Jetzt die verkaufen Teilen aus China und die einfach past nicht Qualität ist sehr schlimm. Rücksendung auch nicht mehr akzeptieren. Kaufen nix mehr bei dem.
j'ai essayer de passer une commande, les 3 premier essaie mon afficher "echec" le quatrieme sur mon ordinateur a fait gonfler le prix de 15 euro, et j'ai fini par voir 4 commande passer dont 2 debiter, donc une des commande en "echec" a etait debiter sans meme me le dire et ne c'est afficher que quand j'ai commander la quatrieme fois.

Oh dear, what a mess! The app doesn't know what's in stock and what's not. Agreed to change order first time, failed again! They wanted more money for a second alternative! Seriously, they did! Account closed, and good riddance to bad rubbish. Please, GSF or Euro Car Parts, expand into Spain. Please!
I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my order now, I only ordered Oil and filter.
They show you a price and by the time you want to pay you get hit by safer order, core charge, delivery charge. Smile charge, breath charge 😂😂😂, not worth the hassle at all. Feels like shopping for a holiday with transfer charge, insurance charge, extra luggage charge, charge charge charge.... In that case better buy from the high Street and at least you deal with humans face to face.

awful experience i recieve damage part and I couldn't return it cause of the complicated return process and there is no costumer service to help !!!
Terrible costumer service. Paid extra for my parcel in case I had to return it. Unfortunately I had to return it, followed every instruction given by them, it's been 2 months and still didn't receive my refund. For the last month I have emailed them every week and the answer is "thank you for your patience we will contact the warehouse and give you an update in the next 48hrs". Those 48hrs turn in to a week and they never reply again. When you contact them again the answer is the same. Stay away
an absolute joke. delivery date as stated on the app is actually not the delivery date but the processing time frame. they have cost me the price of an MOT retest now thanks to thier blatant lies. dont use them, thier custome service is shocking too. one woman couldn't wait to stop talking to me and the next one won't even communicate. an absolute bloody joke.
I received a wrong clutch I was not guilty about that cos the app said that was the clutch so the problem is that I returned it and paid for. I am trying to say to autodoc that I paid for an extra time that my car was on the lift, I had to bought a new clutch so I paid more money for it and I rented a car to commute so I have paid for all that. So I want to talking to autodoc that At least pay for the clutch return But this app no understand and nobody answering my question.
Prices are way too high + Postage is atrocious, delivery is rediculous it took a week and at £8.95 is total rip off.
Very misleading discount practice. The base price they show isnt real. Price wise they are basically searching for naive people. Have to check daily for these so called "prices". I guess people expecting people to fall into this huge misleading 40+% discounts. But in reality it is above market price a lot of times with these so called "discounts".

my order not been delivered. its been a week now. its not even in progress of been delivered . i contact customer service all busy with othe clients no one to talk to its the worst experience. im spending 200€ for a bad service that I didnt know at the time . I advice everyone to stay away from this app and this company . if you wanna buy something buy it directly from the shop

absolutely rubbish, first time ordered with this app and, order was delayed for 10 days by courier company, no train given, there's no way to speak to someone about it. costumer service is nonexistent. I've deleted this app now and will buy locally as that's not much price difference between this app and local sellers in the UK. avoid this app so you don't regret it later.
app is adequate, company is dissapointing. ordered ex stock for next day delivery, now looking like a week maybe longer... zero comunication piss poor....
my parts came but sent me the wrong fuel filter, oil filter so before I could get my local garage to service it I had to pay twice was very dissapoioned would think twice about ordering again

I like that I can see if a part fits my car, but it took way too long to log in and actually complete my purchase. Kept getting pop-ups with different issues, other times the screen would just load for an indefinite amount of time.
The application itself is ok.Yes, a wide platform with options and spare parts. But IMPROVE parts finding/fitting to the car model because if you are not careful you get the wrong one,is the 3rd time that I have bought the wrong parts bc the system says it fit my car.There is a reason because many of us want to buy parts online and do the work ourselves, because we are tired of the artificially increased prices of stores, services and dealerships.Stop forcing ppl to pay for your specialists.
why when I type in flywheel are you showing me headlight switches? frustrating 😡
