Had to use this nightmare of an app/website to get my mom a ticket. Can't log in on wifi only mobile, login screen doesn't change after a successful login so you click the button repeatedly thinking it failed, and was forced to use the app than wants your location, fingerprint, and blood of a firstborn for the ticket instead of the website which is still trash but worked slightly better.
Really a disaster!! The app doesn't work, can't log in in any possible way we have tried. They don't have live customer support. No live chat (while they do state they have). No response on the hot-line. Why did the O2 venue oblige us to buy through the AXS?? We have booked 5 months in advance, paid flight tickets and hotel in order to see the Tame Impala show. Totally 3,000 pounds spent. And no one to talk to, no tech support. Awful!!
can't log in, spoke to customer services, then the same happened the day I needed the tickets, takes forever to chat to some one and have to make sure you're on the UK chat or they can't do anything
it never recognizes me as human, so i end up having to use the website anyway.
Very hard to search for tickets, and buy. I've tried using 2different phones and it keeps kicking me out, doing "security, see if you're a robot" checks. after a series of that, the next page that it sends both phones to is help center, which does absolutely nothing. mean while the tickets I wanted to purchase all disappear. I've used this app for a few years, but this years attempts to buy have been the most plagued with issues
Update 2026 - it's still a terrible app. Can I take away my one star? It's glitchy, it's always signing me out. It's constantly a pain in the butt. You'd think with the fees they charge for tickets they might be able to make an app the works with biometrics or at least doesn't quit all the time.
Have only used this once, and it failed. The app worked before I left the house, but when I actually got to the gig, it wouldn't allow me to login to have my tickets scanned. Wound up having to wait in a second long queue at the box office for paper tickets after all. Utterly useless. In future I'll only be using AXS Tickets if there is no other ticket vendor available. Can't recommend something that just doesn't work.
Absolutely hate purchasing tickets through this useless app/site. It thinks I'm a bot EVERYTIME. Multiple times I've joined a waiting room 30 min prior to ticket sale and when it's my turn after the queue, it gives me an error and makes me reload and join the queue, only to give me an error AGAIN. I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall, clear the cache and cookies, or make sure it's updated every. single. time. Get it together.
Cannot get the app to work on my phone to see tickets. Ill,have to take my tablet to the 02
login doesn't work and therefore I don't have access to my purchased tickets. the support doesn't help with the issue, and replies very slowly

100% worthless....keeps thinking I'm a bot even after following direction from axs. Literally could not buy tickets from them,thank God stubhub worked
Absolutely no reason this app should be required to use tickets you already paid for. It does not work on my device so now I'm required to prove my identity and pick up tickets at will-call.
Terrible app, impossible to buy tickets - redirects me to a website that blocks my ip as a bot every time. It wasn't like this before, I wonder what happened
I bought tickets. I have to install this app to use the tickets, which I hate. I already paid this company a pretty silly amount of money to do this which for some reason isn't just past of the ticket prices. And now the app is ALSO advertising at me. This app is a parasite.
Login screen is totally useless. I can see the fields for email and password, and then Forgot Password is in a vertical line that falls off the screen. Submit button is somewhere off the screen I assume, and there's no option on my keyboard to actually submit. It just gives me a Done button and that does nothing. Horrible design. If it's not fixed this is bordering on a scam. Yes I did contact support. How about you just fix it instead of leaving boilerplate responses to everyone?
never ever ever buy tickets through these people, you cannot refund in any shape or form of being able to get your money back. im sick and id literally have to tell them beyond private information my doctors name just to get a refund. 0/10 service. trash company. whats worse is i tried to resell my tickets to make back a little money they stole them from me. now im out 250$ and I have to pay on the loan for tickets I never used for a year. like I said trash trash company!do not ever use them!
Functionality is limited, and what little is available only works about 50% of the time. In addition to this, if you view 3 events without making a purchase you are flagged as a bot and prevented from viewing any events or purchasing any tickets. Edit: The same canned response on every review doesn't improve the fact that the service is bad at the support that you link to is useless.

