I got the free trial for backbone plus and I can't even sign in to any of my games on platforms I have to manually go into other apps just to play games and after I talked to customer support and got game pass I could only play game pass in my web browser. Just to add my accounts I had to use my wife's phone

5stars so you read the post. don't do it, paid a year subscription and now my account doesn't work. tried getting help from them but they only repeated the same thing. Log out of the Backbone app. 2. Reinstall the app. 3. Restart your mobile device. 4. Log back into the Backbone app using the Apple or Google account linked to your Backbone+ subscription. still not working nor are they trying to fix it. don't waste your money like I did.

paying for a handheld controller and have to pay for button mapping. what a scam. also mine stop working after 10 month. the left joystick just keep moving left
Paid for subscription but now they say I don't have one. can't get my money back and all I am getting is ai responses. never use this service.... ever....
Controller used to work fine and now it doesn't. Only some buttons are working like right on the directional pad but not left? I haven't dropped the controller or anything so I don't understand why it isn't working. POS controller overall.

Never works. Paid subscription and can't connect to my Xbox from one room away. Also, tried to use it on a road trip to play a game from 2008 and it couldn't handle it. I don't see an actual application for this thing.
it's a fun product when it's working properly but there's a major, all-to-common, issue where the left side of the controller loses all functionality. I'm on my 2nd controller and now it's not working and the timing coincidentally lines up directly after the February update.... been waiting for a new update to hopefully correct this issue
says USB device isn't supported.... will adjust accordingly after a few updates
the subscription should just be a one time payment instead that would make it so much more worth it I really like my controller but the subscription kills the hell out of it. gamesir FTW!
app keeps crashing when connected to my backbone one
have to create multiple accounts to mutliple companys or you can not use it ,even tho you already have existing accounts ,this company is another example of collecting data and releasing a product they do not care about the best one is open a app to run a app ,,why buy it il use the original app that works correctly and not constantly asking me for personal information when you already have it , disgusting product and service especially the price of the product
two stars because the cheapest controller with a subscription just broke after 18months. make your controllers better. 1 star for trash product and service. 2nd star for surviving 18months. would not purchase again. better options out there for 50$ more. the device itself works fine, but the app has already proven to be an annoyance. I already have a game open, I'm just trying to connect my device. I don't need the app to appear.
The device itself is expensive enough without charging a subscription for otherwise basic features like profiles and off-brand emulators. What really bothers me is that nearly every time you open the app it prompts you to subscribe with a full page ad. Also. using the app as a launcher is one of the most useful features, yet it keeps trying to push specific games to the front even though I almost never play those. This app has so much potential and yet, it's squandered by corporate slop.
