Same errors and completely useless.
Impossible to navigate. I can't casually search anything because the back buttons always take me to the home page

Horrible app. I booked 3 hotels in March. all information were there last week under my trip. It disappeared 3 days ago and realized I only received 2 of emails confirmation. so now I can't prove i booked except credit card transactions. I called travel agent to cancel one of my booking. she said she will charge me for cancelation because I didn't use online cancelation lol I explained I had to wait 40 minutes to connect with her because my booking information is all gone. what a joke.
Desperately needs bugfixes and other QOL changes in order to be usable, one major flaw is that this app signs you out while in use after 2 minutes no matter what you are doing! On top of not being able to see what merchandise is actually in stock the number provided to call support in these comments is not in service in my region of Canada 😅 Whoever works on updates for this needs to step it up and actually respond to user complaints, absolutely horrendous to use.

Cannot redeem, or even access the merchandise or gift card section catalogues. Redirects to website to sign in again. Seems suspect. Already tried uninstalling, restarting, and still won't work.
this app is a dumpster fire. buggy, slow, randomly crashes or takes you back to the home screen. an absolute headache
Since the last update I can't redeem points for rewards. The app keeps asking me to login after I've already logged in.

It doesn't work. Input on keyboard won't work no matter what I do. New phone, reinstalled. Junk.
If you can manage to log in, it will log you out within 10 minutes. If you click away from the app, you will be logged out or have to restart from where you were browsing. It will take you back to the homescreen or the top of the page if you're lucky. If you click into an item for more details, you will lose where you were on the page and have to restart browsing. I've waited years for this app to get better, and it only gets worse.

Totally frustrating and useless application. Since instalation failed to log in. every time I've tried to log, the app send me to RBC Online to reset my password. Resetting password doesn't help. Not visible sign of support. Useless
I live in a rural area and am trying to order a Christmas gift using my points. I don't have mail or package delivery in my area. I can not add a shipping address in the app. I can not call anyone. There are no phone numbers to talk to an actual human. Welcome to the future. Nothing but AI chat bots. God help us. I certainly don't recommend an RBC credit card for Avion points. They are pretty much useless. EDIT: I was offered a phone number to speak with a human. Contacted, still bo luck.
when I try to redeem it just says "resume" and clicking "resume" does nothing. so... this app is useless to me.
the new app to get into avion rewards points is not easy to use and is not going smoothly to redeem my avion rewards .I rate very poorly.
Despite the update, every page just comes up with "resume". Uninstalled, restarted my phone, and installed, and it still doesn't work. Most recent update did absolutely nothing.
Extremely buggy, outdated, and unusable on OnePlus 13R! Quality testing please!
seriously I just want to pay down my bill at times it works and I can do it but most of the times I cant what the heck seriously seriously they are my points should I not have the right to use them as I please I want to pay down my bills I dont want to shop

it's broken, there's always just a resume button when you view giftcards. the button does nothing and I can see no gift cards
Useless app, because you use complex banking passwords (or you should) , but you can't authenticate with them in this app because it doesn't connect to any auth apps, services or biometrics. **EDIT ** thanks for replying, but where does the idea come from that unhappy users should have to go sit on hold to a bank to get heard? If your devops guys can't harvest and aggregate feedback data to create user stories, they're not doing their jobs.

There's almost no merchandise to shop for.
you can't actually select print, view, or pdf of your travel itinerary through the app. the buttons don't actually load anything nor are they linked anywhere. poor design.
system is not easy to use.
I wanted to use Avoin rewards for travel, but the app’s travel section doesn’t work. You can pick dates, but no departure or return flights appear-even though plenty show up on other apps. The search bars are also awkwardly placed; you have to tap under the text and close to the left side of the screen just to search cities. Too bad RBC didn’t stick with Aeroplan since that app actually works

nothing loads, impossible to use. you hit any offer and it's a blank screen that says "resume" and the button does NOTHING. 0/10.
RBC lacks consumer experience recommending Supermarkets & Delivery co.s that are motivated in profiting themselves, without taking them to task in underpaying delivery staff, while making off huge profits through RBC clients in dimes, & dollars. RBC does this by removing any responsibility in sponsoring these co.s. Also, the bank emails notices of these big sales from their sponsored Co.s while warning,"You're spending against your limit."
when reading the comments, i haven't any interest in using this app. I see comments on your end about working on it, but this goes way back and still nothing making the points program obsolete. 🤨
useless! no matter how many times i login to my rbc account and change my password your app always continues to tell me the account is disabled and to go change my rbc password. really annoying considering i can go on avion just fine if i go through rbc mobile but this app is uselss!
