Very 3.6.0 dated 23 April, 2026 This replaced myTelstra Personal Super Plus, not so sure how reliable and secure but most importantly, will my Fees be reducing like TS+? disappointing to remove support for Android 11
I was told I needed to update the app, when I tried it removed the app and said my device is no longer compatible 😔. Aware have not yet advise me as to how I can install the app.
used to be compatible, update tells me not able to be used on this device anymore, sad and angry is my reaction to my super scheme.

I've just changed to Aware super to improve my superannuation due to Aware & Canstar both rating highly, 1st day my fund has gone backwards approx $600 so dont believe any of the ratings & good talk they go on with. Not impressed with Aware so far.
Doesn't even let you log in with your member number and password. Have had to uninstall app on both my devices Going around in circles just picking out motor bikes in pictures
Very difficult to log in if overseas. Requires a VPN set to Australia and some luck.
get message "no longer compatible with your device". using Samsung tablet s4. cant access aware super.
Asking a registered user to use the password and 2 step authentication is a bit too much? There is a fine line between security and usability. Just crossed the line to the point this is unusable.
App opens with a Window to ask you to join but won't be closed so makes the app useless
Why does the aware super app have different colours on the 8 person symbol, to the letterhead I just received? Is it dodgy?
Unreliable. I managed to access for a few months, and now I don't know what happened. When I login it says "on line access not available on this account". Tried to re-install the app, no changes.
Useless App. Tried to print transaction histories and they just went into the 'ether'. This App really destroys my confidence in keeping my hard earned dollars with the fund as the information displayed seem incomplete eg TD could not be viewed etc. I thought it was a scam site. Could not get my half yearly and annual statements at all. very upset!

I click remember this device on app and it does literally nothing at all .
Still happening :/ Ok, every single time there is an update my preferences get reset, fingerprint login gets turned off. Password is forgotten so must reset that each time, it's very annoying!
tedious and confusing
Terrible...very buggy and not synched with portal data. Deleted and re-installed and now locked out. Totally frustrating!
Bloody awful app.
They say "they never forget whose money it is.." but waste money on tv and radio advertising.
Currently the app is displaying oversized and won't fit on my screen. I am unable to resize it. Bit nervous it was fake. So reinstalled but still oversized
they take your money to throw your bosses parties...just s scam company
It used to work, then they upgraded it and I've pretty much given up on it. It's not an app that instills faith in the company. I can only log in using a web browser.

App will log me out after each use and act as if I've just downloaded the app again. Have re enabled finger print login about 20 times now
This app is very poor. Does not provide any way of checking your historical balances only the current one so no real way of checking performance. Needs significant work on it.
Poor ,can't log in on my phone
I feel like they have beiken the app. It used to ve so easy to view the performance graphs. Today I spend 30 minutes looking for those. half of the links don't even work. View latest performance button takes you to the previous page. I am very unhappy with this app and I don't understand why they have broken it. It used to work fine.
Everytime the app is updated all login and fingerprint info lost. Also many of the functions no longer work, cannot bring up recent transactions, statements or other things you'd expect to work on such an app.. especially after an update. Basically this app is barely functional.
Access seems easy enough, however menu options and tools seems fair less than the website. Perhaps available but I can't find what I primary want to view.

It's ok. Portfolio valuations are usually 2 days old. App doesn't provide up-to-date information or graphs on fund or portfolio performance.
I cannot download the employer contributions transactions at all. I tried to reinstall it but didn't work.
App is not designed for mobile phone. I have Samsung S23 ultra but I can not get a full screen. Left half of the page is missing. For example. On Login page instead of "LOGIN" on my mobile I can only see "GIN". Same is with member number and password. I hope it is just a glitch that will be fixed.
Used to work fine, but after an update the login screen is oversized on my phone (Samsung S20). Makes it very difficult to login and the remember me box is not even visible.
Unable to log in with user name and password as info on screen is too big. Tick box to remember me on this advice cannot be accessed. Have made all phone adjustments. Tablet and computer is all I can use. Have always used my phone previously.
The app, no longer remembers your membership number, since the upgrade even with the check box ticked to "remember "
income stream is not paid on time
Has a "sign in using biometrics" mode but also asks for my password approximately every 2nd visit. Which is irritating - why bother with the biometric option?
No tracking, no transactions, no fund performance information. "Investment and performance" gives only current allocation and fund unit price. If you want to know anything about _your_ fund performance you have to dig deep into your twice yearly statement. If you want to know _general_ annualized performance over discrete periods, you have to look that up on the website. If you want to see a fund's performance between meaningful dates, tough luck.
The app used to have more functionality, like unity price history. It's been removed.
