads just to get 5 hrs of rent boost. (work in progress)
I really liked this app... until you changed from stars on the daily wheel to bid tokens for landmarks you are NEVER going to put on the game. GET REAL! No one wants these! Put the stars back on the daily wheel and you will get 5 stars from me again!
