El peor banco con el que he trabajado. Pésima la app, pésima la atención al cliente, pésimo banco.
La app solo existe para cobrarte aún más comisiones de las que ya estás pagando. Además, los filtros de seguridad te bloquean constantemente, la información es confusa y las operaciones son un timo.
Odio esta app. La cantidad de pop-ups en la aplicación y notificaciones ofreciendome tarjetas, creditos y otros productos es absurda. Esta puede ser la unica una app en ANDROID que no tenga habilitada la posibilidad de desactivar tanto in-app pop-pops y notificaciones por categoria. Fatal. Aqui tienen su estrella.
The adverts are out of control. You can't make a move without a pop up getting in your way. Constant push messages trying to persuade you to take out a loan or a mortgage, health, car or house insurance. Can't add my cards to Google wallet, not even spending hours with an advisor on the phone. Just stop bugging me, if I need something, you'll be my first port of call.
Tras varios días intentando darme de alta y esperando más de 10 minutos para que me atendiera algún soporte, recibo un mail de que es imposible crear una cuenta. Todo eso despues de que haya que subido mi información personal que ha saber que harán con ella. Muy molesto con el servicio.
Esta app es tan mala que debería ser ilegal. He hecho una transferencia a un beneficiario que tenía guardado. La app hizo la transferencia a otra persona!!! Y luego dejó de funcionar. No era fallo mio. tenía solo un beneficiario guardado y comprobé todos los tados de la transacción. Todo era correcto. Tuve que llamerles por teléfono; me cargaron 25 euros por enviar un correo urgente al departamento adecuado para la que cancelen. La app y la web se fallan cuando intento ver la transacción.
Pésima app que solo vale para enviar publicidad. Qué es esto de enviar notificaciones DIARIAS promocionando tarjetas de crédito o préstamos con TAEs astronómicos? Dejadme deshabilitarlas en ajustes como mínimo.
So terrible just closes itself after logging in. Unreliable in many ways... Still no update after emailing. Issue persists.
App still closes every time I try to log in. This started happening as soon as I upgraded to Android 16 and One UI8. I have deleted the app, restarted and re installed numerous times. It let's you log in once on a fresh install but will not work after that. I contacted support who requested information but they have not been back to me. Maybe time to change bank if I cannot access my account!
never works properly and keeps crashing. I last updated 20th January 2026 . I am in America 🇺🇸 and can not access my account.
Sign up process is terrible
A cada paso que das sale publicidad del propio banco haciendo la operación engorrosa y aburrida de tanta oferta de créditos, seguros, hipotecas... es realmente frustrante. No me gusta nada
The app is great but unfortunately does not work on my new Samsung tablet. I had no problem on my older tablet but needed a new one. The first new one I bought the app didn't work so I thought it was a fault with the tablet. After changing the tablet, it worked but since updating the tablet the app has stopped working "until the developer fixes the bug"! I have now responded via email but NOT by clicking on a link in your email!
