the kids ability to get around the controls are too easy

I did not sign up for this app. it suddenly appeared on my list of apps and I was charged on my PayPal. I never signed up nor created an account.

I haven't been using this app long enough to warrant a review. I'm here because I thought I signed up for the monthly plan and was charged $239 for the annual plan. I called Aura in an attempt to get a refund and was told to contact Google Play instead. The problem is that you do not have the option to cancel manually within 60 days for a full refund. They "reviewed" my request and still denied me the full refund. No transparency here.
I had very disturbing messages from this app that scanned calls and leaves a text review of what's said. messages scared me. I'd call back and they came from a telemarketer in Google or aura itself. I lived alone and theaw scared me. someone inside the arua company done these messages. or from Google. I can look it up and send you message said in text scan calls and what number it came from even if u want that info.
I got two SPAM calls @ 615ish AM. DELETE

Says it was number 1. But does not provide the details I was needing. like location tracking and being able to view more details
they replaced the quick and easy password button with an ai chatbot. you gotta flip through menus to find your password now if your auto fill doesn't work for the app you're using
rip offs
I spend a lot of money to cover a year of service. But nothing has changed. I am not getting any fewer spam calls, txts, or emails. This was a complete waste of money.
To cumbersome to use...still seeing my personal information on the web.

their system is broken. the VPN doesn't work. I subscribed and a content creator was still able to find me and dox my information. dont waste ur money or ur time. and make sure if ur going to cancel that u call bc their system doesnt cancel when u do it yourself and they still make u pay for it. this is a SCAM.

can't get to the menu , app just shows potential scams and wants you to share with friends and family so they get more possible clients. paying for spouse to be on app and can't set up on their phone because it's blocked. expensive and hard to use, not worth the cost.

Why wld I need this if already had AVG?
I like this service and features better than LifeLock. I had previously given it 3 stars because some of the UI was wonky. They've done a good job fixing those things. But I changed carriers to Consumer Cellular and they don't yet support call forwarding to it. I tried to send a support request through the app, but that function keeps erroring out. Hopefully, they are monitoring reviews. please add Consumer Cellular. Thank you.

I did call a while back and told them this..they told me i was wrong.
Does not remove as they say your information is still on the net...
