Very misleading company. They advertise quick cash advances for people with bad credit, but instead they collect your personal and financial information and send you through multiple lenders. Felt more like they were using my information for profit than actually helping. I would not trust this service.

cant download any of the games for rewards. nothing seems to work on this app at all.

How does a bi-weekly income of $2,200 no longer qualify? Nothing changed on my end. Customer service has been unhelpful, taking 5 days to respond with scripted nonsense.
Charges you the $4.99 fee, then said I wasn't approved at this time. Ridiculous. Why should I have to pay before I even have my credit run? Update: they say the dont charge a fee, they did, I can show the bank charge since they don't want to believe me. Their good at gaslighting people and making you feel like your wrong.
says my debit card not linked to my bank when it clearly is they just want you to apply for all the lenders with 140% interest

im unable to link my bank and it's been saying that for months . this app is a scam
very disappointed with customer support , I had $20 go missing with no explanation . I tried to contact the support and got no response after numerous attempts via email . very saddened by this as this has been my primary app for passive income . it would be great if the support could see this review , then maybe they would make the effort to reach out !
This app is a waste of time. Applying for an advance is like pulling teeth despite meeting all of the qualifications. Even more frustrating is the fact that you have to wait 30 days to re-apply. Don't even bother with this app...
total scam.
This app is garbage. There's no way to update your debit card without contacting customer support through email and they never respond . So yeah you can't update your debit card and on top of that I haven't been credited my rewards that I've earned through playing games. I really don't know how they could have a 4.5 rating ? Unless these reviews are bogus.
They claim it is a cash advance, however when trying to get money, you need to drive to a strangers home where they give you the cash and charge a small service fee as well as people pay a high monthly subscription fee on top of that. People are also required to connect their bank account to the app as well. This is not the era where it is the caveman style of borrowing money let alone goto a strangers home where the stranger determins the small fee ahead of time.
I've linked my bank account successfully, but now that I'm trying to link my debit card, it says CVV is incorrect. How are you gonna tell me it's wrong when im the one looking at it 🤷🏻♀️
I tried to connect my bank to this app so I could get an advance. However, instead of connecting, it unconnected EVERY account I had with Plaid and now I can't reconnect anything. Every time I try it kicks me back to this app. I emailed support and have not gotten a response.
Got a message saying I could get a cash advance. but yet when I tried to get it, it came up an error message 502 . however, everyone else can seem to get a cash advance from this damn app, but, I can't?! wtfe
this app is a scam. I had the app for 2 months. the robot in the chat said that income can be "misinterpreted" or "misread" which is stupid. plus when you point out that it clearly says "payroll" they say that sometimes the whatever software they use, can misread income and put you as ineligible. stay away from this app.
Tried using cash advance. I keep getting an error everything I try to validate.
they gave me a advance for 25 but wanted 5.99 subscription 5 for express fee and a tip
Does not pay out as scheduled after completing tasks. Support is little to no help. They try to pawn you off to their 3rd party partner, but do not give you contact information to receive your funds. Only pays out in $5 dollar increments, and taxes you to death on instant withdrawals. I only gave it two stars because I did receive some money, but would not recommend at all.
had one advance for 20 dollars after that it's been denial after denial for various BS reasons I have a job and receive other income there shouldn't be a problem on top of that it takes forever to process a request I'm talking days to get an answer and by the time I have an answer I don't need it cus I've either been paid or received help from another source. Also the rewards take forever to receive if you ever get them. Everything is great at first but after while this app just plain sucks
