After waiting nearly a week for the parts to arrive I checked the order status only to find that the parts hadn't even been dispatched. when I queried this, I was told that it would be dispatched within 48hrs, the next day I got a notification of a refund and that the order had been cancelled.. with no reason!. They cancel your order because the price has gone up....I had a good opinion of this company until now......scam company for sure!...
Order takes over a week to arrive, lead time given on ordering was 2-3 days, no explanation, utter garbage, will never use again.

I was overcharged by around 20€/4litres for Motul c-xcess. My invoice came to 187.47€ for 3 x 4litres and not around 135€ it now costs.
Worst site to order parts. The delay is something else. Takes 10-12 days for the order to be delivered

I ordered one part from this app and i live in sweden since 16.04 and i am still waiting ,i paid and they fast take your money the customer service is the worst , no one will help you the conversation that you as Autodoc thought that helped me : Your order encountered a logistics issue during transit. We're currently reviewing the situation with the delivery company, which may take a few weeks. Rest assured, your case is being handled, and we'll contact you with the next steps via email or phon
⭐ (and I want that star back) Easily the worst app I've used in years. Password reset is harder than sending a human to the sun - and after surviving that nightmare, the app smugly refuses to accept the new password anyway. You can't make this up. Whoever developed this should be removed immediately and, for the collective good of humanity, permanently banned from touching a keyboard ever again. 1 star is a profound insult to 1 stars everywhere.
Terrible. Bought a Aircon clutch pulley to replace faulty unit for my 2015 Skoda Yeti. It failed no redress from AutoDoc ended up having to purchase new pump. would not recommend these people.p
Terrible, the order went through ok, however, they used dpd uk and they have mishandled my package and instead of sending it to Clyst Honiton, sent it to York and then said due to unexpected issues in my area my parcel is delayed, they are costing me money with therr incompentence as i can't get my van back on the road and now i don't know when it will arrive.
Avis sur le service, une semaine après avoir commandé 3 articles en stock, toujours rien d'expédié. pour l'application, ça fonctionne mais certaines choses comme supprimer un article du panier ne sont pas intuitives.

Dreadfully slow delivery... i'm in the UK and delivery from RockAuto in America is quicker by several days! App is spammy, won't be using again.
Amazing Parts but very slow at delivering parts & don't display STOCK let you order non stocked items & take a week to not even contact you they have no stock of Parts. Frustrating
my son ordered part payed and it was cancelled, and was not helpful trying to sort it out no number to ring will not use this app any more

Filtering options are absolute trash, you'd swear all of these apps are designed by monkey's.
takes a while to ship.. but nothing is displayed on the app.. why? also: stop nagging me to install the app on your website please !
warning to all who use it at the moment, price of parts goes up as soon as you put it your basket, example a tensioner for an alternator belt advertised at 30.99 ,as soon as it was in the basket it was 37.99 , please fix this issue as it seems to be with every item
Prices might look decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. Shipping is painfully slow - I ordered parts 3 days ago and they haven’t even been dispatched yet. If you’re in the UK, avoid the hassle and order from a UK-based company instead. I placed an order with E.C.P at the same time, and it arrived the very next day - which just highlights this service is in comparison. Overall, not worth the wait unless you’re prepared for delays and lack of urgency.

They are unbelievably slow!! I paid for my order 4 days ago, it got "ready for delivery" status on the same date and...? limitless waiting now! they promised to deliver it tomorrow, but now they are writing in the app I must wait 6 more days! 10 days overall delivery from Germany to Germany for the orders were ready to deliver on the first day! I would never recommend this service to anyone! Avoid it! Very very slow! p.s. no holidays right now.

Order 1 -ordered 14th arrived 23rd 9 days/7 business days Order 2 -ordered 17th not arrived yet (24th today) delays delays. - Be useful if they gave an idea of the time for postage at purchase. Down to 2 stars due to useless stock answer blaming couriers. That is incorrect. Far too many problems to ever use this company again.
