Would've been nice to know I needed an app to access tickets when I bought them. Edit: contacted customer service 04/13/26, haven't heard back but app randomly started working 04/15/26. 06/25/26: Makes me create an account when I have one, verify email won't send. Still no customer support response.
This app is terrible. It's making me sign in constantly. I often find I don't have good reception at shows due to the crowds, so I have to remember to sign in before I get to the venue. I also tried to create a passkey, but 1password says the URL doesn't match. Nice job making this app secure. Now I have to skip the stupid prompt on EVERY sign in.
a horrific experience. there is not a single functional quality about this app or this site. it thinks I'm a bot, the session is expired, please resubmit your request, switch to wi-fi, turn wi-fi back off, this ticket link is not valid. the single redeeming factor is that it actually makes Ticketmaster look good, a feat so impossible that it's impressive in its own twisted way. garbage across the board. whoever's getting paid to work on this is laughing their way to the bank every payday.
This is one of the work experiences I have had booking tickets to an event and would simply avoid any AXS events in the future. I don't know why the tickets cannot simply be emailed. I am so furious about the amount of time wasted on what should be a pretty simple process. If I see any more AXD events I will avoid them with a bargepole. This app doesn't focus on user experience AT ALL but simply focuses on how to trap and commercially exploit customers.

Worst event app there is. Constantly kicked out for being a bot, can't login 3/4 of the time. Event page links rarely work. It's bad when you want bands to use live nation/Ticketmaster for a better buying experience
junk. you shouldn't have to use an app to receive your tickets. I hope AI replaces the jobs for everyone that works at AXS.

This app is terrible. The queue doesn't refresh properly, and when it's finally my turn, it kicks me out and makes me start over. Then it says my queue number has already been used. If I make it into the sale, I get seat selection errors, repeated bot verifications, and "link is not valid" messages. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this app, and customer support wasn't much help either. Very frustrating experience.
Genuinely horrible app the bot system flags you for no reason no matter what and will screw you over on presales im filled with rage anytime I see an event uses axs over the other less garbage app(TM)
useless, doesn't stay logged in, won't let me set up the fingerprint log in. freezes all the time. pixel 8 pro used to work great. but like everything else, is terrible now

Randomly logged me out just as I was about to show my ticket to staff. Then it wouldn't let me log in claiming I was on a VPN even though I was using data, luckily the venue had wifi otherwise I would've been stuck. Terrible UX.
Riddled with bugs that mistake real fans for bots and lock you out of buying or accessing purchased tickets, while letting all the actual bots and scalpers through. Just look up "axs + unable to complete transaction. please check your payment method" error on Reddit. This issue is rampant and has been going on for YEARS. Unavailable, ineffective (and sometimes straight up ignorant and rude) customer service when trying to solve this issue... called 3 times so far with zero solution.
can't buy anything, can't even login. I'm blocked with the message "Ensuring fair experience". tried support but no one helped
Garbage. Tried to get wheelchair and companion seats Downloaded the app, had trouble figuring out the layout waited 50 minutes on phone for help, staff is unhelpful,unfriendly. Figured out how to do it but the app wouldn't let me place my order. Back to the phone, the automated service wouldn't accept my card. Afterwards, I kept getting emails claiming I told them I wanted a password change. seems shady. Going to watch my debit account. Edit:Tried a different card, account has now been locked

I paid extra for membership just to get through presale but this app is the annoying part here. Even the website, been trying it for days now, even almost a week I keep trying every single day but nothing works.
App doesn't allow me to purchase tickets, it fails at the last step of ticket purchase. I've tried on multiple devices and browsers as well, their bot detection absolutely is inaccurate.
I do not enjoy using my cellular telephone as a means of identification. I do not appreciate the being offered only this option and being required to provide credit card information and passwords that allow you and whoever raids your files access to my personal and financial information.
I was unable to buy tickets on this app or website. I kept getting an error check your payment method. I used 4 different cards. The issue wasn't with my bank. it was the platform. I tried talking to an agent that didn't help. I hope I never have to use this platform again.

