Really wished I didn't download this stupid app. imagine having to explain to a distressed ASD kid when you don't even know yourself why it's not working. the fact they haven't even bothered to reply to the majority of reviews shows they just want your money & have no intention to get the app working.

subscription doesn't work. got the yearly and when I went to the app it showed that I never bought it. I put for a refund but doesn't look like I'll be getting it I will be calling my bank to get the charges deferred.
Horrible! 13 minutes to download on hi speed. Then it froze on the opening page
PAID MONTHLY SUB, STILL NO ACCESS TO PAID CONTENT. This app seems to only want your money. Hardest part is explaining to your child that we already paid and it still does not work!

just totally freezes on main screen and does nothing. so disappointed I was excited to show this to my baby
No forward movement. the main screen comes up, but nothing on the screen moves it forward to games or content. it is completely frozen and no response to any touch or selection
