I am very disappointed. I bought a premium subscription before the war, but now I cannot access my account because Badoo has banned Iranian users. After the internet restrictions were lifted, I tried to log in again, but the app still says this service is unavailable for Iranian users. I paid for this service and lost access without any refund or solution. Please respect paying users and reconsider this decision.

Didn't use app even 3 days. Got my money around 13 pounds stolen.
the most thirdclass app in play store..its banned anybody account without any prior notification or reason..if u r the real one that also banned by app ..pathetic experience i have
more than half the users are not from where they say, use false locations use fake pictures and if reported badoo says not enough evidence even thought it states they're from the other side of the world on their profile
I'm probably going to get a response that's generic and a poor excuse from the developers. You cannot switch screens on the app without ads. You cannot load the app without ads, I understand ads are need to help pay for the app, but it's way too intrusive and it's sad because their premium members probably don't offset costs or they're greedy. Now the quality aside from ads: poor. Most locations are faked so you'll never get anyone local. Now.. if you use the app the button to skip ads never sho
to many scammers and men pretending to be women asking to send them ewallet for their pics and videos, it's also very rare to meet other races mostly black women on this!

I have been targeted by scammers on this site and have falsely accused me of spreading hate. Today I received a message that another report and I will be banned. Too many scammers / fake profiles of allegedly women trying to scam people out of money or information.

Your new feature that shows current location and chosen location doesn't work. It shows people as their current location is in London, yet their exact location is in Thailand or Africa.
out of the 20 to 25 matches ive had they have all been women from Africa and the Philippines, I dont want a mail order bride thanks.

If there is a lame app, then this is it.
Absolute trash. You will spend €100 before you even start, and €500 before you know it. The database is tiny; you run out of profiles in one day. Then it forces you to a "Discover" page where you can't even like anyone-you must pay just to message! They demand endless tokens daily for basic features. Pay to show you're online, pay to see likes, pay to Super Like, pay for fake boosts. It is a manipulative pay-to-play scam. Total waste of time and money. Avoid!

BADOO IS A SCAM APP! went away from this app for years.. just tried it again... still the majority of profiles are from south America pretending to be local. full of scam profiles and old inactive profiles. every like you get is from out of country and they use those out of country likes to try to manipulate a long term subscription... turn on your GPS and set to local and you get out of country profiles that claim to be 10 miles away from you but are on another continent. BADOO IS A SCAM APP!

You block accounts without due investigation or listening to appeal. your bots flagged up words and without you reading to understand context, you just ban the account because of a flagged word in the sentence

they sure try very hard to make you purchase the app you cannot talk to literally anybody unless you buy the app

this app used to be a good app, but now its now flooded by ads, ads per swipe.
SCAM ALERT! PURE THEFT! Do not install this app. I explicitly unsubscribed, but they bypassed it and illegally charged my card anyway. To make it worse, the charge didn't even give me a service or extend a premium they literally just stole my money for nothing. Their customer support is an absolute joke; there is no real email, just a useless AI chat that resolves nothing. It is a total ripoff. Watch your bank statements, they will rob you blindly. Zero stars. Avoid!
