최악의 앱입니다. 주문한 음식이 누락되어 여러 번 고객센터에 문의했지만, 환불도 받지 못했고 쿠폰 보상도 받지 못했습니다. 음식도 받지 못했는데 아무런 해결이 되지 않았습니다. 정말 최악의 배달 앱입니다.
외국인/비인증 사용자는 앱 안에서 주문 문제를 바로 해결할 방법이 없습니다. 음식이 누락됐는데 주문 문의 화면은 로딩 오류가 나고, 다른 문의 경로는 로그인을 요구합니다. 이메일 문의가 가능하더라도 배달 음식 문제는 즉시 처리되어야 합니다. 결국 제가 직접 식당까지 걸어가 해결해야 했습니다. 비로그인/비인증 사용자도 주문번호로 앱 내 문의가 가능해야 합니다. 1점입니다. 추가: 답변에서 전화 문의를 안내해 주셨지만, 관광객/외국인용 SIM·eSIM은 데이터 전용이거나 음성통화가 안 되는 경우가 많아 1600 고객센터로 전화하기 어렵습니다. 음식 누락 같은 문제는 앱 안에서 주문번호로 즉시 문의할 수 있어야 합니다.
So many pop-ups and promotions popup constantly its absurd. Takes 3 popups before even clicking on a restaurant. Go back to browse more restaurants? Popup. Looking at dinner? No here's a coupon for a dessert store. Popup for signing up for monthly membership constantly. Make it an option to disable these features.
You cannot use B Mart / order groceries without a Korean number, wasted a load of my time and I didn't get to eat any ice cream
Ordered food through Baemin app. Waited 2hr and my order never showed, to make matters worst the app showed my order was still being prepared. I eventually went to the location and the restaurant was closed. Since the app gave me option to use it in English, I figured they had a customer service option that I can get assistance with my issue. Nope it's overly complicated and I can't get past the automated system. I do not recommend this app to anyone.
Broken app, paid for order unable to contact customer service, never received order
terrible experience on 1st oder... at least put a message box that i can write on my own to the rider. not a fixed wording message.
if you switch it to English almost everything stays in Korean and the menu looks like 2005

customer support links in the app are all broken. delivery never arrived and there is no way to contact.

as a tourist, waw, absolutely terrible, can't have any way to login or check my order and tedious 15mns just to order something and keeps giving errors.
They always give an estimate of delivery time and has nothing to do with the actual time. for example the last three times i tried this app and they said within 20 or 30 minutes and ended up being over an hour. What which is fine just be honest
쓰레기같은 앱ㅇㅇ 수저포크 기본설정 바꾸지도 못하게 해놓고 맨날 체크풀게 해놓는 사용자 경험 1도 생각 안하는 쓰레기같은 회사ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 환경보호는 개뿔. 배달시켜먹는데 수저랑 포크를 줘야지 체크 잘보이게라도 두번세번 확인하게 시스템을 만들어놓든가ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ한국만큼 분리수거 잘하고 재활용 잘하는 나라가 어디있다고ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정 환경오염이 신경쓰이면 니네가 받는 수수료 일부 그대로 환경단체 지원금으로 처내든가 할것이지 배달이 배달답게 일회용수저랑 젓가락을 처줘야지 뭔 디폴트값을 수저 포크 X 이난리로 처해놨냐. 설정에서 기본 수저 포크 설정할수있게해라. 주문할때마다 눈에 잘 띄게 수저 포크 표시를 바꿔놓든지 할것이지 뭐 역겹게 환경보호는 개뿔 소비자들 배려없이 환경보호 공수표만 처날리는 쓰레기같은 기업과 앱임.가게에 수수료도 물리면서 좋은 사용자 경험을 위한 배려가 하나도 없네ㅋㅋㅋ배려없는 쓰레기 회사
There is no proper support for non-members. When we called customer service, they said they could not see the order ID. When I reported it through email, they said they could not verify my identity. It feels impossible to get help without an account.
constantly late. extremely bad service. Not up to standards to competing western services. last order was two hours late without reason.
not friendly and no safeguards for non-members, order was marked delivered but in actual fact not. unable to contact any support with reasonable ease and chatbot support requires log in. has really high expectations with the service but fell short of expectations. will not use again.

