difficult to navigate. took several attempts before it would go through.
The app tells me that I need to update my system, but after checking and updating it still doesn't work. At the moment I can't even open the app. I might apply for another visa if it stays like this
asking for a passcode as soon as I open the app. I dont have a passcode. how do I get a password code. I have given them any information yet at all!!!!

poorly designed app
glitchy app. had to try to submit 4 times before it went through.
it took a few iterations to finally come up with the payment option. the first few times led to payment to nowhere.
