the app told me it couldent give me my funds and exstange the points I have and exstange them for Canadian currency but I actly read the app stuff it suposto
Re-link card every 60 days!? You've got to be kidding. No other rewards program on the planet makes you "re-link" your card every single 2 months. Super annoying and pointless. Please get rid of this!

The last 3 times I've tried to book a flight, they gave me a price, then when you get in the payment section, they tell you that the price has change. They tried to charge an extra $1100.00 for one airplane ticket. THAT HAS HAPPEN THE LAST 3 TIMES IN 2 YEARS. TOTAL SCAM !!!!
when searching for travel, cannot type in origin or destination fields. So therefore unusable for booking flight.
For the last 2 weeks or more it is not allowing me to re-link my cards. keeps saying technical error and to contact support if it continues.
This app is extremely frustrating to use. I cannot access it at all just by opening the app and trying to login. it continually gives me the message "oops! something went wrong. try again later." but if I open up the app through my RBC bank app, it works every single time no problem. Then when it comes to actually navigating within the app, if I wanted to go back a single page while selecting my options for flights and I press the back key on my phone,I am brought completely back to the start.

Every time I try to re-link my cards I get a technical error. This has been going on for around two months.
i paid my credit card from avion points but they deducted my avion points but mavaion cc doesnt show balance reduced or anything

Impossible to navigate. I can't casually search anything because the back buttons always take me to the home page

Horrible app. I booked 3 hotels in March. all information were there last week under my trip. It disappeared 3 days ago and realized I only received 2 of emails confirmation. so now I can't prove i booked except credit card transactions. I called travel agent to cancel one of my booking. she said she will charge me for cancelation because I didn't use online cancelation lol I explained I had to wait 40 minutes to connect with her because my booking information is all gone. what a joke.
Desperately needs bugfixes and other QOL changes in order to be usable, one major flaw is that this app signs you out while in use after 2 minutes no matter what you are doing! On top of not being able to see what merchandise is actually in stock the number provided to call support in these comments is not in service in my region of Canada 😅 Whoever works on updates for this needs to step it up and actually respond to user complaints, absolutely horrendous to use.

Cannot redeem, or even access the merchandise or gift card section catalogues. Redirects to website to sign in again. Seems suspect. Already tried uninstalling, restarting, and still won't work.
this app is a dumpster fire. buggy, slow, randomly crashes or takes you back to the home screen. an absolute headache
Since the last update I can't redeem points for rewards. The app keeps asking me to login after I've already logged in.

It doesn't work. Input on keyboard won't work no matter what I do. New phone, reinstalled. Junk.
If you can manage to log in, it will log you out within 10 minutes. If you click away from the app, you will be logged out or have to restart from where you were browsing. It will take you back to the homescreen or the top of the page if you're lucky. If you click into an item for more details, you will lose where you were on the page and have to restart browsing. I've waited years for this app to get better, and it only gets worse.

Totally frustrating and useless application. Since instalation failed to log in. every time I've tried to log, the app send me to RBC Online to reset my password. Resetting password doesn't help. Not visible sign of support. Useless
I live in a rural area and am trying to order a Christmas gift using my points. I don't have mail or package delivery in my area. I can not add a shipping address in the app. I can not call anyone. There are no phone numbers to talk to an actual human. Welcome to the future. Nothing but AI chat bots. God help us. I certainly don't recommend an RBC credit card for Avion points. They are pretty much useless. EDIT: I was offered a phone number to speak with a human. Contacted, still bo luck.
when I try to redeem it just says "resume" and clicking "resume" does nothing. so... this app is useless to me.
the new app to get into avion rewards points is not easy to use and is not going smoothly to redeem my avion rewards .I rate very poorly.
Despite the update, every page just comes up with "resume". Uninstalled, restarted my phone, and installed, and it still doesn't work. Most recent update did absolutely nothing.
Extremely buggy, outdated, and unusable on OnePlus 13R! Quality testing please!
seriously I just want to pay down my bill at times it works and I can do it but most of the times I cant what the heck seriously seriously they are my points should I not have the right to use them as I please I want to pay down my bills I dont want to shop

it's broken, there's always just a resume button when you view giftcards. the button does nothing and I can see no gift cards