it's stupid that I have to use this just to use the ticket I purchased. will be uninstalling the moment I'm done with it
I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app every single time I need to use it, across multiple phones, for over 5 years. it just constantly breaks something and I can no longer log in, or my tickets are missing, or it won't load my ID, or some other nonsense. I absolutely hate that I am forced to use this PoS and can't even save the tickets to my Google wallet instead.
Cannot get this app to work consistantly despite all the fees on the tickets. Now the tickets I was going to sell and all the others have dissapeared completely from my account. Guess I just got ripped off despite the continual checks/accusations that I am not a real person or some type of ticket scammer.
Continually does not allow me to even look at tickets thinking I am a bot despite never trying to get opening day tickets or anything else botty. Contacts customer service with my ID and error code.... Right. Through the impossible and intentional challenge of finding that. Terrible, as so many others have noted.
I was required to install the AXS app for concert entry. Initial account creation was very difficult, and I was caught in an endless loop of verification. Eventually I created my account, linked my tickets, and connected biometrics.Before the show, I made sure my QR code was available. Once I arrived at the venue, the app logged me out. I could not log in using either biometrics or password. Resetting password failed. Clearing cache failed. This app utterly failed at its only purpose.
The app is horrible! I had my event ticket delivered to this and when I opened it half n hour before the event, I found out that it doesn't let me log into it. I tried all the means I could think of. Even deleted and reinstalled. Luckily I still went to the event, and the AXS customer support at the event got me a physical ticket. I still had the issue today, but I tried deleting the app cache manually. This time it worked. I'm not sure why reinstalling didn't delete the cache.
Sign into the app, only to have to sign in again to purchase tickets and get stuck in an infinite loading loop.. It's the same on their website. Garbage.
So now, we can't login anymore. reset password doesn't even get you can email sent. signing in on desktop or mobile doesn't work. it's like the made it so your first one works but subsequent ones don't
Scam of a ticket selling application took my money and gave no tickets! BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely appalling customer service and their application/website constantly glitches. I bought tickets for the 4th date of an artist that had a four day residency and they apparently sent me tickets for the 1st show earlier that week, but the tickets didn't show up in the app. If they had, had I known, I would've gone to the earlier date. Lo and behold, they blame me for their error and I'm out hundreds!
if you need to transfer your sold ticket balance they will run you through hoops. real steps from their IT support team: 1) Turn off VPN, Proxy, or even home/hotel WiFi, then try to log in again, from the AXS mobile app on your personal device. 2) Clear the cookies and cache on your device. 3) Reinstall the app onto the device if you continue to have issues. 4) Try depositing the amount short of one penny. call center staff are rude. online chat people are rude. who knows if I'll get my 💰

Very difficult deleting account, horrible app
0 stars - my tickets disappeared after they were in my account. followed instructions to get assistance, nothing was ever done. was informed I would have to go to will call like what's the purpose of this app? also I hate AI but I feel like it would've done better at helping me than the fan support call center who got an attitude as I was trying to explain what happened. If an event uses AXS I'm opting out
Yes! Yes, I am a real fan! I had to download this app to get my concert tickets and I hope I never have to use it again. 5 minutes was enough for a lifetime.
Forced app for tickets. Scumbag data collection 5 trackers. I hopebthey enjoy a slew of Data deletion requests after the last gig I will EVER attend through AXA.
It thinks I a robot. At first, I thought it must be the firewall on my router. So I turned off Wi-Fi. But it even does it through my phone's data plan. All I want is to buy tickets. I don't have time to call customer support.
Lots of screens, entered password 3 times. Need to be highly understanding of apps, which excludes significant percent of users. Boo.

can't access my ticket I've already paid for because the app kicks me out every time I click literally anything. password also expires after uncertain amount of time and I've been forced to change it at least 3 times since purchasing the ticket in March. error message offers no information beyond a link to customer support and features a weirdly antagonistic message
terrible way to buy tickets. it's no wonder livenation is kicking their asses. also livenation sucks. I'd prefer to pay more for a better service. I would try to avoid AXS at all cost.
This app was absolutely horrible. I paid for tickets and couldn't access them because the app kept thinking I was a bot! It was ridiculous. I had to transfer the tickets to someone else who didn't have an account and we ended up being late to the concert! Don't ever use this app!!
