Didn't get my purchase. Purchased an event item for entergy. The entergy station. Did not get anything and I have been spending good money with this game. I will not spend anymore. Sad how you did not even make it right.

I downloaded this app but it's stuck on front level my WiFi is excellent I deleted and install for five times but it stuck on front level I wanna play this game plz can you fix this issue
congrats, you've finally made this game ugly enough to compound the exorbitant cost. the tool redesign is just gross. on the plus side, I'll have a lot more money in my wallet since I'll no longer be paying for this. as soon as my paid items are gone, so am I, and this pos will be uninstalled. I want to shake the designers. don't waste your time in this money pit. it's not even aesthetically pleasing anymore.

I have reached out to support via the in game chat and also via email and have yet to receive a response. Its been 48 hours. I'd at minimum expect an acknowledgement of contact. This game is a money pit. The producers don't generate the needed items to level up. Rather than spending more money, I'm deleting the game. This is largely due to no response or consideration to contacting support.
customer service is non existent. I sent a message in game and also emailed and they never got back to me about a bug. the user is always bombarded by pop ups. I can see the game is nothing but a money making tool. there aren't enough ads or other ways to extend your Energy so you can play for longer. It's nearly impossible to play the game without spending money. some things aren't rigged and you don't ever win the big prizes. for QA: you're not there just to find bugs. to devs: you're greedy
played 5 levels and every time you level up your "house" the app freezes and won't return to merge board. I have to shut it down and reopen then it works until you level up your house again. my granddaughter is very disappointed, she loves Barbie.

I played fine for free. When I bought the gems for $1.99 it was taken out of my bank but I never received any. I contacted them through their app and told them what happened. It isn't letting me converse anymore but it's been months now without any resolution or any more contact. The makers suck. Don't do an in game purchase.

I really like this game but it keeps crashing and a lot of the time it won't save my progress. it's been this way since I downloaded it months ago. it's getting frustrating to play which is sad.
For the most part, I love this game. However, I don't like how much work goes into the astronaut producter, only to get one singular rock at the end of it. It's ridiculous.
once you start getting higher in the levels, the gameplay loop is so short and not really rewarding enough unless you're spending money on the game
I loved playing thus game but I recently switched phones and can't recover my old account much less get anyone in customer support to answer it's really frustrating. all my progress lost. and I agree with others reviews stating there are to many pop ups when you open the app, the used to make game crash on my old phone.
There are too many pop ups when you enter the game. literally like 7 of them trying to get me to spend money. it's so annoying. secondly, I just went through 200 energy trying to get orange juice to fill an order, didn't get a SINGLE ONE. only bread or whatever. this isn't fun.

changed my review. ive contacted support and no one has fixed it, but i completed the surf shack! but didny get the last upgrade so it cant be stored in my inventory properly! if you fix it ill put my rating back up.
Probably going to delete this game. Stuck on level 40. Can't get items I need to finish orders to obtain more tool boxes, or any orders at all at this point. Can't afford to spend real life money so I will probably have to call it quits.
It's interesting, but further down the line it gets to a point where all of your orders are extremely time consuming, and the producers use all of your energy without giving you anything close to what you need. This, personally, makes the game feel frustrating because you have to fulfill orders to participate in the events, but the producers are wasting all of my energy.
This game is a a good as the other big merge games. I've changed from 5 stars to 2. The game cannot be moved to a new phone.
