l'application ne marche plus, quand j'ai demandé de l'aide au service client avec mon compagnon on nous a dit de faire une mise à jour qui n'existe pas

Following the comments it seems that it lasts since at least August 2025. so if you want to save money do not use it...

Depuis plus d'une semaine, l'historique complet de mes comptes à disparu de l'application, visiblement le bug ne concerne pas que moi, mais aucune communication de la part de bankin. Très déçu, sans historique l'application est tout simplement inutile, la gestion des budgets est impossible, bref une brique.
EDIT : App simply unusable even with a premium subscription, sync just don't work for Revolut or TradeRepublic, worked for two days then not syncing at all. TradeRepublic is "unavailable at the moment", Revolut manual sync but app say "Updated (2 days ago)", it's a shame since insights are good but sync is just as flaky as possible. Loads of "ads" everywhere, not a good experience at all. Support chatbot is useless.. Don't know what to say. good idea, mediocre product.
L'accès a Trade Republic necessite un compte premium. Je n'utiliserai donc pas cet application
The app tries to sell you products in every single page. The experience is horrendous, navigation is bloated with their upsell mechanisms, I don't trust them at all and I prefer using something else. Deleting your account is a tiny TINY link in the account page.
It has been months (yeah, months) that not a single transaction is visible in my bankin' app, making it completely useless and unusable. As a developer myself it appals me that such a critical bug takes so long to be fixed. On a paid for service too. Reached out for support ages ago, nothing helped

I hate the fact that I can't disable marketing notification and only keep the notification about my daily account summary/shield. Also the app is too crowded, messy and there are too many junks everywhere.

Après des années d'utilisation, cet app est devenue n'importe quoi, même avec la version payante ils poussent leurs services à chaque clique. On reçoit des notifications de pub, impossible à désactiver. C'est du vrai spam payant. MAJ : de pire en pire, je paye mais ils m'enlève les fonctionnalités sans prévenir EDIT2 : très compliqué de se désabonner, ils font tout pour vous empecher d'arreter leur abonnement. Support incompétent.
The accounts setup and synchronization works amazing, but that's pretty much all this app has going for it. I've paid for a subscription and I still see way to many ads or ad-like content. The interface is far from customizable enough to set it to my needs. Data export doesn't work. Even the help chatbot doesn't work. So none of my main uses for the app work properly. At the moment I don't recommend it.
It's easy to use,but for now I dint need it ,I can't even delete my account !! Which mean they have my account in their files. Stop making the app crash!
I had a subscription but my card expired and didn't renew it. Some of my operations disappeared and my budget is now completely false
J'ai utilisé Bankin et payé l'abonnement pendant plusieurs années et j'ai adoré cette application pour la gestion du budget. Aujourd'hui ça n'a plus rien à voir tout est fait pour que vous vendiez vos historiques de transactions pour du cashback. Adieu.

Impossible de se connecter, j'ai fait '' mot de passe oublié '' je n'ai jamais reçu de mail, j'ai envoyer un mail au support ils n'ont rien fait pour débloquer la situation.
App not supported any more. Bank connector do not work for month, support not replying when the support links works..... It was used to be a good app, now it feels like it is gone. Subscription cancelled :(
Not able to create budget in the app like apps in the US. Makes this app pointless if you can only account for transaction AFTER they happened. I would like to outline my budget for the month PRIOR to transactions happening so I can better manage my finances in France and track my spending.
Suite au refus des nouvelles conditions j'ai souhaité supprimer mon compte,après un gros forcage pour que j'accepte les conditions j'arrive à la fin... ou pas la demande de suppression tourne en boucle sans jamais ce valider.

Plus de synchronisation de banque depuis début Décembre (1 mois et demi), il est même impossible de supprimer une banque anciennement synchronisée (erreur serveur) ce qui veut dire qu'ils gardent des informations sans qu'on puisse rien n'y faire. Aucune réponse du support, application à fuir.

sounds like a good app except there is a button prompting you to borrow money form them on every screen. also the unsubscribe page is broken :))
EDIT: Went from 5 stars to 2. The app is not working anymore. Super slow, crashes all the time. I had fun while it lasted 🥲 Up-to-date and using it on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (might help)
Seems nice but for "la banque postale" it just register less than half of the transactions
I installed the application to test it but quickly uninstall it. Too many advertising, questions which I don't want to answer and apparently cannot avoid them
Des fonctionnalités ultra-basiques qui ne fonctionnent pas (impossible de recatégoriser une dépense). Abonnement payant mais application inutilisable ; à côté de ça, de plus en plus de pubs, de cashback et de "partenariats". Ce n'est pas pour ça que je me suis abonné.

I wanted to get my data so I went Bankin + I paid 39 euros but i still cant have my csv, bankin asks me again and again to pay 39 euros another time Edit : Je retire une etoile car aucune reponse du service technique - un bot qui repete inlasablement que qelquun va se mettre en contact avec moi, cela fait 15 jours que ca dure - et impossible de trpuver une adresse pour envoyer un AR - je vais etre obligee de saisir l'autorite prudentielle ET TJRS AUCUNE REPONSE
