1 Star is already to much. I followed every instruction but it always says that my PIN is wrong despite it being right.

AT ALL the developers of this app should be fired and never ever get back into IT service. ... answer to stupid developers feedback As I already wrote: it is completely impossible to get a new pin or PUK after the app suddenly stops working. That is the basic function which is not implemented at all. you don't even bother to read the review!
very bad complicated with many errors
why can't I use my EU passport? it's recognised and read successfully by the app but not accepted as my ID. Now i have to book an appointment and go to see a bureaucrat for this.

Ich war sogar bei meiner Gemeinde, die den Chip im Ausweis überprüft haben, der soll in Ordnung sein. Edit: Ich kann die Anleitung lesen. Keine Kartenposition funktioniert mit oder ohne Hülle. Ich habe über 2 Stunden alles ausprobiert. NFC Funktionalität wiederherstellen macht keinen Unterschied.

Ansich gutes Konzept, funktioniert halt nur nicht. Die Internetseite zeigen immer nur Error an nach der Anmeldung.

This app is one of the most frustrating app soever, very difficult to reach the ID Card. You try all you could.The next thing it will block your card. and also refused to unblock it.i hate it so much.

Ich habe gerade über eine Stunde gebraucht um mich mit dieser App zu identifizieren für eine Urkunde die ich brauche. Von wegen einfach und schnell von zu Hause. Im Amt wäre ich nach 10 draußen gewesen (ist nur leider zu weit weg). Warum muss das so extrem kompliziert sein und ständig: Fehler bei der Übertragung oder Sie sind gerade nicht berechtigt oder ihre Karte konnte nach dem 10 Versuch nicht gefunden werden? Überarbeitetet die App endlich.
useless app, if you come from a different country and you want to make your ID or passport verification it's not going to work just because they are verifying only german ID's and passport's

As convoluted and nonsensical an app can get.
the pin, in addition to the physical card, is too complicated. I have been locked out and I don't honestly know why(except maybe because more than 3 years since last use?). so card is useless and correcting it will be even more annoying. at some point you just have to act in trust and audit in other ways. (worked fine for centuries).
Spinnt ziemlich rum und funktioniert leider oft nicht
It's turning me up and down. I have tried several times to make it work but to no avail. Frustrating!
on the mobile works. laptop and mobile connection doesnt work for windows. managed to pair once but failed to recognize again. tried restarting laptop and mobile app. doesnt work. my partner, macbook and iphone app pairing doesnt work.
