este a doua oara cand inchid aplicatia si ma trezesc ca in cos nu mai sunt produsele scanate, dar ieri dupa max 15 produse in cos am inchis din gresala aplicatia si m-am trezit ca dupa aveam 150 de produse in cos. asta dupa ce am stat la o coada de 10 persoane pt ca aparent in auchan titan mai e o sg casa pt scan and go. rusinos

This is ridiculous. Firstly, to introduce a Romanian phone number it said "no zeros" but literally any other shopping app requires you either to add "+40" or to start with "07". I had to stay for 20 minutes to decipher that it wanted me to add exactly my own specific numbers. Couldn't you have made it clearer? Also, when I entered my family name it said it's INVALID. MY OWN NAME IS "INCORRECT". This is preposterously stupid. Fix your app if you want people to actually use it.

De las peores aplicaciones que he visto. No os podeis permitir siendo una marca grande algo asi. La interaccion y la experiencia de usuario es lamentable. A quien hayais encargado esta aplicacion , pedidles el dinero de vuelta
App doesn't have Language settings, it should have multiple Language options, also App crashes frequently, developers need to resolve this bugs swiftly.

I tried creating an account to add a card, but my email was initially marked invalid. After activation via chat, I added the card, but it disappeared after 10 minutes. Three days later, I was logged out and couldn’t log back in due to the same email issue. Support couldn’t fix the problem, and my card still doesn’t work. I’ve called multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Very frustrating experience with poor customer service.
Hate all those app. Just an additional step to get their discounts that used to just be there with no apps.

It's impossible to make a worst app. It hangs constantly and it's literally impossible to pay with a credit card. This has been my worst app experience by far.

Unsafe, you start scanning products, switch to other apps to chat or checklist items on the shopping list, come back to the app, asked to resume shopping, products are missing. If i wasn't aware, i could've gone to the Scan and Go checkout, only to be stopped by security and considered a fellon. You cannot leave this app as is. At a point in time, after switching back to the app, to resume scanning, my list was not showing the prices, thus getting the pay code. Had to delete products and rescan

worst app ever. keeps booting you out. then finally when you get to pay.. you can't. as soon as you leave the screen to get your cvv from another screen you get booted out. then have to log in again (for like the 20th time this evening) to have lost your entire order. what a waste of time
Used the app for several years now can't login. Great update. No I didn't forget my password and can login to the website. But not to the app. Being a software developer myself it's very hard to believe that someone could be so unprofessional to release non working software update, really beats me
in Auchan Titan, after scanning all the products when I wanted to pay, I was forced to take all the products out of my bags in order to be checked one by one. It was not a random check but a decision of the cashiers manager that all baskets using scan&go will be completely checked by this making the app useless.
Basic functionalities do not even work, and the error you get does not even specify what went wrong. Previously at least their website worked, but now I can not even log in there. Really remarkable...

5 luni de - "A aparut o eroare neasteptata. Te rog sa contactezi administratia site-ului" cand incerci sa te inregistrezi. Iar cand incerci sa contactezi aceasta administratie, nu se conecteaza la nimeni. Cine a dezvoltat aplicatia asta? Guvernul Romaniei? Edit in urma raspunsului dat de catre reprezentantul Auchan: Nu! V-am semnalat aici, v-am dat eroarea, si playstore va da modelul telefonului. Aveti toate informatiile necesare. Deci spor la treaba si reparati aplicatia.

Problem z samoczynnym wylogowywaniem użytkownika nadal nie został naprawiony. Sesja wygasa po krótkim czasie, co przekreśla sens używania aplikacji, ponieważ hasła nie można nawet zapisać. Prościej jest robić zakupy w innych sklepach, zwłaszcza, że ich aplikacje nie mają takich problemów.

Până nu mi se rezolvă problema de la scan&go rămân la 1 stea. Am schimbat telefonul, iar pentru a folosi scan&go trebuie să parcurg niște pași, cu toate că folosisem de mai multe ori pe același cont scan&go. Unul dintre pași, cere să accept termenii și condițiile, după ce apăs sunt de acord, se da refreah și rămâne în aceeași pagină unde să parcurg acei pași. Am trimis email la suport cu problema, nimic. De pe același telefon, cu alt cont funcționează fără probleme.
Sunt dezamăgit de aplicația Auchan, care se blochează constant în magazin. Pierd timpul scanând produsele, doar pentru a descoperi la casă că nu funcționează, fiind nevoit să rescanăm întregul coș de cumpărături. De asemenea, nu există niciun anunț la intrarea în magazin care să avertizeze că aplicația nu funcționează, astfel încât să știi de la început. Am contactat customer service în legătură cu această problemă, dar nu s-a luat nicio măsură. Este o pierdere de timp frustrantă.
Am incercat sa creez jn cont de 3 ori fara succes.Am introdus datele de contact dar la finzl imi spune ca a aparut o eroare neasteptata..Nu recomand aplicatia deoarece nu functioneaza.Am vazut ca nu sunt singura care intampina probleme.Si nu nu vreau sa contactez serviciul de clienti prin email pentru ca am inteles ca este inutil si nu merita pierderea de timp.Sunt atatea supermarketuri cu reduceri si aceasta nu merita timpul.
