avg repeatedly stops access to apps like courier services including the post office. I have to manually switch the secure network off to be able to track packages. this is most annoying, and repeated searches have not yet revealed a way to make my home network remain a trusted network. AVG should make their software more user friendly, or provide real person chat to resolve issues.
App constantly signs me out without me knowing so that it forces me to use their free version that's full of ads. I sign back in, it says my app license is now active (yet again), I stop see the ads, then 3-5 days later I go through this nonsense again. It's also difficult to stream anything while the VPN is active, because the up/down speeds are so ridiculously slow, regardless of time of day or VPN location setting. Price is absurd.

I absolutely hate this app (paid subscription) It has ruined my experience. Netflix, Disney+, Ladbrookes, Call of Duty mobile, Uber eats and quite a few others will simply not work if the VPN is on (even set to UK) So 90% of the apps I use every day need it to be turned off. Even when turned off I have had to uninstall and reinstall apps just to get them to work again. I've lost Disney+ completely. I've had to uninstall AVG VPN to get it to work. DO NOT USE NIGHTMARE!!!!

It is always turning itself off.
I'm reviewing this for my father. He said that for what he has experienced... AVG VPN has been nothing... But a horrible reality... Agents have told him to uninstall and reinstall the application... And still his VPN still continues to freeze, crash or does not function properly... when he needs security protection.

I still have some issues with AVG. My VPN often turns itself off from the antivirus app then, the most confusing thing for me to understand is: I have the AVG antivirus with built in VPN. The VPN is often inactive but then AVG secure VPN proxy shows that it is working. I do not quite understand what is happening. Why did AVG prompt me to buy the VPN proxy if my normal antivirus app has already VPN?
keeps going off, especially when I'm away from my own home WiFi. Terrible when I'm out and about, just does not work!! When out and about I get a notification to say I'm not on it.. I put my phone back on it and within a very short time, it's off again, another notification. I can not always check my phone (work/busy etc) and sometimes it has been off it for hours. like I said, I'm also losing it at home with WiFi.. will not be renewing..
very bad experience, purchased the subscription but it's didn't work
help desk rubbish. trying to cancel or change a subscription, getting no where/ignored... gave up in the end purchased another VPN service for my laptop.. totally useless!!!

This doesn't allow me to check my INFORMED DELIVERY of my USPS mail. It literally blocks it. My phone is an Android. I don't use the Knox Virus protection on my phone because I prefer AVG. I have used AVG on my laptops and desktop computers I have had because I like the protection while online.

I am at an airport on their open wifi and avg will NOT turn on it says I am still using cellular data!!! I dont think its will renew with avg
