Terrible performance. Takes ages to load and frequently errors out.
They make it difficult for people to withdraw their superannuation, webchat is never available. I left Australia and I can't withdraw my superannuation.
This app has the slowest login time I have ever seen, in any app. It is painfully slow, to the point that I am hesitant to check my balance, which is disappointing, because I like to check it daily. Something needs to be done ASAP to fix it. FYI, I am using a premium Galaxy S25 on ultra high speed broadband, so no issues with performance at my end.

This an appallingly bad app. Hard to believe a huge company like this can produce such poor quality. The balance update is hit and miss as to when it was last updated. You need to go to the website to get your actual balance. The UI is just horrible and navigating to find what you want is convoluted to say the least. It is down most weekends for updates but nothing ever seems to be updated.

This is a frustrating app. If I want to check my investments e.g. number of units and unit price, I need to tap Investments then Manage investments then Exit because I am in the Change investments screen, then Yes before what I want is revealed. What more is there to say.

SunSuper/ART used to be great. Now with latest app/website update it's impossible to change super investments, plus huge administration barriers to nominate beneficiaries. Ultimately making members not in control how super is invested, and robbery upon death - superannuation lost to the ether
constantly crashes on login. Essentially unusable
Ive been getting an error on the app for weeks, and can't enter. If you can't manage an app well, how do I expect you to manage my retirement?
Sign in doesn't work so the app is unusable. Tried multiple times, always got stuck in either the MFA code step, or at the confirm passcode step - the app simply hangs with the loading indicator.
App constantly crashes after using either passcode or biometrics to sign in. Only solution is to clear all data and go through the initial setup again each time.
App is broken v16 android. Can't see password as you type, says it has technical difficulties as soon as it loads.
Recent update to version 4.4 and now the app crashes within 5 seconds of logging in

these days the app function and performance is bed and very bad. when page opens comes with window saying login session expired. re login. even after it comes with same message what is the use of it in the mobile if unit price not clear total amount last update is very long back what is the digital activity happened in the account and fund . big question mark
USELESS!
It was working until last update, with new update it seems "the app isn't compatible with my device" or the other way around. Why I should change my device to access this one app? why I can't keep using the older version which work fine?
app sends you in a circle trying to recover your account. It finds your account sends you back to the app with still no ability to log in. genuinely terrifying that large corporations can't get even the most basic functionality of the apps right.

Told I need to update my app but then told my Samsung phone doesn't support the update. I'm not prepared to buy a new phone just to update this app. Not happy, Jan!

Wont open for Android. Dont really want to be with a company that alienates half its customers. Def uninstalling the App, might also move my super elsewhere.

DOES NOT WORK WITH ANDROID. Is your app development team so absolutely dumb that they cannot develop an app for a phone HALF the world uses?? Like maybe upskill guys, or get a new team. Total joke. "Oh let's hire a skilled team to work on Australia's biggest retirement fund's app", "Oh we can only find people who work with Apple", "That will do!". DO BETTER. It's 2025, get an app consultant if you don't know how to do it. I've updated the app for FIVE consecutive MONTHS, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.

really disappointing this app no longer works on my device (running Android 10). Pain in the a$$ and wasteful not to support older devices. no i do not want to buy a new phone. do better.
App is NOT compatible with Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. It cannot be updated. So, can't use it. Happy to give it a 5-star rating if it starts working again quickly enough.
