I had a game where it was over 10 rolls before I got back on. which is definitely not random. its gotten to the point where I only play the daily challenge. if they fix the random rolls it would be a much better game.

terrible, more adds than moves, avoid. Users can never be happy using this app, more users have deleted this app than users who actualy play here.
the ai cheats like crazy. always gets doubles right on time.

To many adds. The AI has constantly beat me. and when you've out done Ai the game then rigs the dice so you can't get out of lock. its rigged dont play
although I enjoy the game, so much so that I purchased the 'no ads' version. after I made the purchase, it's obvious to me that the game is rigged. I'm pretty good and very strategic but now I can't seem to roll a die to get back on the board after being 'jumped' off. Even if there are 4 or 5 open spots. The opponent always seems to roll the exact number needed to get back on the board even if there is only one spot. I sincerely regret buying the ad-free version now because of this BS
Ads are ridiculous
way too many ads! In one game, ads popped up 4 times. I understand that they have to make money, but it's ridiculous to have to stop so often. I Uninstalled after 1 game.

This game definitely cheats. When you begin to soon or get up a few games or gives itself EXACTLY what it needs to win. It will let you win, but it is clearly rigged. So frustrating
The backgammon board in this app is tiny so small it’s actually hard on the eyes, especially with all the bright white surrounding the game. The ads are nonstop and pop up right in the middle of gameplay, which makes the whole experience even more annoying. I only play against bots, and even that isn’t enjoyable with how the app is set up. I’m deleting it because it’s just not worth my time. If I could give it negative stars, I absolutely would. Uninstall this app now.
It's infuriating how dumb the AI is in this game. Why is there no option to up the difficulty?
Edit; This game has not changed as of. 5/2026. I still stand by my original review. Your game is unfair. Your game gives the opponent (the computer) better dice, exact dice as needed for top-notch play, and gives more doubles to them. STOP IT! YOU CAN DO BETTER! YOUR OTHER GAMES ARE GREAT, BUT THIS IS TERRIBLE, JUST LIKE OTHER BACKGAMMON GAMES!!

AI always wins, even when you're miles ahead, it'll get doubles every other role meanwhile you'll get all ones right at the end. only play if you want to pop a blood vessel out of rage

This would be a 4 star game but the "random" dice rolls are clearly not random. I recorded 50 games and had them analyzed using AI and even the AI said the dice is clearly not rolled randomly. The opponent rolls exactly what they need an average of 63% more often than the player. This app is rigged.
Typical Easybrain game. Low effort and visually uninteresting, but thankfully not overloaded with ads. Still, if you don't like backgammon, there is no reason to play it. (The only reason I downloaded was due to Mistplay.) Edit: The level of RNG that's against the player is absurd. The CPU will play flawlessly and get precisely what it needs to roll on 3/4 turns, while you can repeatedly get screwed at the same rate. It's not just boring, it's painfully unenjoyable. I HATE this game.
One of the worst games I've ever played in my life
ABSOLUTELY not worth the $15 that I paid. Ads we're SO intrusive that I had to pay for this app if I wanted any chance of maintaining my sanity, BUT I was way wrong. I know there is no such thing as true randomness in digital systems, but I can predict with more than 80% accuracy what the computer will roll nexts. It will almost always knock me off the board. Devs will always argue different, though. You can use this if you want to pass time, but not if you want to learn how actually play.

Rolls are Not random. Games always finds a way to jump you no matter what. Of course the dev will say otherwise but don't believe it.
Way too many ads...like two to three attempts to show ads per game. Also, the "random" dice seems to always favor the AI player. shame because the UI is nice but the ad volume just was too much

this is without a doubt one of the most rigged games in the play store.you arent playing an "opponent"....it is obviously computer generated.the double roll count is approx. 4 to one.in apps favor.if there is one roll that can screw you, guess what.....yep....the "oponent" gets that one killer roll.the weekly tournament also totally fake and rigged.

I get ads before or after a match, but during is ridiculous and proves we're not playing against actual people. uninstalling
This app may be hacked. or it is just slimy. Multiple times while playing this game a pop-up tells me my phone is infected and I should click to fix. also ads force Amazon to open to a product. that item then appears in my search history.

every time I download this game every time I start playing it again the same thing happens when it's my turn to roll the dice the screen goes black blank black and it doesn't come back unless I turn my phone off and turn it on again and then I still have to wait for it to come back on again what the hell is going on with this game fix the problem I will install it this last time but if it keeps doing this when I'm winning and it goes blank again I'm not going to install it ever again fix problem
ai gets much higher numbers over all. but worst if the end when putting away the tokens. you must roll the corresponding number to put token away from that numbers point. but the ai can just put tokens away no matter what they roll, corresponding or not. makes it impossible to beat. uninstalled after 10 minutes.
This game is fixed. As someone who has played backgammon for years, there is absolutely no way that you can get the exact number on the dice each time to beat your opponent. No matter the strategy I used, I could not win.

not a bad game but in addition to ads everytime the game is finished l, there r also ads IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME! yes, i understand u need them but we need a fun experience of just playing the game no stops. i also cannot understand the 4.4 rating when all ratinga i see are 1 or 2
