Five of us had lunch at the Nashik -CcM outlet. Our experience was pathetic. The starters took far too long to serve. The fish was served towards the end of the buffet after repetitive requests. Same with the mocktails. Rotis were served 45 minutes after request. The entire experience was frustrating to say the least. The restaurant was severely under staffed. Entirely forgettable. 😞

it's horrible experience don't go to barbecue nation velachery it's worst experience wait for 40 mins simply sitting no one answer and no starters are coming it's fully irritating and I told manager he is also didnt care gowtham he told i didnt know about anything and he told i didnt know tamil so I didn't listen u wife u working in chennai and u didnt know tamil waste and don't suggest barbecue nation

I ordered premium veg platter. Average food taste n higly expensive looking to quantity. Paying money just to a Brand name not for food.

we booked 14th march 1pm a table, we completed the lunch all fine i paid the bill and my child asked a drink after bill even i asked i will pay for drink the manager is spoked like a enemy the bill is closed your time is over he just told me get out , shame on this barbie que nation hotel management thank you very much for your good treatment

I had placed an order from this application. They did not deliver my order and application showed that the order is delivered. When I called the outlet they said that the order is cancelled and they didn't know the reason for it. The app still showed as delivered. What kind of rubbish application it is? I am not sure I will get my money back.
Most worst app can't work properly & most worst Howrah Platinum Mall Outlet service, Don't use Bar B Q app online & don't go Howrah Platinum Mall.

We went to Barbeque Nation at City Centre Mall in Nashik, and the staff there was absolutely terrible. That's why I'm uninstalling the Barbeque Nation app, and I will never go back there again, nor will I recommend it to my family and friends.
it's most fraud type of app they take order cancel them and don't return your money, helpline is totally fraud they pick call but don't give any solution just make you fool and scam you ,waste your time and energy please don't order from Barbeque Nation it's the worst app I have ever ordered from so bad ,so frustrating 😤

Mindspace Airoli BBQ- Menu changed but not updated or disclosed. Mutton seekh kebab not available and other items removed without informing customers. Manager shows menu on WhatsApp PDF, which is highly unprofessional. Water arrived after 30 minutes despite reminders. Very slow service and poor management. Not worth the money.
Worst app ever for booking, unable to select the location
App is inefficient, I have been trying to book a delivery using the app but it either do not let me add a dish to the cart OR doesn't allow to place order as says delivery is not supported (even before I specify the delivery location).
quality and service is getting worst
I had 1044 smiles which i applied during booking of dinner but due to change of plans i had to cancel it. I had cancelled the same in due time, also there was no notification of non- refund during cancellation. I made complaint for the same many a times along with filling of feedback forms 4 times. This was embarrassing as no help has been provide till date. BBQ Nation is looting our hard earned Smiles.
Worst services and cancelled advance booking without any prior information
The app rarely works. Have almost always faced issues, either with the booking part, retaining offers, paying bills. Really pathetic app