배달 앱인데 배달 기사가 안 잡힙니다. 한두 번도 아닌데 관련해서 상황 및 대응 안내도 앱 내 공식적으로 없습니다. 이것 때문에 소비자인 저도 그렇지만 사장님들도 많이 곤혹스러운 듯합니다. 리브랜딩 이런 쓸데없는 것보다 서비스 본질에 집중하면 좋을 텐데... 계속 이러면 배민클럽이고 뭐고 타 서비스 이용할 계획입니다.
애내는 무슨 양아치 회사냐 ㅋㅋ? 음식 지연이 무슨 40분되서 전화 20분거니 겨우 받아서 취소함 미안하다고 할인 쿠폰준다고해서 받음 어는순간부터 쿠폰(한집배달만 가능한 쿠폰으로바꿈) 한집 배달 기본 배달비가 4000인데 이게 뭔 사과 쿠폰이냐 ㅋㅋ? 아예 무료배달 쿠폰을주든가 2천원 할인주고 2천원 배달료를 결국 더내란건데 돈 더 뜯겠다는거지 니네는 진짜 대단하다 ㅋㅋ

일회용 수저 디폴트 설정 진짜 짜증나네 경영진들 친환경 관련 실적 내겠답시고 유저들 불편한 건 신경도 안 쓰는 거잖아요 유저들이 실수로 수저포크x 주문한 걸로 "탄소배출량 몇% 감소" 이따위로 실적내는 거 아니에요?

Blocks use with non standard android, can't use with my phone running GrapheneOS at all.
외국인으로써 사용하기가 매우어렵다. 한국 휴대폰이 없으면 사용자등록 불가하며, 해외신용카드는 사용도 못한다. 오직 한국인으로 등록되어있으며 한국휴대폰을 갖고 있어야만 쇼핑할 수있다. 너무 폐쇄적인 플랫폼인듯. 아직도 2000년대의 서비스/웹/앱개발 플랫폼에서 벗어나 최근기술동향과 세계적인 트렌드를 읽고 그를 적용하여 한국을 방문하는 외국인 누구나가 사용할 수 있는 범용적 플랫폼과 앱이 되기를 바란다. 그리고 앱설치시 다른 테더링앱(ToucnN mVaccine)을 어떻게 믿고 계속 설치를 해야만 결제할게끔 되어있는지? 자사의 앱에 자신이없어 다른 유명하지 않은 앱을 추가로 설치하는지 모르겠다. 개인의 보안지식과 활룔능력까지 생각해주는 앱이라 고맙긴 하지만 앱의 품질에 더 신경을 쓰는게 더 맞을듯 싶다. 물론 맘에 안들면 서비스/앱 를 사용하지 않으면 그만이다. ㅡㅡ 한국인만 생각하는 서비스가 아닌 글로벌 서비스 플랫폼으로 발전하기를 바란다. My order was cancelled because the food delicerily was 'difficult'??? No compensation? Barely a notification so I got aware of this after waiting for some time? Now I am hungry, no compensation and furious.
Absolutely useless if you're not Korean. Heed mine and everyone else's warnings and don't bother with this garbage app. Also, pray Grab comes and dominates the market.

Sick of this app! 😡 It fails to make payments on the #1 local carrier. No matter what they say, they make the app worse and worse with every so called 'update'. It's virtually unusable. Will find new restaurants on better apps from now on.

Don't bother if you're a foreigner. It did work a few weeks with overseas credit cards, but now their service with foreign cards doesn't work anymore. It simply states an error after you try to submit the credit card info. And if you want to try again, you will be blocked for some time due to repeated SMS confirmation of the order. Extremely frustrating using internet services, apps, etc. in Korea if you're a foreigner.
been working in here as a rider. and I'm telling you that this app will make rider a slave. pay is so low for riders. they only give 2300won-2500won for every delivery with 3-5km and going up till 20th floor in every appartment. and if you take batch orders. other foods will get cold customers won't get satisfied. after you work all day. you won't even get 100k won, but the fee will be 10k won. not worth it. just use another app.
0-star fraud stole $25 from me. I ordered from my hotel and specifically wrote hotel BACK DOOR. I then selected "receive directly." I stood at the back door and waited several minutes. The driver instead went to the FRONT door, then left and threw my food away after waiting about 30 seconds. The driver also lied on the app that he had left my food in the bag at the hotel's front door. Called Baemin 3 minutes later, and Baemin admitted that actually the driver THREW MY FOOD AWAY. But NO refund
배달비 한집배달 무료라고 표시되어있는데 정작 천원 더 받음. 그럼 무료는 아니지. 이거 허위기재 아님? 아예 처음부터 무료가 아니라 천원 더 받는다고 기재해놓던가. 이런 허위사실 기재는 어디로 신고해야하나 찾아봐야지

아무리 불편한 점을 콜센터에 호소해도 그냥 귀 닫는 이상한 기업.
한번 선택한 옵션(스푼, 포크,젓가락)은 저장될수있게, 주문시 마다 왕짜증, 아님 제공을 디폴트로 하던가, 바쁠땐 더짜증.
Downloaded for nothing, no english, impossible to register despite trying hard
Stopped working!! Been using this app for months with no issues and now the past couple days it won't work. I use an overseas card and nicepay keeps failing. I know its not my card cause I was able to use it with no issue on shuttle after Update: 3 months later. Got 2 new credit cards, from different banks and none of them work. Still getting the same payment gateway error. Baemin should be the ones to contact nicepay and make them fix this. I'll be using shuttle from now on.
