Buchen einer Freifahrt mit Bahnbonus Punkten nicht möglich. irgend ein blöder bug führt dazu, dass nur normale tickets angezeigt werden und keine Möglichkeit die Bonuspunkte einzulösen.
App nervt mit review Aufforderung. App logged sich dauernd aus. App zeigt Boni (QR-Codes) sehr häufig erst beim 20. Versuch an.

Login button not working
the app shows all information but to use the actual points, it's unintuitive and made so you cannot actually redeem them. For example, if you'd like to upgrade your ticket from 2nd class to 1st class for free, it sends you to the ticket search but only for 1st class tickets, so you cannot even buy the 2nd class ticket to upgrade. All of these points redeem features should exist within the db navigator app and not on some clunky app that is only there to make it more confusing for people. 1/5
Can't find an option for English language.
Die App ist nicht zu gebrauchen, sobald man eine Freifahrt einlösen möchte wird man in den Browser geleitet und hat dort dann keine Möglichkeit die Punkte einzulösen. Dann macht man sich die Mühe am PC das Ganze zu machen und bekommt dort angezeigt, dass keine einzige Fahrt am Folgetag "zum Bonus Tarif passt". Am Ende durfte ich volle 50€ für den Zug buchen. Also wie immer geht es der Bahn nur darum Kunden auszubeuten indem man nur unbeliebte ohnehin günstige Fahrten einlösen kann. Armselig.
Terrible app. First of all, it shouldn't exist. it should just be integrated into the general DB app. Second of all, it's almost impossible to redeem most vouchers with points due to broken workflows and terrible ux design. Thirdly I only got 3 hours sleep last night cuz of train delays. So glad that our friends at DB are just as bad at building apps as running trains. The whole of Germany is fed up with you.
A recent update broke the login functionality. The login button on the initial splash screen does not work. I am not able to log in or use the app at all. One star since the app is totally unusable in its current state. I hope an update fixes this soon, it worked before.
registration always seems to be a hassle, keep having to re do this.

Bahnbonus Punkte verfallen drei Jahre nachdem man diese erworben hat. Tolles Unternehmen! So fördert man Kundenbindung!
Man muss sich immer wieder neu einloggen
Die Bahn stellt was um und alle Punkte sind verloren. Kriminell schlecht. Autofahren ist einfach weniger frustrierend.
I bought baticksts for my points , it didn't work at all.
The app suddenly logged me out and upon login tells me my account does not exist. I'm not able to use my points and status anymore.

The only purpose of this app is to trade Prämienpunkte into e.g. vouchers. And this feature is absolutely not working. Trying to trade these points, I'm send to a Web page to find my connection but in the end I still have to pay. Paying with my Prämienpunkte is not possible. This is unbelievable 🤦 the only purpose of this is not working
Can't get bonuses through the app
Cannot use my benefits with this app, when I want to trade points into free tickets, for example. Does not work with the newest version, nor with older versions. I have to use my account on the app and phone of my partner, where it works... Status service is bad and unresponsive (although I have a high status level) and cannot help, but rather sends you on hold for 30min+
Can somebody please tell me how to pay with points for a 2nd class ticket? When following 'To offer' in the end I still have to pay and cannot use my points. I guess my points are going to expire over and over. prettyy useless imo. update: there is an outdated instruction pdf by DB online. apparently the menu has changed and its not possible anymore.
Redeeming a 5-euro voucher will take a couple of days, and by the time you receive it, they'll have raised the price by more than 5 euros. So don't even bother trying to redeem a voucher before a trip.

feedback über app nicht möglich, daher hier: Derzeit wird der Punkteverfall nur pro 3 Monate angezeigt, jedoch möchte ich als Kunde die Möglichkeit haben zu sehen, wieviele Punkte danach (nächste und am besten übernächste Periode ebenfalls) verfallen. Hintergrund, wenn diese periode 500 verfallen und ich weiß das nächste Periode ebenfalls 1000 Punkte verfallen, möchte ich lieber 1500 einlösen statt nur 500 zuerst und 1000 danach einlösen müssen)

suddenly auto log out after update. now cannot log in. es wurde automatisch abgemeldet nach dem Update. Bug. ich kann mich nun nicht mehr anmelden.
Es lassen sich aktuell schlicht keine Punkte in Freifahrten umwandeln - Zweck verfehlt.

Es lassen sich keine Freifahrten mehr einlösen, egal für welchen Tag, Uhrzeit. Es können sich nicht alle Kontingent für Freifahrten für die nächsten 3 Monate erschöpft sein? Wenn doch, gebt doch bitte eine Nachricht aus wie : Freifahrt-Kontingent für diese Fahrt erreicht" oder so...
Where do I start? If you cannot do anything, not even work for government, you can find a job with the Deutsche Bahn. The apps don't work, they do not use consistent language, you're logged out constantly, they're designed by committee not by someone with a vision. It's the culmination of incompetent meets unwilling meets not caring.
Leider genauso zuverlässig wie die Deutsche Bahn selbst auch. Ständig "unexpected error" Meldungen und ich kann meine Bonuspunkte nicht mehr in Freifahrten umwandeln (trotz App restart, ausloggen und wieder einloggen, Handy Neustart etc). Und sollte die App nicht eigentlich genau dafür gemacht worden sein? Sehr schade. Ich würde mir wirklich wünschen, auch mal etwas positives schreiben zu können, was mit der Bahn zu tun hat.
Inzwischen habe ich gelernt, dass man 5000 Prämienpunkte locker flockig gegen heise Luft eintauschen (verlieren) kann. Denn die Bahnprämien (Freifahrten) sind alle nicht erstattungsfähig. Dummerweise kann auch keine Versicherung BahnBonus-Punkte erstatten. Kulanz der Bahn für verlorene Prämienpunkte, für die man 5000 EUR Umsatz beschert hat = Null. Somit ist diese App doppelt überflüssig.
Neuerdings kann man keine Freifahrten mehr buchen. Bug? Reagiert insgesamt langsam. Ich möchte die alte App zurück!!
Nervig. Für alles eine extra App, die ewig braucht die Daten zu laden und offline wohl nicht nutzbar ist. Daneben sind durch die einseitige Änderung seitens der Bahn bei den Bedingungen des Loungezugangs die Vorteile ziemlich geschmälert worden.
