The app asks you to leave show reviews but then gives you error messages when you try to make the post. With the Bands In Town app...you get what you pay for!

the app followed a bunch of artists of never heard of and sent me updates for their shows. I want to unfollow them but no unfollow all option. please implement this change as this is a great app otherwise
gives you the wrong information yes this is on me for not checking and looking up the locations. I blindly assumed that it would give me the correct address. the first mistake wasn't too bad. since it was only an hour away from my house. but this 2nd one blatantly gave me a hotel in a different country cus yeah thats definitely close to nyc

I never get any concert notifications, only artist photos and messages despite having the setting on. It's a dang shame.
Update: now there's no notification of bands I follow when gigs are on. Bands I know are coming in a few weeks, no artist alert. the few I do get are either on the night or long after the gig. Horrible user experience. Most of the time the app just drops out. Search keeps searching local or not all artists. Makes using Microsoft products seem fun

I first heard of this app this past Sunday when I recieved an email notification from Facebook security that I apparently signed into Facebook via Bandsintown (something which I myself did not physically do). After dealing with it (blocking them from doing it in the future), I recieved an email today (2 days later) from Bandsintown of their push letter emails (another thing I physically never did). Evidently [after googling it], Bandsintown does this

Forces you to make an account and connect your music accounts. Just want to check prices for a concert. Can't wait until they get sued like Ticketmaster :)
all I'm looking for is tickets to one show, yet I've got to install this stupid app, load it with all my information, give it permissions, and I can't find my tickets any other way, which pisses me off to no end. get a damned web portal we can visit, get what we need, then be DONE with it!!!
the forced AI is crashing the app! they obviously switched to an AI coding/algorithm and the app crashes constantly since it was added. the feed sucks, suggested artists suck, the emails are relentless, and the app is unusable. but don't worry. they added an AI chatbot of all things.
Until last couple of months this was an amazing app. It is however no longer functional by any stretch of the meaning...
Stop popping up
Unsubscribed, even blocked and reported as spam and yet I keep getting emails. Aggressive and unnecessary tactics.
Forced to download this app and enter my details just to find out if tickets were available for a concert (they weren't). Data harvesting nonsense and now I'll have to request deletion of everything. Waste of my time.
intrusive app
the app deletes the night's "saved events" before the event starts is horrible and makes me miss concerts constantly. can you wait till the day is over 7pm is a little early for events that start at 8,9 or 10pm
Never seen an app getting worse at such a rapid pace. What a shame. Have raised the concerns with their general support email which don't even get acknowledged. Such a shame. Oh well, farewell!
tried to buy tickets, had to accept a million things just to get a link to another webpage. at least they didn't ask for a stool sample, uninstalled in less than 5 minutes but enjoy all that data you definitely won't sell
App can't follow all the artists from my YouTube music playlists but has added an AI chatbot assistant (useless)
