I opened an account & made a deposit, but ran into an issue when asked to provide my ID. I explained that I had ordered a new one and only had a copy saved on my phone in the meantime. Unfortunately, that wasn't accepted, and they were unwilling to wait until my physical ID arrived in the mail. As a result, they closed my account - and kept my deposited funds without issuing any refund. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend doing business with them. Stay safe out there!

Perhaps this app would be good if the Plaid verification worked, or your CS agents would try to resolve the issue instead of telling me to "connect a different bank or wait a few days". A response that I have received multiple times. Plaid states that it is your issue, which it clearly is as my bank shows it is connected. Not one single CS agent has any interest in sending the issue to anyone who can resolve it. I'm tired of trying. i'm glad it works for some people.

seems like a scam, they withdrawl money from your bank and deposit to theirs without warning and very stressful to reverse it

this app is no good it doesn't help you get money and you constantly pay to close your account you have to get a ticket to get in line to be reviewed to close account my experience want to close it because I keep getting charged and not being able to use anything since the first time it's really a scam to where I'm paying you all and I would just rather stop I don't feel out in this did anything to help me out you only gave me a $20 limit and seven and eight of it had to go to membership 🤦🏿

does not let me in after I connect my bank. keeps repeating the process of connecting my bank. I knew this was too good to be true.
I have closed this account and they are still making unauthorized charges out of my checking account I wouldn't trust these people. They are getting sued for sure.
customer service is a joke. they will take payments every day every other day twice a week it doesn't matter normal credit cards normal payment schedule them whenever they want it they will take it. there is no Rhyme or Reason they alert you and let you know it's coming today there's no choice very sketchy and very Seuss of being a scam company
you guys make things too difficult and ask too many questions and then you say things that ain't their verified like my email question after question when you get together Dan we're glad to accept your card and work with you guys and you know get things going with my credit and things until then

this was a setup and now I can't cancel my membership or account to get my refund back it was a complete and total waste. False advertisement
Subscriptions as far as the eye can see. Get robbed by a traditional bank with fees or get robbed by some fintech with guaranteed monthly fees and the absolute bear minimum customer service. What a joke.
Was ok at first. Each time you pay your balance it increases your limit. But lately they have been telling me my membership fee can't be processed and resetting my limit back to $10. I know they're lying because there is plenty in my account to cover it and they charge it right after they say they can't. Don't recommend.

this company get a zero I never setup direct deposit and my entire paycheck went to them not my bank and I haven't been able to reach anyone yet to cancel the membership which I tried to do for days now please do not use this company
so I really wanted a credit card to improve my credit,but had no idea it would be hard to cancel my membership if I so choose to. I opened the account May 3.2026 soon wanted to cancel but Atlas team did not cancel until May 7 2026. its a good credit building card.
