Extremely poor client (user) oriented app. Unless you upgrade and PAY for the app, the app only consumes your data/information. It only works if you PAY for the service, and I can't even confirm that b/c I refused to pay for something that doesn't work for the scaled down 'FREE' version.
Current rating is due to me being a paid subscriber for years and the app currently having me tagged as a free user and blocking my premium features.

Was excited to find this app and even with some less than stellar reviews, was optimistic. I'm tech savvy and after an hour trying to get my various accounts linked (not counting time spent later getting a credit card account unlocked as they thought my multiple attempts to link was fraud), I was successful on only one out of five attempted. Deleted the app and looking for something else.
Starting with a 1-star review because the website FORCES me to download the app to use it on mobile. Boo!

I have been a paid member for many years, and I felt the website has deteriorate so much over the years. Back in the days when I update my accounts, I would only get a handful of error messages. Nowadays, around 1/4 of all my account would show up as error. Doesn't seem like the admins want to put too much effort in this app. And now they are asking to bump the price to $50/year. This has to be a joke. I will unsubscribe after the pay period ends.
No United or AA?!
Fix chase and Barclays login. The website isn't even right for Barclays and you can't even log in to chase
Becoming less useful by the month. Lots of accounts now send a 2fa challenge... AW displays a message in the background saying the acc is asking for one but never pops up the box allowing input of the code, just sits there and times out. Still an issue intermittently after more than a year
Unable to use Capitol One API to link account. Consistently errors out.
I've never gotten scam scum vibes from an app so fast. I uninstalled within minutes.
I was prevented from adding rewards from major airlines, which is the main reason I'm here, so this app is essentially useless. I don't need an app to track my credit card because I already have the credit card app to do that. I need an app to track my rewards programs but it doesn't do any good if you can't get major airline or hotel accounts added.
Interface is bland, impossible to connect to Chase. Update: Finally connected to Chase after 2 days and about 20 tries. Now it will not update Chase, Citi, Qatar, or Jet Blue. I've wasted enough time, I'm done.

DOESN'T SYNC ANY MORE. I really don't know why I paid my subscription again this year. This App doesn't work any longer. No sync tickets with Gmail. It used to work. App in the Air does sync so no problem there. Disappointed.
Crashing adding a new account. Does not work with some popular loyalty programs. Wants money for literally everything.

Horrible nothing works...can't install the APP or log-in after hours of trying to get access to my programs?
I call this type of app, bloatware. It tries to do too many things so then it becomes too complex and glitchy. And the amount of unrelated notifications is insane. Probably configurable, but would take way too much time to figure out in the app. Sometimes simpler is better.
I like the idea of this app, but it struggles in key areas. It is difficult and slow to login to every program. I was unable to login at all to some programs. I can't add Southwest at all. Just frustrating and slow.
Keeps stopping abruptly, uninstalled.
Doesn't have American Airlines as a reward partner. So it's pretty much useless if it can't be attached to airlines
Great in theory, but none of my cards will load despite having tried the trouble shooting advice. The help.site says all of the cards I've tried should be working.
12/16/22 app is consistently crashing when you try to edit or manually update miles.
This is garbage. I'm canceling my subscription. It "can't" log into half of my account, most of the time.
Disappointing. I was expecting it to connect to say least the big Airlines. It doesn't. Should have seen that before paying. And, it hangs on connecting to Chase.
I'm not sure it's AwardWallet's fault, but it's just super clunky trying to authenticate with the travel merchant websites. Would be nice if they could figure that out.
Used to like it, I cannot link Aeroméxico. I receive the code by mail but I do not see a box to write the code. Tried several times, different ways... still not working...
