App says I'm not connected to Internet, so I can't use it at all

B&B ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIVES WHO tried to charge my card 3x the day after they cancelled my booking for free! You owe me significant compensation and travel costs.

even 15 years ago the app was better

cannot complete the process to remove my membership or delete my account. The email hyperlink just takes me in circles. dont see how to contact customer service in united states. this is ridiculous

I will upgrade the review when it becomes more user friendly. 1. From first page must be able to share a hotel with someone else. 2. Must be able to one click put it in maps. 3. Don't hide book now button. It's what people want to do. Share it, find it, book it.

the app is not usable on march 27. it says API error.

Left my pocket in the room and went outside to smoke. Meanwhile, theguy from reception stole some money from me. When i came back 100 euro was gone. I made a complain to customer service and the idiots forward my complain directly to him 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

App itself is great, it simplifies a lot of stuff, but there is one big and really anointing gotcha in B&B system. If you book 2 rooms in one booking with 1 booking number, you will not be able to pay these rooms in check-in machine, only one of them. When you put booking number into machine, it shows only the second booked room. So if you need 2 rooms, book them separately with different booking numbers.
