I have not been inside the actual bank for eons. Safe,secure and EASY TO USE!
the app and the bank is horrible. the lady Jessica got mad because she was rude and I was right back. so she closed 47 disputes and said it was me that canceled them. immediate lawsuit coming. Just know your money isnt insured. Scams are your fault. and the staff is horrible and lazy. no humans available. not even on the app. u gotta have social media to reach them. which I don't. see yall in court.

**Heads Up App Team** Newest 30Jun2026 update has caused the BofA banking app to crash & close-after signing in. Every attempt to open my listed bank acct balance & recent transaction list forces the app to close abruptly. I use a Samsung 10e phone. Clearing cache & data did not help. Acct statements & personal info remained accessible however. I have now deleted your 30Jun2026 version & reinstalled the 14Jun2026 version-it works fine. Please review issue & fix ASAP-if possible. Thanks!

This hasn't downloaded since it first appeared on your site. It indicates that the app will downloaded soon, then nothing and tells me that it's avaliable everything I enter the site The app never updates.
I don't plan to buy a new phone just to upgrade an app. Y'all need to create an app compatible for Galaxy Note 8.
