scammers! I don't know if it is AVG or Google Playstore but I received an early push notification to renew the subscription & I renewed it without thinking till I found out I actually now have TWO subscriptions one ending in Sept this year and another June next year. WTH, who needs two of the same virus protection on the phone. Refused to return my money too!! Thieves!!

TERRIBLE APP works more like a virus than something to prevent them...

this app says it's paid for, I didn't approve a payment, how do I cancel I guess I got something on some kind of free trial I did not want, it didn't come up in Google Play either so I deleted the app so cancel anything I have with you

Just an upsale hub. Ask me once, fine. But that's not your goal. The paid subscription for this app is trash. The response from the developer implies that I have questions about the pro subscription. I absolutely do not. What I'm saying is that it should not be shoved in your face over and over and over. You guys get that, I'm certain of it.

Rated poorly due to lack of easy voice access to support channels. Expensive and confusing to use. Lots of features are unsold with offer. Customer voice support is very hard to contact. I was double charged for features that operated simultaneously. Also I was charged for technical support that was not complete and I could not debate the charge. Also, the control panel does not display full-screen, blockung some interaction.

the updates really pissed me off..I'm already subscribed and there is a prompt that mentioning i need to subscribe..if this goes on I may unsubscribe your service.

Impossible to cancel if you want to - have another virus protection I prefer.

I am trying to set up smart scan, but when I pick my default browser, nothing happens. I can go no farther.

In the latest update the free version no longer has 'Deep scan' and 'File scan' under Explore ... very disappointed ☹️ I was happy to put up with all these ads, but since I now only have 'Quick scan', my phone no longer seems sufficiently protected!!
