OTP non functional. Tried to sign up and the OTP didn't work.
Absolute waist of time and use of memory on your phone have pre ordered several times on this app food is never ready at the time that it is ordered for even if you arrive 20 minutes late to given them a grace period. Sausage rolls are not near as nice as they used to be very dry in the pastry. Staff haven't been trained don't even know that there is pre order system and still try and get you pay even though you've prepaid on the app.
Worst App Ever. Has a save password feature that does not work. One time reset has no optiin to be applied. Any free offers make you pay to.claim them. Worst fail.
Not a happy chap. I order for work and need to be able to confirm/print via PC and I cannot download the app on my pc. So this doesn't work for us.

25% of the time the store doesn't make the order in advance so you still have to wait or leave without your order because you don't have time to wait which is why you used the app. The stock is not updated for lines sold out so instead of letting you know, they decide what you're having. No apologies, no explanation. I am still yet to receive any refunds where I've paid in advance and the order hasn't been started before I've arrived so I don't go there any more

Installed it, and it keeps asking for a mobile of wifi connection, and this is even uninstalling it and reinstalling it three times. My advice is just to access the vip program on the banjos website, as this will save you allot of time.
App keeps telling me my wi fi or data not turned on . My data is on and so is wi fi . Please tell me how to sign into app .
The app works for a while, then wants sign up again. When I do this it does not accept all the info, says the email is already taken. Duh! Has happened to me over and over. Useless app.
Useless app. I wanted to order sourdough bread for pick up as that bakery often runs out of sourdough before 1pm so guess what ? BREADS are off the menu in the BAKERY app! only basic white sandwich You can only buy bundles with coffee cakes etc. Dissapointing. No point using it

Didnt like that you cant pick thick slice and also nutrition doesnt include fibre and app card barcode doesnt work.most of the time
Keeps setting my nearest store as Mildura even though I'm in QLD, and there is no way in the app to change this
The app continually kicks you out between sign one and you have to log in all the time. Also, it changes your pick up store all the time. mine defaults to Mildura and I have lost money because of not noticing this at checkout.
Not all menu items are in the App. It can make ordering a lot of things quicker, or help to browse if you don't know what you want. Huge flaw in the process: After ordering and paying, you STILL HAVE TO QUEUE UP WITH EVERYONE to collect it, by which time the food put aside for your order isn't hot any more.
