totally pathetic
App hasn't worked in months and crashes on start with errors regarding dynamic code loading via memory. Last few versions have had this issue and it remains unresolved by Auspost.

There is definitely something wrong here as I've been using this app for years. Please investigate this issue as I'm waiting on some parcels and now I can't check them in this app.
Mail theft. Including by senior staff from mailboxes outside post offices under the camera. Later when junior staff didn't find the stolen parcel they expected a positive review.

parcels enter Chullora NSW, then go to WA or this time to Underwood Qld, when they are meant to come to the Northern Territory. They sit in these places, then go to Adelaide and finally to the NT.

Miserable waste of time. Application has bugs, doesn't give proper updates, no way to complain, valueless chatbots, links that don't let you see parcels.
i did not receive a card or an email notification stating my package has been taken to the post office. Typical australia post. The worst service provider second only to Telstra

The app seems fine but Australia Post in Mackay rarely delivers properly. Multiple times I have been home waiting for a package when I get a notification of failed attempted delivery saying I have a locked gate. Before I can even get outside they have left. My gate is not locked and is usually wide open, in fact it is actually broken. I also have a doorbell camera which they never press or even show up on. So they either don't even try or don't bother checking if they have the right addre

Today this app is filled of problems. Everytime i add a tracking number it won't show. Done all the troubleshooting and nothing helped. Fitly it please!
updates are always inconsistent and shows multiple late updates on two different tracking screens, instead of the most up to date update

Aussie Post app has just broken. I add a tracking number and when going back to the list of tracked items, the just added entry appears for half a second and then disappears. Please fix. Still broken.

does not up date regularly and delivery is poor even though I've requested delivery to door of the address, and often gets left for collection at a town 15ks away from my home address.
