Unable to use corporate discounts or smile coins anymore. Booking directly goes to payment or confirmation page, there's no add coupon/offer page anymore.
from almost 2 months I am Not able to login at all, whenever I try to login, I don't get any OTP. I have tried with many phone numbers, not a single one of them get an OTP

Even after asking, we couldn't get more prawns. The main course was even worse-bland and poorly cooked. The mutton tasted like plain boiled meat with just salt. For the price they charge, the food quality and variety were extremely disappointing. Would not recommend. Save your money and dine somewhere else.
Absolute mess! The call centre calls nonstop like pros but disappears when there’s a problem. Overcharged for an extra head, and the Indiranagar manager Lal was rude and dismissive. The cluster manager Tahir Aziz needs to learn how to listen - zero coordination from Sanjana who works in Sarjapur head office and the call centre team. Food isn’t worth the price; you could eat better anywhere else. They’ll ruin your party avoid this place! absolutely pathetic, re post

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Barbeque Nation, AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad. The overall experience was one of the worst I have had at a restaurant. The service was very slow, and the staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional. This experience has significantly affected my perception of the brand. Based on this visit, I would not recommend Barbeque Nation to my friends, family, colleagues, or professional network.
very bad experience in apps and in dining also..
The app is one of the worst ways to book a table. We booked a table in the app on 7th june for lunch at 12:30, and also paid 100 to reserve it. When we reached the place, we were informed that there were no tables and our reservation was cancelled as we were few minutes late, without informing us. No courtesy to call us and inform that they were overbooked. No refund too.Such a waste of time. my family actually enjoys the place, but this experience has left a bitter taste. Never visiting again.

gone to store for takeaway at Attapur hyderabad no one was at reception after 5 mins one person came and i asked for takeaway menu he said physical take away menu is not available need to look in application downloaded application done registration and voila after selecting takeaway option it doesn't load keep up the good work 👍🏻

This resto has become money making place by looting people. It was my birthday on 28th May. My wife booked for 3 people's on the app unfortunately our money and time was wasted cos the starters served was stinking with oil reused and the chicken was not at all fresh and it stored for more than a week which was like rubber. And there were no proper deserts and I was supposed to wait for the bill for than 45 mins at mac mall mangalore outlet.
I went to bbq Nation in tirupathi and the food wasn't good , when it came to payment they were adding gratitude 111rs and waterbottle 20 finally they charging 131 without knowing us please be careful
I had visited Xperia Dombivali BBQ nation yesterday,pathetic experience that was,They reduced afternoon non veg lunch buffet to Rs479+25 Rs GST=504,and they provided nonveg starter in tandoor,that too without butter so starter was burnt.Biryani was just rice and boil chicken peace added.Waiting time for each starter was too much.They stopped BBQ menu,all menus were tasteless except Anguri Gulabjamun.They charged water also.Will not visit BBQ again.Pathetic worst taste and service.
This app is not for abroad (UAE); during registration, there is an option to select the phone code of all the countries, but when I select UAE, the OTP verification is not received; they should clearly state that this app is only applicable for India.
Worst service and timing ever imagined. The staff was not attentive and the management was the worst I have received in my life. Had to wait 30 minutes just to enter the restaurant and another 20 minutes for the service to begin. Then we called the waiters again and again like a beggar while paying full amount of every single bite of food
Disappointing experience. Dont depend on the booking done on barbeque website or eazydiner. Reservation was not considered based upon booking facility.They made us wait for more than an hour. Even after that table was not facilitated.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The food quality was extremely poor.. The service is extremely slow. 2. They serve only one piece of pineapple or starter every 10 minutes, even after repeated requests. 3. The food options are very limited and not worth even ₹200 4. I ordered roti and had to wait 10 minutes just to get it. The only reason I came here was because I thought this outlet might be good but it turned out to be a big disappointment.
They take the booking without calculation of their crowd and make you wait over there
For the first time in my life, we had a very bad experience at a dine-in restaurant while having dinner with family. We felt like we were intentionally ignored by the waiter service. Food was not served on time, and every time we had to run behind the service team just to get basic service or even to clean our table. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to see such poor management and lack of hospitality. In my life, I never ever want to visit this branch at Abids again
We a group of 10 members visited BBQ Nation at Xperia Mall, Dombivli, Mumbai, to celebrate a birthday, but the experience turned into a nightmare. Shockingly, we found a nail/screw in the main course curry, which one of our group members almost swallowed. This is not just unacceptable-it’s a serious health hazard. What made the situation worse was the staff and manager’s complete lack of concern. They didn’t bother to respond or address the incident, and their attitude was extremely rude.

Five of us had lunch at the Nashik -CcM outlet. Our experience was pathetic. The starters took far too long to serve. The fish was served towards the end of the buffet after repetitive requests. Same with the mocktails. Rotis were served 45 minutes after request. The entire experience was frustrating to say the least. The restaurant was severely under staffed. Entirely forgettable. 😞

Today thru Swiggy I ordered Malai Chaap, malai paneer tikka & malai chicken seekh kabab. only raw pieces of the product I got. no malai no spices no taste just raw food, this is my fresh BAD experience 2nd time.....17/03/2026. total waste of money. I ordered premium veg platter. Average food taste n higly expensive looking to quantity. Paying money just to a Brand name not for food.
