I'm using Samsung S26 Ultra, and I encounter issues when it trying to capture my face photo. Then the apps start to crash. either it will prompt unable to load , if not the whole apps crash entire and state the apps closed because this app has a bug. trying updating this app after it's developer provides a fix for this error.
same errors as others. trying to use on galaxy S26 but keeps saying "unable to load" after the live photo step, or the app completely closes out. tried un-installing and re-installing, tried to use cellular data instead of wifi, none of this works. if anyone has found a solution would appreciate if you let me know.

face scan will not take a picture and support gives me no other alternative or workaround except for a full 200 aud visitor visa application (s26 ultra, btw)
Absolute rubbish app. Get to the photo step and it instantly fails after activating the camera. Tried multiple times. Phone is brand new. I was impressed by the app until this step. What a shame.

The app closes when it reaches the 3rd stage to scan the face. I have already tried to clear cache and even reinstall the app. still the same.

Took my photo at least 10 times, and every time I get a message that the photo doesn't match the password photo. My passport is 5 years old, and none of us are getting younger. What should I do?
