Then i asked for help to reset password - produced info about using mastercard. Meanwhile i've lost email from booktopia advising me parcel has been sent. You are making the whole process more complicated.

express post medium envelope sent 2:15pm 19/6/26 and is not due for delivery until 26/6/26 and that being a Friday, may not even arrive until the Monday.

everything is so random even with their app things aren't scanned or items hit a depot and they sit there for days being marked as processed days after day but not going out for delivery????
the app is useless as it won't allow you to ask questions, the stupid Ai is unwilling to do anything. my parcels have been in country since the 12th of june and aus post has done nothing but shunt it around the state it's been back to Avalon 4 times and I still haven't received it yet 😔.
The latest update introduces a stupid animation the sits over the top of my tracked packages and stops me from seeing them and it won't go away.
I enter recipient addresses on the website and it says Error! Missing information.. no address! The app no longer scans C4 Envelope tracking number! It just says it doesn't exist! Useless. The Australia Post app is very difficult to use when it constantly tells me there is no internet connection...but I have a working internet connection. The app only started doing this over the past 6 months and for most of the time it doesn't allow me to add in any tracking numbers because of this issue.
You disabled screenshot the package collecting QR code in recent updates. It is very inconvenient for me.
This postal service is far from satisfactory. never follow the instructions you give them
You'd have an easier time tracking your packages with smoke signals rather than using anything to do with australia post.
Not sure what happened with this app. Every time, I log in, it tells me, Not found, and yet, im using correct password and email address... Fix it

auspost is absolutely useless at delivering parcels. would prefer to give 0 star rating if I could.
After recent update it keeps asking me to login then I get the browser version of the site. I have to re-login everything I open the app now. It's unusable please fix!
There is STILL an issue all of a sudden where satchel codes cannot be scanned correctly by the app. Its picking up a heap of non-existent numbers prior to the tracking number and the app doesn't recognise it. It's been like this for weeks now, sort it out already.
Tried to log in. Got a "not found" error. Very helpful. Was able to login to the website fine. Tried to clear cache and data. Didn't help.
Issue with the Auspost app on Galaxy Fold 7 when you open the app on the internal, large screen and open a parcel tracking page, the top of the page is cut off so you can't name the item.

Nah it's awful now, it used to be fine. It's getting worse. It's so far below standard for what we expect. ffs get it sorted.
