I've been writing to customer support about my cash advance still showing that I owe a balance even though I paid it off and shows on the app that I did. I've sent even a screenshot showing that it was paid off but for some reason it shows I have a balance owed. Someone got back to me by email telling me to link my bank account and to pay my balance because it shows my bank account isn't linked. Hello!!! My bank account is linked and my card, that's not the problem. Wrote them back and nothing!!

They charge you $3 for being inactive. God forbid life happens and they take your earnings from you. I'm uninstalling this app!
Useless scam of an app. I applied twice with my bank accounts that have positive activity and have had for over a year and they still denied me. The application for instant cash takes a million years to process so there's nothing "instant" about it and seems sketchy when other instant money apps just require you to connect your bank and bam, instant money. This app is garbage and I'll never use it again. Deleted account and uninstalled immediately.

Do not use this app at all, i used it for a while until they gave me a run around for the payments that they only half paid, after I accepted that this was just the case, they then charge their fee to my account multiple times. stay far away from this app please read my edits for the full story
Error when I try to add my debit card. probably done purposely. Uninstalling this trash.
I haven't been able to get an advance. it logs into my direct express account through plaid and at the very last step it tells me there's no account available. I get social security every month.
I have changed password and it will not login into the account in order for me to close the account
Completely done with this app was finally able to update my card.You charged me the 4.99 for the monthly subscription.But now you're saying i'm ineligible for in advance, because of my old debit card that I have replaced, and you took the subscription payment from the new card as soon as I added it..So i'm completely done with this app. And I do not recommend anyone use it.
I'm having issues with my App. I repaid my ATM cash advance on June 17, 2026 and it's still isn't reflected on my account. I was hoping to get another cash advance by now. I've sent several emails and haven't gotten a response back. This is very poor customer service and is honestly ridiculously.
This is a scam company who promises cash advances, then pulls a bait and switch. Report them to the CFPB, FTC, and your state's Attorney General.

Advertises instant advances then doesn't approve a linked bank account until days later.
Edit: Management says to email them, but they don't respond. It won't let you get any more cash advances. They give you a bs reason about how you are ineligible based on limited account data. Customer service repeats the same email about how it's due to failure repay, deposits, or past repayments. Responding to explain how none of that applies, they just say the same thing back. They don't even read emails. I check back monthly and nothing changes. I get the same reason why I can't advance.
