the app is frequently not loading data and timing out. both when logged in and as a guest.
whats the use of having an app if it won't work, ive tried uninstalling it and re installing it, won't work, used to.

The app is not working at all won't let you log in won't let change address so I went to the website put everything in my basket then it takes you to the app but again won't let you log in won't let you actually buy anything

wow, don't ever buy anything from this app. they send you the wrong item, and then you are responsible for shipping it back for a refund. you will regret it avoid avoid avoid at all cost
terrible experience ordering online. all items arrived separately on different dates than showed in the app. some came with Evri currier and got lost... i will never use the online feature again.
Absolute trash. Trash search. Seriously, I have to google what I want and click through to b&q from there. Trash UI. Stock levels inaccurate, location in store totally wrong. flooded with dropshipping nonsense.
Despite reinstalled, the app is unable to upload the B&Q Club card details. It says "Sorry, something went wrong". Shame!
This app doesn't show what you bought in store only the items that you ordered online even if you use your trade card. It is absolutely useless!
checkout doesn't work not on the app or the website for some reason, i have been trying to purchase of it for month's but it just never works, get message sorry try again, i don't even get chance to get to the payment method

Filter categories on the app are irrelevant and a waste of time. Its temperamental and has no correlation with logic.
blocked from my account, stupidity of long passwords having to be reset then cannot access my account, it's time to get into the account and then cancel and delete. goodbye B&Q
