tried to pay a bill and schedule it at a later time but it wouldn't let me.
not compatible with my phone ? say good bye to my business!
i am convinced this app is garbage! i had to reset my password 5 times in 1 hr and still can not login for shat! when you uninstall and reinstall the app now it keeps going to the reset new password screen only! its time to go to Chase and be of good riddance of this frustration and waste of time trying to manage your daily finances! dont say i didnt warn you!
it ducks you took a simple ap and ade it way too complicated, 4 attempts bil still not paid. besides I pay two a counts and they get posted wrong
Take to much time to get to the App
WARNING. If you use a Private Space on your Android Phone, expect a problem if you phone a Customer Service number. The Voice Response Init that answers will send a verification message to this app. If the app is in your Private Space, it may not receive the verification message and you won't be able to respond. Opening the Private Space and starting the app before you call will allow you to receive the prompt.
This app is the ONLY banking app that doesn't show transactions under each account. in order to see them, you have to engage with their obnoxious bot. This is extremely annoying.
The automatic response from Erica are useless! Besides that App works great. I like the interface, easy to review transactions, and Zell is very useful. I usually like the app but Erica is unless and how they try to use Erica for all interactions is very frustrating. Thats why I give it one star.
not easy to navigate
App is a little better but is very cumbersome to navigate. Chase does a much better job.
they overdrafted my bank account to pay YouTube premium but they won't let me overdraft it to get my family some food
I had the app one week and the password was changed you send me emails with my balance and I went to another branch and it said on May 1st I had almost 2000 dollars in the bank my emails were saying -2.06 cent's now Social Security wants to know how I had so much money there that's what I want to know?
Why status tracker still appear on my dashboard after i have received my new card!? it's annoying? how to delete it? it's been a month and still there.