Don't know why I need an app for everything. You have a website. Just let me access my tickets from the website. 1 star for the app being nothing more than an inconvenience.
Disgusting from top to bottom. Forced to download this app to show proof of a ticket I purchased outside the app. App shares sensitive data with third parties, app works in such a way that you cannot delete it once you obtain proof of your ticket purchase. 10 years ago this would be an obvious scam, now its business as usual. This app will be a blocker to me attending events in the future if I am forced to use this again.
sold tickets on there, never got my money back from the sale. I have been arguing with them for weeks. Never let me know that the lineup at the concert changed, I found out weeks after it had. Customer service sucks. it was an all around awful experience dealing with them and the app.
This is the single jankiest ticketing service I have ever encountered. An absolute nightmare of a user experience. I feel Fremdschäme on behalf of their entire engineering team.
This app is slow, buggy, and pointless. I am only using it because the event I'm attending does not allow any other entry method. It is not more convenient or safer than an email ticket and just seems like an excuse to take my phone number, email, and location to sell to advertisers. I find the positive reviews of this app highly suspicious since there is literally no advantage to it.

Terrible app! Never loads at the venues and often won't even let you log in at home with good WiFi. I've given up relying on the app and go a little early with ID to the venue ticket office. They are all obviously used to the AXS app being rubbish and print your tickets for you no question.
sometimes let's you login but most of the time it won't! not sure why ticket companies seem to get away with poor customer service! instead of replying to reviews if you still need assistance get in touch fix the issues you can see from the comments the app is unreliable!

dont use AXS unless you need to. They are there to take your money and maybe supply a service. App works as it should.
tried to get support to help me with a suspected takeover of my account and got talked to in circles by an AI chatbot, got no help, no answers and I'm still locked out of my account that has active event tickets. hope I'll still get to go eventually. the only suggestion the "live support person" had was to sign up under a different email if I couldn't get my current email to work. soooooo helpful. trash app, trash company
constantly getting called a bot by the app and having to click a link and when you leave a review all they do is give a completely automated response its annoying trying to get tickets sure cheap but its nearly impossible to purchase a ticket when i want to see somebody was about to go to icp but couldnt and had to miss out because the app wont work whatsoever edit: they just responded with the same automated message
AXS LOST MY TICKETS!!!! AXS is just for scalpers, but they get to double or triple charge fees so they don't care. It's a rigged system. And my card works just fine for a new purchase but fails repeatedly when trying to buy re-sale and AXS doesn't know how to fix it
Used to be solid app. Now always have to sign in. And now encountering where wants to make an acocunt when trying to login to get tickets. Flagged as a bot multiple times. Absolutely a headache trying to navigate the app. Think the developers would look at all the recent feedback and do something to fix it besides a generic auto response.

Such an awful experience. No customer service, slow and sluggish app and website broken bot detection. I just want to buy a singular ticket but it's impossible. I'm locked out as apparently I've raised suspicion to be a bot!! As you may be able to tell I'm not a bot, however there's no functionality to fix this. So, I'm just locked out all day, no help from customer service not even a response all day on their 'live' chat. dreadful.

Horrific customer service. the app won't allow you to buy tickets if you are in your work place as it determines you are Bot. your live agent disconnected from me on purpose and then I waited 25 minutes on the phone to be told by an EXTREMELY rude employee to leave my building because your idiotic system can't recognize a real customer. That's ridiculous. As usual fans get screwed over and over and over again. ZERO PROBLEMS IN OTHER COUNTRIES WITH BOTS DO BETTER

Terrible app and worst customer service. Website blocks my computer as a bot for no reason. app blocked me because I went to email to get verification code. won't take payment for tickets. their customer service just hung up on me when I asked a question, wild!
this app is now a literal piece of time wasting trash - for the extortionate services they charge they ought to have ability to a simple login without crashing or loops ill try the beta but axs being associated with a concert has literally dissuaded me before
